exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An occlusive device for medical treatment of a lumen, comprising:
a holding portion formed from a plurality of wires braided into a cylindrical shape with a closed proximal end; the closed proximal end having a first aperture; a catheter having a distal end that is detachably connected to the holding portion;
the catheter having a passage extending to the distal end of the catheter and being aligned with the first aperture of the holding portion;
