Abstract
A production apparatus and production method for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in a spinning process is provided. The production apparatus is a ring spinning machine. The ring spinning machine includes a front table board and a rear table board with a same structure. Each of the front table board and the rear table board is formed by a plurality of spindles with a same structure. Each spindle includes a drafting system. A roving feeding bell mouth is connected at the rear of the drafting system, and a splitting plate is arranged at the front of the drafting system. A dyeing system is arranged at the front of the splitting plate. A color fixing system is added at the front of the dyeing system. A bunching bell mouth device and a delivery roller pair are arranged at the front of the color fixing system.

The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 1 , wherein the drafting system comprises a rear roller drafting pair formed by a rear bottom roller and a rear top rubber roller, a middle roller drafting pair formed by a middle bottom roller and a middle top rubber roller, and a front roller drafting pair formed by a front bottom roller and a front top rubber roller, wherein the rear roller drafting pair, the middle roller drafting pair and the front roller drafting pair are sequentially arranged; the roving feeding bell mouth is arranged at a rear of the rear roller drafting pair, and the splitting plate is arranged at a front of the front roller drafting pair.

The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 2 , wherein the rear bottom roller, the middle bottom roller, and the front bottom roller have a same structure, and the rear bottom roller, the middle bottom roller and the front bottom roller are arranged from rear to front in a straight line at 45 degrees from a horizontal transverse line; each of the rear bottom roller, the middle bottom roller and the front bottom roller comprises a roller shaft, and the roller shaft is a solid cylindrical iron or steel structure; in the plurality of spindles of the front table board and the rear table board, the roller shafts of the rear bottom rollers are integrally connected, the roller shafts of the middle bottom rollers are integrally connected, and the roller shafts of the front bottom rollers are integrally connected; the roller shaft is integrally sleeved with a roller sleeve, a material of the roller sleeve is the same as a material of the roller shaft, and the roller sleeve of the each spindle is independent; the rear top rubber roller, the middle top rubber roller and the front top rubber roller have a same structure; each of the rear top rubber roller, the middle top rubber roller and the front top rubber roller comprises a rubber roller shaft, and the rubber roller shaft is a solid cylindrical iron or steel structure; wherein, a rubber roller shaft of a rear top rubber roller of a first spindle and a rubber roller shaft of a rear top rubber roller of a second spindle are integrally connected, a rubber roller shaft of a middle top rubber roller of the first spindle and a rubber roller shaft of a middle top rubber roller of the second spindle are integrally connected a rubber roller shaft of a front top rubber roller of the first spindle and a rubber roller shaft of a front top rubber roller of the second spindle are integrally connected, and the second spindle is adjacent to and on the right side of the first spindle; the rubber roller shaft is connected to a rubber roller sleeve by a bearing, and the rubber roller sleeve is made of a rubber material; and middle portions of rubber roller shafts of the first spindle and rubber roller shafts of the second spindle are inserted in an independent gripper of a pressuring assembly to achieve connections of the rear top rubber roller, the middle top rubber roller and the front top rubber roller.

The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 1 , wherein the splitting plate is an arc-shaped structure of ¼ of a circumference; splitting plates of the plurality of spindles of the front table board and the rear table board are integrally connected; a left end and a right end of the splitting plate are fixed at the front table board or the rear table board; splitting teeth are provided in an arc direction of the splitting plate on the each spindle; the splitting teeth comprises level-1 splitting teeth, level-2 splitting teeth, and level-3 splitting teeth, wherein the level-1 splitting teeth, the level-2 splitting teeth and the level-3 splitting teeth are sequentially connected and arranged from rear to front in the arc direction of the splitting plate; an arrangement density of the level-1 splitting teeth is less than an arrangement density of the level-2 splitting teeth, the arrangement density of the level-2 splitting teeth is less than an arrangement density of the level-3 splitting teeth; the rear ends of the level-1 splitting teeth are located at a rearmost end in the arc direction of the splitting plate, and front ends of the level-3 splitting teeth are located at a frontmost end in the arc direction of the splitting plate.

The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 1 , wherein the dyeing system is arranged at the front of the splitting plate of the each spindle, the dyeing system comprises a rear-row dyeing device, a middle-row dyeing device, and a front-row dyeing device, and the rear-row dyeing device, the middle-row dyeing device, and the front-row dyeing device are arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction.

