Abstract
A method for execution by a computing entity includes obtaining first lesson asset information regarding a first topic and obtaining second lesson asset information regarding a second topic. The method further includes generating a set of common lesson illustrative assets based on a first lesson illustrative asset of the first lesson asset information and based on a second lesson illustrative asset of the second lesson asset information. The method further includes generating combined lesson asset information regarding the first and second topics utilizing the common lesson illustrative assets. The method further includes linking the combined lesson asset information and the set of common lesson illustrative assets to form at least a portion of a multi-disciplined learning tool.

obtaining, by a computing entity, first lesson asset information regarding the first topic, wherein the first lesson asset information includes a first learning object and a second learning object, wherein the first learning object includes a first set of knowledge bullet-points points for a first piece of information regarding the first topic, wherein the second learning object includes a second set of knowledge bullet-points for a second piece of information regarding the first topic, wherein the first learning object and the second learning object further includes a first lesson illustrative asset that depicts an aspect regarding the first topic pertaining to the first and second pieces of information, wherein the first learning object further includes a first descriptive asset regarding the first piece of information based on the first set of knowledge bullet-points and the first lesson illustrative asset, wherein the second learning object further includes a second descriptive asset regarding the second piece of information based on the second set of knowledge bullet-points and the first lesson illustrative asset; obtaining, by the computing entity, second lesson asset information regarding the second topic, wherein the second lesson asset information includes a third learning object and a fourth learning object, wherein the third learning object includes a third set of knowledge bullet-points points for a third piece of information regarding the second topic, wherein the fourth learning object includes a fourth set of knowledge bullet-points for a fourth piece of information regarding the second topic, wherein the third learning object and the fourth learning object further includes a second lesson illustrative asset that depicts an aspect regarding the second topic pertaining to the third and fourth pieces of information, wherein the third learning object further includes a third descriptive asset regarding the third piece of information based on the third set of knowledge bullet-points and the second lesson illustrative asset, wherein the fourth learning object further includes a fourth descriptive asset regarding the fourth piece of information based on the fourth set of knowledge bullet-points and the second lesson illustrative asset; generating, by the computing entity, a set of common lesson illustrative assets based on the first lesson illustrative asset and the second lesson illustrative asset; generating, by the computing entity, combined lesson asset information regarding the first and second topics utilizing the common lesson illustrative assets, wherein the combined lesson asset information includes a representation of the first learning object, the second learning object, the third learning object, and the fourth learning object; and linking, by the computing entity, the combined lesson asset information and the set of common lesson illustrative assets to form at least a portion of the multi-disciplined learning tool.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the obtaining the second lesson asset information regarding the second topic comprises:
generating the third learning object and the fourth learning object based on the first learning object and the second learning object, wherein the aspect regarding the second topic is associated with the aspect regarding the first topic.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the generating the set of common lesson illustrative assets based on the first lesson illustrative asset and the second lesson illustrative asset comprises:
establishing the set of common lesson illustrative assets to include the first and second lesson illustrative assets; updating the set of common lesson illustrative assets to further include another illustrative asset associated with the first lesson illustrative asset; updating the set of common lesson illustrative assets to further include yet another illustrative asset associated with the second lesson illustrative asset; and when the set of common lesson illustrative assets includes a redundant lesson illustrative asset:
updating the set of common lesson illustrative assets to eliminate the redundant lesson illustrative asset.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the generating the combined lesson asset information regarding the first and second topics comprises:
establishing the combined lesson asset information to include:
the first learning object,
the second learning object,
the third learning object, and
the fourth learning object.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the generating the combined lesson asset information regarding the first and second topics comprises one or more of:
generating a fifth learning object to include the first and third learning objects, wherein the fifth learning object includes the first set of knowledge bullet-points points and the third set of knowledge bullet-points points; and generating a sixth learning object to include the second and fourth learning objects, wherein the sixth learning object includes the second set of knowledge bullet-points points and the fourth set of knowledge bullet-points points.
6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the generating the combined lesson asset information regarding the first and second topics further comprises one or more of:
generating a fifth descriptive asset for the fifth learning object based on the first set of knowledge bullet-points points, the third set of knowledge bullet-points points, and the set of common lesson illustrative assets; and generating a sixth descriptive asset for the sixth learning object based on the second set of knowledge bullet-points points, the fourth set of knowledge bullet-points points, and the set of common lesson illustrative assets.
7 . A computing device comprises:
an interface; a local memory; and a processing module operably coupled to the interface and the local memory, wherein the processing module functions to:
obtain first lesson asset information regarding a first topic, wherein the first lesson asset information includes a first learning object and a second learning object, wherein the first learning object includes a first set of knowledge bullet-points points for a first piece of information regarding the first topic, wherein the second learning object includes a second set of knowledge bullet-points for a second piece of information regarding the first topic, wherein the first learning object and the second learning object further includes a first lesson illustrative asset that depicts an aspect regarding the first topic pertaining to the first and second pieces of information, wherein the first learning object further includes a first descriptive asset regarding the first piece of information based on the first set of knowledge bullet-points and the first lesson illustrative asset, wherein the second learning object further includes a second descriptive asset regarding the second piece of information based on the second set of knowledge bullet-points and the first lesson illustrative asset;
