Fluid pump device
Abstract
A fluid pump device contains: a fluid storage barrel, a cap, and a manual pumping mechanism. The fluid storage barrel includes a fluid accommodation chamber and an air chamber. The cap is configured to close the fluid accommodation chamber and the air chamber, and the cap includes a connector configured to connect with a fluid delivery tube and communicating with the fluid accommodation chamber, an air conduit communicating with the fluid accommodation chamber and the air chamber, and a check valve communicating with the air conduit. The manual pumping mechanism includes a press stem extending through the cap and the air chamber, an operation lever mounted on a top of the press stem, and a one-way piston connected on a bottom of the press stem, wherein the fluid storage barrel includes a single-way discharge valve fixed on a bottom of the air chamber.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A fluid pump device comprising:
a fluid storage barrel including a fluid accommodation chamber and an air chamber which is one-piece formed with and is separated from and surrounded by the fluid accommodation chamber; a cap mounted on a top of the fluid storage barrel and configured to close the fluid accommodation chamber and the air chamber, wherein the cap includes a connector configured to connect with a fluid delivery tube and communicating with the fluid accommodation chamber, an air conduit communicating with the fluid accommodation chamber and the air chamber, and a check valve communicating with the air conduit; and a manual pumping mechanism including a press stem extending through the cap and the air chamber, an operation lever mounted on a top of the press stem, and a one-way piston connected on a bottom of the press stem, wherein the fluid storage barrel includes a single-way discharge valve fixed on a bottom of the air chamber.
2 . The fluid pump device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the check valve has a first spring accommodated in the air conduit, and the check valve has a plug pushed by the first spring to close the air conduit.
3 . The fluid pump device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cap further includes a guide tube received in the fluid accommodation chamber and connected with the air conduit, the guide tube has multiple through orifices formed on a peripheral side thereof, and the guide tube has a close element received therein and configured to close the multiple through orifices when a level of the fluid in the fluid accommodation chamber increases.
4 . The fluid pump device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the one-way piston includes a first disc, a second disc, and a rubber ring, wherein a slit is defined between the first disc and an inner wall of the air chamber so that the airs flow, the second disc has at least one notch defined thereon and configured to flow the airs, and the rubber ring is defined between the first disc and the second disc and is pushed by the first disc and the second disc; when the first disc is pushed, the slit between the first disc and the inner wall of the air chamber is shaded.
5 . The fluid pump device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cap further includes a handle fixed on a top thereof.
6 . The fluid pump device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cap further includes an air inlet defined thereon and communicating with an external environment and the air conduit, and a pressure relief valve configured to close the air inlet, wherein a receiving pressure of the pressure relief valve is more than a receiving pressure of the check valve.
7 . The fluid pump device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a holder is configured to accommodate the fluid store barrel and has multiple discharge holes communicating with the air chamber, the single-way discharge valve is arranged on the holder, and the single-way discharge valve has a second spring and an air discharging valve pushed by the second spring to close the air chamber and the multiple discharge holes.Cited by (0)