The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 5 , wherein the rear-row dyeing device comprises red dyeing rings, a number of the red dyeing rings is the same as a number of splitting channels in the level-3 splitting teeth, and the red dyeing rings are located right in front of the splitting channels in the level-3 splitting teeth; the middle-row dyeing device comprises yellow dyeing rings, a number of the yellow dyeing rings is the same as the number of the red dyeing rings, and the yellow dyeing rings are located right in front of the red dyeing rings; the front-row dyeing device comprises blue dyeing rings, a number of the blue dyeing rings is the same as the number of the red dyeing rings, and the blue dyeing rings are located right in front of the red dyeing rings; the red dyeing rings are connected to a red ink cartridge by an ink channel, the yellow dyeing rings are connected to a yellow ink cartridge by an ink channel, and the blue dyeing rings are connected to a blue ink cartridge by an ink channel; the red dyeing rings, the yellow dyeing rings, and the blue dyeing rings have same structure of an annular shape; the annular shape comprises a first left annular surface and a first right annular surface, a bottom end of the first left annular surface and a bottom end of the first right annular surface are connected by a first rotating shaft controlled by a motor, a top end of the first left annular surface and a top end of the first right annular surface are not connected; an inner circular surface of the annular shape of each dyeing ring is a first rotating circular surface, and when the first rotating shaft rotates to enable the top end of the first left annular surface and the top end of the first right annular surface to tightly contact, a strand passes through the inner circular surface to move forward to drive the inner circular surface to rotate, and red ink in the red dyeing rings, yellow ink in the yellow dyeing rings, and blue ink in the blue dyeing rings are emitted and sprayed on the strand.

The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 5 , wherein the rear-row dyeing device comprises red dyeing rings, a first vertical rod is fixedly connected at a bottom end of the red dyeing ring, a top end of the first vertical rod is fixedly connected to the red dyeing ring, a bottom end of the first vertical rod is movably inserted in a first horizontal rod; grooves are provided in the first horizontal rod at equal intervals, a number of the grooves is the same as a number of the first vertical rods, the bottom end of the first vertical rod is movably inserted in the groove in the first horizontal rod to support the first vertical rod; first horizontal rods on the plurality of spindles of the front table board and the rear table board are respectively integrally connected, end points of the first horizontal rods located at the two ends of the front table board and the rear table board are respectively fixed on the front table board and the rear table board; a second horizontal rod is arranged above the first horizontal rod; first expandable holes are provided in the second horizontal rod at equal intervals, the first expandable hole at a same position in the each spindle is controlled by a separate motor to expand or shrink, a number of the first expandable holes is the same as a number of the red dyeing rings; the first vertical rod at the bottom end of the each red dyeing ring passes through the first expandable hole, the first horizontal rods on the plurality of spindles of the front table board are integrally connected, the first horizontal rods on the plurality of spindles of the rear table board are integrally connected, a left end point of the first horizontal rod located at a left end of the front table board is fixed on the front table board by a first vertical lifting rod, a right end point of the first horizontal rod located at a right end of the front table board is fixed on the front table board by a second vertical lifting rod, the left end point of the first horizontal rod located at the left end of the rear table board is fixed on the rear table board by a third vertical lifting rod, the right end point of the first horizontal rod located at the right end of the rear table board is fixed on the rear table board by a fourth vertical lifting rod, and the first vertical lifting rod, the second vertical lifting rod, the third vertical lifting rod, and the fourth vertical lifting rod are driven together by a first motor to ascend or descend;

The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 1 , wherein the color fixing system comprises color fixing rings, a number of the color fixing rings is the same as a number of the blue dyeing ring; the color fixing rings are located right in front of the blue dyeing ring; a bottom end of the color fixing ring is fixedly connected to a fourth vertical rod, a top end of the fourth vertical rod is fixedly connected to the color fixing ring, a bottom end of the fourth vertical rod is fixed on a seventh horizontal rod, the seventh horizontal rods on the plurality of spindles of the front table board are integrally connected, the seventh horizontal rods on the plurality of spindles of the rear table board are integrally connected; a left end point of the seventh horizontal rod located at the left end of the front table board is fixed on the front table board by a thirteenth vertical lifting rod, a right end point of the seventh horizontal rod located at the right end of the front table board is fixed on the front table board by a fourteenth vertical lifting rod, the left end point of the seventh horizontal rod located at the left end of the rear table board is fixed on the rear table board by a fifteenth vertical lifting rod; the right end point of the seventh horizontal rod located at the right end of the rear table board is fixed on the rear table board by a sixteenth vertical lifting rod; the thirteenth vertical lifting rod, the fourteenth vertical lifting rod, the fifteenth vertical lifting rod, and the sixteenth vertical lifting rod are driven together by a fourth motor to ascend or descend; the color fixing ring has an annular shape, the annular shape comprises a second left annular surface and a second right annular surface, a bottom end of the second left annular surface and a bottom end of the second right annular surface are connected by a second rotating shaft controlled by a motor, a top end of the second left annular surface and a top end of the second right annular surface are not connected; an inner circular surface of the annular shape of the color fixing ring is a heating circular surface, when the second rotating shaft rotates to enable the top ends of the second left annular surface and the second right annular surface to close, the heating circular surface starts heating, and when the second rotating shaft rotates to enable the top end of the second left annular surface and the top end of the second right annular surface to be disengaged, the heating circular surface stops heating.

The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 1 , wherein the bunching bell mouth device comprises a level-1 bell mouth, a level-2 bell mouth, and a level-3 bell mouth; the level-1 bell mouth, the level-2 bell mouth, and the level-3 bell mouth are sequentially fixed, connected, and arranged from rear to front in a length direction of the bunching bell mouth; the diameters of the level-1 bell mouth, the level-2 bell mouth, and the level-3 bell mouth gradually decreases, and the delivery roller pair is added at a front of the bunching bell mouth.
10 . A production method for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in a spinning process using the production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 1 , comprising the following steps:
during spinning, pressing the pressuring assembly downward, wherein the rubber roller sleeves and the roller sleeves of the roller drafting pair of each spindle are tightly pressed to contact, and the bottom delivery roller and the rotating sleeve of the top delivery rubber roller are tightly pressed to contact, all dyeing rings of the dyeing system are all fully lowered and in an open state that the top ends are not connected, each expandable hole is in a fully open state, and all the color fixing rings of the color fixing system are all fully lowered and in an open state that the top ends are not connected; after a roving enters the roving feeding bell mouth, tightly pressing the roving by the rear roller drafting pair, and feeding the roving into a drafting area, tightly pressing and delivering the roving by the middle roller drafting pair, wherein a first strand with reduced linear density and reduced twist is obtained under a drafting effect of a rear drafting area between the rear roller drafting pair and the middle roller drafting pair; tightly pressing and delivering the first strand by the front roller drafting pair, wherein a second strand with reduced linear density and reduced twist is obtained under a drafting effect of a front drafting area between the middle roller drafting pair and the front roller drafting pair; after the second strand subsequently enters the splitting plate, and sequentially passes through the level-1 splitting teeth, the level-2 splitting teeth, and the level-3 splitting teeth of the splitting plate, dividing the second strand into several uniform fiber bundles, and calculating the linear density of each fiber bundle according to the linear density of the second strand and the number of the splitting channels in the splitting teeth; delivering each fiber bundle through the dyeing system, wherein, according to a required color of final spun colored spun yarn and the calculated linear density of each fiber bundle, a number of fiber bundles to be dyed red, a number of fiber bundles to be dyed yellow, and a number of fiber bundles to be dyed blue are calculated to obtain a corresponding color; a number of first expandable holes to be in a shrunk state starting from a leftmost side in each corresponding spindle are sequentially set according to the number of fiber bundles to be dyed red, a number of second expandable holes to be in a shrunk state starting from the leftmost side in each corresponding spindle are sequentially set according to the number of fiber bundles to be dyed yellow, a number of third expandable holes to be in a shrunk state starting from the leftmost side in each corresponding spindle are sequentially set according to the number of fiber bundles to be dyed blue; the first motor drives the red dyeing ring at the position of the first expandable hole in a shrunk state to ascend, the second motor drives the yellow dyeing ring at the position of the second expandable hole in a shrunk state to ascend, the third motor drives the blue dyeing ring at the position of the third expandable hole in a shrunk state to ascend; the fiber bundles at corresponding positions respectively contact a fully ascended red dyeing ring, a fully ascended yellow dyeing ring, and a fully ascended blue dyeing ring, and the first rotating shafts of the fully ascended red dyeing ring, the fully ascended yellow dyeing ring, and the fully ascended blue dyeing ring rotate to enable the top ends of the first left annular surfaces and the first right annular surfaces to tightly contact; and the fiber bundles pass through the inner circular surfaces of the dyeing rings to move forward to drive the inner circular surfaces of the dyeing rings to rotate, and ink in the dyeing rings is emitted and sprayed on the corresponding fiber bundles to dye the fiber bundles; delivering all the fiber bundles dyed red or yellow or blue then simultaneously through the color fixing system wherein, motor drives each color fixing ring to ascend, and when the heating circular surface of the fully ascended color fixing ring starts heating, the fiber bundle passes through the inner circular surface of the color fixing ring to achieve a color fixing process for the dyed fiber bundle, and the dyed colors of the fiber bundles are fixed; and after dyed and color-fixed fiber bundles subsequently enter the bunching bell mouth and keep moving forward in the length direction of the bunching bell mouth gathering and pressing the dyed and color-fixed fiber, bundles to obtain a compacted mixed strand with extremely weak twist; tightly pressing the compacted mixed strand is tightly pressed by the delivery roller pair, and continuously delivering the compacted mixed strand mixed strand, and twisting the delivered mixed strand with a number of twists by the ring spinning machine, to obtain final mixed colored spun yarn.

The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 2 , wherein the splitting plate is an arc-shaped structure of ¼ of a circumference; splitting plates of the plurality of spindles of the front table board and the rear table board are integrally connected; a left end and a right end of the splitting plate are fixed at the front table board or the rear table board; splitting teeth are provided in an arc direction of the splitting plate on the each spindle; the splitting teeth comprises level-1 splitting teeth, level-2 splitting teeth, and level-3 splitting teeth, wherein the level-1 splitting teeth, the level-2 splitting teeth and the level-3 splitting teeth are sequentially connected and arranged from rear to front in the arc direction of the splitting plate; an arrangement density of the level-1 splitting teeth is less than an arrangement density of the level-2 splitting teeth, the arrangement density of the level-2 splitting teeth is less than an arrangement density of the level-3 splitting teeth; rear ends of the level-1 splitting teeth are located at a rearmost end in the arc direction of the splitting plate, and front ends of the level-3 splitting teeth are located at a frontmost end in the arc direction of the splitting plate.

The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 6 , wherein the rear-row dyeing device comprises red dyeing rings, a first vertical rod is fixedly connected at a bottom end of the red dyeing ring, a top end of the first vertical rod is fixedly connected to the red dyeing ring, a bottom end of the first vertical rod is movably inserted in a first horizontal rod; grooves are provided in the first horizontal rod at equal intervals, a number of the grooves is the same as a number of the first vertical rods, the bottom end of the first vertical rod is movably inserted in the groove in the first horizontal rod to support the first vertical rod; first horizontal rods on the plurality of spindles of the front table board and the rear table board are respectively integrally connected, end points of the first horizontal rods located at the two ends of the front table board and the rear table board are respectively fixed on the front table board and the rear table board; a second horizontal rod is arranged above the first horizontal rod; first expandable holes are provided in the second horizontal rod at equal intervals, the first expandable hole at a same position in the each spindle is controlled by a separate motor to expand or shrink, a number of the first expandable holes is the same as a number of the red dyeing rings; the first vertical rod at the bottom end of the each red dyeing ring passes through the first expandable hole, the first horizontal rods on the plurality of spindles of the front table board are integrally connected, the first horizontal rods on the plurality of spindles of the rear table board are integrally connected, a left end point of the first horizontal rod located at a left end of the front table board is fixed on the front table board by a first vertical lifting rod, a right end point of the first horizontal rod located at a right end of the front table board is fixed on the front table board by a second vertical lifting rod, the left end point of the first horizontal rod located at the left end of the rear table board is fixed on the rear table board by a third vertical lifting rod, the right end point of the first horizontal rod located at the right end of the rear table board is fixed on the rear table board by a fourth vertical lifting rod, and the first vertical lifting rod, the second vertical lifting rod, the third vertical lifting rod, and the fourth vertical lifting rod are driven together by a first motor to ascend or descend;

The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 10 , wherein the drafting system comprises a rear roller drafting pair formed by a rear bottom roller and a rear top rubber roller, a middle roller drafting pair formed by a middle bottom roller and a middle top rubber roller, and a front roller drafting pair formed by a front bottom roller and a front top rubber roller, wherein the rear roller drafting pair, the middle roller drafting pair and the front roller drafting pair are sequentially arranged; the roving feeding bell mouth is arranged at a rear of the rear roller drafting pair, and the splitting plate is arranged at a front of the front roller drafting pair.

The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 11 , wherein the rear bottom roller, the middle bottom roller, and the front bottom roller have a same structure, and the rear bottom roller, the middle bottom roller and the front bottom roller are arranged from rear to front in a straight line at 45 degrees from a horizontal transverse line;
each of the rear bottom roller, the middle bottom roller and the front bottom roller comprises a roller shaft, and the roller shaft is a solid cylindrical iron or steel structure; in the plurality of spindles of the front table board and the rear table board, the roller shafts of the rear bottom rollers are integrally connected, the roller shafts of the middle bottom rollers are integrally connected, and the roller shafts of the front bottom rollers are integrally connected; the roller shaft is integrally sleeved with a roller sleeve, a material of the roller sleeve is the same as a material of the roller shaft, and the roller sleeve of the each spindle is independent; the rear top rubber roller, the middle top rubber roller and the front top rubber roller have a same structure; each of the rear top rubber roller, the middle top rubber roller and the front top rubber roller comprises a rubber roller shaft, and the rubber roller shaft is a solid cylindrical iron or steel structure; wherein, a rubber roller shaft of a rear top rubber roller of a first spindle and a rubber roller shaft of a rear top rubber roller of a second spindle are integrally connected, a rubber roller shaft of a middle top rubber roller of the first spindle and a rubber roller shaft of a middle top rubber roller of the second spindle are integrally connected, a rubber roller shaft of a front top rubber roller of the first spindle and a rubber roller shaft of a front top rubber roller of the second spindle are integrally connected, and the second spindle is adjacent to and on the right side of the first spindle; the rubber roller shaft is connected to a rubber roller sleeve by a bearing, and the rubber roller sleeve is made of a rubber material; and middle portions of rubber roller shafts of the first spindle and rubber roller shafts of the second spindle are inserted in an independent gripper of a pressuring assembly to achieve connections of the rear top rubber roller, the middle top rubber roller and the front top rubber roller.
15 . The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 10 , wherein the splitting plate is an arc-shaped structure of ¼ of a circumference; splitting plates of the plurality of spindles of the front table board and the rear table board are integrally connected; a left end and a right end of the splitting plate are fixed at the front table board or the rear table board; splitting teeth are provided in an arc direction of the splitting plate on the each spindle; the splitting teeth comprises level-1 splitting teeth, level-2 splitting teeth, and level-3 splitting teeth, wherein the level-1 splitting teeth, the level-2 splitting teeth and the level-3 splitting teeth are sequentially connected and arranged from rear to front in the arc direction of the splitting plate; an arrangement density of the level-1 splitting teeth is less than an arrangement density of the level-2 splitting teeth, the arrangement density of the level-2 splitting teeth is less than an arrangement density of the level-3 splitting teeth; rear ends of the level-1 splitting teeth are located at a rearmost end in the arc direction of the splitting plate, and front ends of the level-3 splitting teeth are located at a frontmost end in the arc direction of the splitting plate.
16 . The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 10 , wherein the dyeing system is arranged at the front of the splitting plate of the each spindle, the dyeing system comprises a rear-row dyeing device, a middle-row dyeing device, and a front-row dyeing device, and the rear-row dyeing device, the middle-row dyeing device, and the front-row dyeing device are arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction.
17 . The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 16 , wherein the rear-row dyeing device comprises red dyeing rings, a number of the red dyeing rings is the same as a number of splitting channels in the level-3 splitting teeth, and the red dyeing rings are located right in front of the splitting channels in the level-3 splitting teeth; the middle-row dyeing device comprises yellow dyeing rings, a number of the yellow dyeing rings is the same as the number of the red dyeing rings, and the yellow dyeing rings are located right in front of the red dyeing rings; the front-row dyeing device comprises blue dyeing rings, a number of the blue dyeing rings is the same as the number of the red dyeing rings, and the blue dyeing rings are located right in front of the red dyeing rings; the red dyeing rings are connected to a red ink cartridge by an ink channel, the yellow dyeing rings are connected to a yellow ink cartridge by an ink channel, and the blue dyeing rings are connected to a blue ink cartridge by an ink channel; the red dyeing rings, the yellow dyeing rings, and the blue dyeing rings have a same structure of an annular shape; the annular shape comprises a first left annular surface and a first right annular surface, a bottom end of the first left annular surface and a bottom end of the first right annular surface are connected by a first rotating shaft controlled by a motor, a top end of the first left annular surface and a top end of the first right annular surface are not connected; an inner circular surface of the annular shape of each dyeing ring is a first rotating circular surface, and when the first rotating shaft rotates to enable the top end of the first left annular surface and the top end of the first right annular surface to tightly contact, a strand passes through the inner circular surface to move forward to drive the inner circular surface to rotate, and red ink in the red dyeing rings, yellow ink in the yellow dyeing rings, and blue ink in the blue dyeing rings are emitted and sprayed on the strand.
18 . The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 16 , wherein the rear-row dyeing device comprises red dyeing rings, a first vertical rod fixedly connected at a bottom end of the red dyeing ring, a top end of the first vertical rod is fixedly connected to the red dyeing ring, a bottom end of the first vertical rod is movably inserted in a first horizontal rod; grooves are provided in the first horizontal rod at equal intervals, a number of the grooves is the same as a number of the first vertical rods, the bottom end of the first vertical rod is movably inserted in the groove in the first horizontal rod to support the first vertical rod; first horizontal rods on the plurality of spindles of the front table board and the rear table board are respectively integrally connected, end points of the first horizontal rods located at the two ends of the front table board and the rear table board are respectively fixed on the front table board and the rear table board; a second horizontal rod is arranged above the first horizontal rod; first expandable holes are provided in the second horizontal rod at equal intervals, the first expandable hole at a same position in the each spindle is controlled by a separate motor to expand or shrink, a number of the first expandable holes is the same as a number of the red dyeing rings; the first vertical rod at the bottom end of the each red dyeing ring passes through the first expandable hole, the first horizontal rods on the plurality of spindles of the front table board are integrally connected, the first horizontal rods on the plurality of spindles of the rear table board are integrally connected, a left end point of the first horizontal rod located at a left end of the front table board is fixed on the front table board by a first vertical lifting rod, a right end point of the first horizontal rod located at a right end of the front table board is fixed on the front table board by a second vertical lifting rod, the left end point of the first horizontal rod located at the left end of the rear table board is fixed on the rear table board by a third vertical lifting rod, the right end point of the first horizontal rod located at the right end of the rear table board is fixed on the rear table board by a fourth vertical lifting rod, and the first vertical lifting rod, the second vertical lifting rod, the third vertical lifting rod, and the fourth vertical lifting rod are driven together by a first motor to ascend or descend;

The production apparatus for colored spun yarn with fiber dyeing and mixing in the spinning process according to claim 10 , wherein the color fixing system comprises color fixing rings, a number of the color fixing rings is the same as a number of the blue dyeing rings; the color fixing rings are located right in front of the blue dyeing rings; a bottom end of the color fixing ring is fixedly connected to a fourth vertical rod, a top end of the fourth vertical rod is fixedly connected to the color fixing ring, a bottom end of the fourth vertical rod is fixed on a seventh horizontal rod, the seventh horizontal rods on the plurality of spindles of the front table board are integrally connected, the seventh horizontal rods on the plurality of spindles of the rear table board are integrally connected; a left end point of the seventh horizontal rod located at the left end of the front table board is fixed on the front table board by a thirteenth vertical lifting rod, a right end point of the seventh horizontal rod located at the right end of the front table board is fixed on the front table board by a fourteenth vertical lifting rod, the left end point of the seventh horizontal rod located at the left end of the rear table board is fixed on the rear table board by a fifteenth vertical lifting rod; the right end point of the seventh horizontal rod located at the right end of the rear table board is fixed on the rear table board by a sixteenth vertical lifting rod; the thirteenth vertical lifting rod, the fourteenth vertical lifting rod, the fifteenth vertical lifting rod, and the sixteenth vertical lifting rod are driven together by a fourth motor to ascend or descend; the color fixing ring has an annular shape, the annular shape comprises a second left annular surface and a second right annular surface, a bottom end of the second left annular surface and a bottom end of the second right annular surface are connected by a second rotating shaft controlled by a motor, a top end of the second left annular surface and a top end of the second right annular surface are not connected; an inner circular surface of the annular shape of the color fixing ring is a heating circular surface, when the second rotating shaft rotates to enable the top ends of the second left annular surface and the second right annular surface to close, the heating circular surface starts heating, and when the second rotating shaft rotates to enable the top end of the second left annular surface and the top end of the second right annular surface to be disengaged, the heating circular surface stops heating.