obtain second lesson asset information regarding a second topic, wherein the second lesson asset information includes a third learning object and a fourth learning object, wherein the third learning object includes a third set of knowledge bullet-points points for a third piece of information regarding the second topic, wherein the fourth learning object includes a fourth set of knowledge bullet-points for a fourth piece of information regarding the second topic, wherein the third learning object and the fourth learning object further includes a second lesson illustrative asset that depicts an aspect regarding the second topic pertaining to the third and fourth pieces of information, wherein the third learning object further includes a third descriptive asset regarding the third piece of information based on the third set of knowledge bullet-points and the second lesson illustrative asset, wherein the fourth learning object further includes a fourth descriptive asset regarding the fourth piece of information based on the fourth set of knowledge bullet-points and the second lesson illustrative asset;
generate a set of common lesson illustrative assets based on the first lesson illustrative asset and the second lesson illustrative asset;
generate combined lesson asset information regarding the first and second topics utilizing the common lesson illustrative assets, wherein the combined lesson asset information includes a representation of the first learning object, the second learning object, the third learning object, and the fourth learning object; and
link the combined lesson asset information and the set of common lesson illustrative assets to form at least a portion of a multi-disciplined learning tool.
8 . The computing device of claim 7 , wherein the processing module functions to obtain the second lesson asset information regarding the second topic by:
generating the third learning object and the fourth learning object based on the first learning object and the second learning object, wherein the aspect regarding the second topic is associated with the aspect regarding the first topic.
9 . The computing device of claim 7 , wherein the processing module functions to generate the set of common lesson illustrative assets based on the first lesson illustrative asset and the second lesson illustrative asset by:
establishing the set of common lesson illustrative assets to include the first and second lesson illustrative assets; updating the set of common lesson illustrative assets to further include another illustrative asset associated with the first lesson illustrative asset; updating the set of common lesson illustrative assets to further include yet another illustrative asset associated with the second lesson illustrative asset; and when the set of common lesson illustrative assets includes a redundant lesson illustrative asset:
updating the set of common lesson illustrative assets to eliminate the redundant lesson illustrative asset.
10 . The computing device of claim 7 , wherein the processing module functions to generate the combined lesson asset information regarding the first and second topics by:
establishing the combined lesson asset information to include:
the first learning object,
the second learning object,
the third learning object, and
the fourth learning object.
11 . The computing device of claim 7 , wherein the processing module functions to generate the combined lesson asset information regarding the first and second topics by one or more of:
generating a fifth learning object to include the first and third learning objects, wherein the fifth learning object includes the first set of knowledge bullet-points points and the third set of knowledge bullet-points points; and generating a sixth learning object to include the second and fourth learning objects, wherein the sixth learning object includes the second set of knowledge bullet-points points and the fourth set of knowledge bullet-points points.
12 . The computing device of claim 11 , wherein the processing module further functions to generate the combined lesson asset information regarding the first and second topics by one or more of:
generating a fifth descriptive asset for the fifth learning object based on the first set of knowledge bullet-points points, the third set of knowledge bullet-points points, and the set of common lesson illustrative assets; and generating a sixth descriptive asset for the sixth learning object based on the second set of knowledge bullet-points points, the fourth set of knowledge bullet-points points, and the set of common lesson illustrative assets.
13 . A computer readable memory comprises:
a first memory element that stores operational instructions that, when executed by a processing module, causes the processing module to:
obtain first lesson asset information regarding a first topic, wherein the first lesson asset information includes a first learning object and a second learning object, wherein the first learning object includes a first set of knowledge bullet-points points for a first piece of information regarding the first topic, wherein the second learning object includes a second set of knowledge bullet-points for a second piece of information regarding the first topic, wherein the first learning object and the second learning object further includes a first lesson illustrative asset that depicts an aspect regarding the first topic pertaining to the first and second pieces of information, wherein the first learning object further includes a first descriptive asset regarding the first piece of information based on the first set of knowledge bullet-points and the first lesson illustrative asset, wherein the second learning object further includes a second descriptive asset regarding the second piece of information based on the second set of knowledge bullet-points and the first lesson illustrative asset;
a second memory element that stores operational instructions that, when executed by the processing module, causes the processing module to:
obtain second lesson asset information regarding a second topic, wherein the second lesson asset information includes a third learning object and a fourth learning object, wherein the third learning object includes a third set of knowledge bullet-points points for a third piece of information regarding the second topic, wherein the fourth learning object includes a fourth set of knowledge bullet-points for a fourth piece of information regarding the second topic, wherein the third learning object and the fourth learning object further includes a second lesson illustrative asset that depicts an aspect regarding the second topic pertaining to the third and fourth pieces of information, wherein the third learning object further includes a third descriptive asset regarding the third piece of information based on the third set of knowledge bullet-points and the second lesson illustrative asset, wherein the fourth learning object further includes a fourth descriptive asset regarding the fourth piece of information based on the fourth set of knowledge bullet-points and the second lesson illustrative asset;
a third memory element that stores operational instructions that, when executed by the processing module, causes the processing module to:

a fourth memory element that stores operational instructions that, when executed by the processing module, causes the processing module to:
generate combined lesson asset information regarding the first and second topics utilizing the common lesson illustrative assets, wherein the combined lesson asset information includes a representation of the first learning object, the second learning object, the third learning object, and the fourth learning object; and
a fifth memory element that stores operational instructions that, when executed by the processing module, causes the processing module to:
link the combined lesson asset information and the set of common lesson illustrative assets to form at least a portion of a multi-disciplined learning tool.
14 . The computer readable memory of claim 13 , wherein the processing module functions to execute the operational instructions stored by the second memory element to cause the processing module to obtain the second lesson asset information regarding the second topic by:
generating the third learning object and the fourth learning object based on the first learning object and the second learning object, wherein the aspect regarding the second topic is associated with the aspect regarding the first topic.

The computer readable memory of claim 13 , wherein the processing module functions to execute the operational instructions stored by the third memory element to cause the processing module to generate the set of common lesson illustrative assets based on the first lesson illustrative asset and the second lesson illustrative asset by:
establishing the set of common lesson illustrative assets to include the first and second lesson illustrative assets; updating the set of common lesson illustrative assets to further include another illustrative asset associated with the first lesson illustrative asset; updating the set of common lesson illustrative assets to further include yet another illustrative asset associated with the second lesson illustrative asset; and when the set of common lesson illustrative assets includes a redundant lesson illustrative asset:
updating the set of common lesson illustrative assets to eliminate the redundant lesson illustrative asset.
16 . The computer readable memory of claim 13 , wherein the processing module functions to execute the operational instructions stored by the fourth memory element to cause the processing module to generate the combined lesson asset information regarding the first and second topics by:
establishing the combined lesson asset information to include:
the first learning object,
the second learning object,
the third learning object, and
the fourth learning object.

The computer readable memory of claim 13 , wherein the processing module functions to execute the operational instructions stored by the fourth memory element to cause the processing module to generate the combined lesson asset information regarding the first and second topics by one or more of:
generating a fifth learning object to include the first and third learning objects, wherein the fifth learning object includes the first set of knowledge bullet-points points and the third set of knowledge bullet-points points; and generating a sixth learning object to include the second and fourth learning objects, wherein the sixth learning object includes the second set of knowledge bullet-points points and the fourth set of knowledge bullet-points points.

The computer readable memory of claim 17 , wherein the processing module further functions to execute the operational instructions stored by the fourth memory element to cause the processing module to generate the combined lesson asset information regarding the first and second topics by one or more of:
