Abstract
A shoe insole assembly for enhancing the odor of a shoe includes an insole that is insertable into a shoe. The insole is comprised of a resiliently compressible material to enhance comfort for a user wearing the shoe. Additionally, the insole is infused with a chemical odor eliminator to reduce odors associated with shoes. The insole is infused with a volatile chemical scent that is released from the insole to enhance the scent of the shoe. A cushion is coupled to the insole and the cushion is comprised of a resiliently compressible material to enhance comfort for the user.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A shoe insole assembly for absorbing odors and releasing a fragrant scent, said assembly comprising:
an insole being insertable into a shoe, said insole being comprised of a resiliently compressible material wherein said insole is configured to enhance comfort for a user wearing the shoe, said insole being infused with a chemical odor eliminator wherein said insole is configured to reduce odors associated with shoes, said insole being infused with a volatile chemical scent that is released from said insole wherein said insole is configured to enhance the scent of the shoe, said insole having a heel ridge extending upwardly therefrom for cradling the user's heel; and a cushion being coupled to said insole, said cushion being comprised of a resiliently compressible material wherein said cushion is configured to enhance comfort for the user.
2 . The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein said insole has a top surface, a bottom surface and a perimeter edge extending therebetween, said perimeter edge defining an elongated ovoid shape thereby facilitating said insole to conform to the sole of the shoe.
3 . The assembly according to claim 2 , wherein said heel ridge is positioned on said top surface, said heel ridge being aligned with said perimeter edge and curving around a rear end of said insole.
4 . The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein said cushion has a heel portion and a toe portion, each of said heel portion and said toe portion being comprised of a plurality of resiliently compressible beads, said heel portion being aligned with the user's heel, said toe portion being aligned with the user's toes.
5 . The assembly according to claim 2 , wherein said cushion has an upper surface, a lower surface and a peripheral edge extending therebetween, said upper surface being bonded to said bottom surface of said insole having said peripheral surface being aligned with said perimeter surface.
6 . A shoe insole assembly for absorbing odors and releasing a fragrant scent, said assembly comprising:
an insole being insertable into a shoe, said insole being comprised of a resiliently compressible material wherein said insole is configured to enhance comfort for a user wearing the shoe, said insole being comprised of a fluid absorbent material wherein said insole is configured to absorb perspiration, said insole being infused with a chemical odor eliminator wherein said insole is configured to reduce odors associated with shoes, said insole being infused with a volatile chemical scent that is released from said insole wherein said insole is configured to enhance the scent of the shoe, said insole having a heel ridge extending upwardly therefrom for cradling the user's heel, said insole having a top surface, a bottom surface and a perimeter edge extending therebetween, said perimeter edge defining an elongated ovoid shape thereby facilitating said insole to conform to the sole of the shoe, said heel ridge being positioned on said top surface, said heel ridge being aligned with said perimeter edge and curving around a rear end of said insole; and a cushion being coupled to said insole, said cushion being comprised of a resiliently compressible material wherein said cushion is configured to enhance comfort for the user, said cushion having a heel portion and a toe portion, each of said heel portion and said toe portion being comprised of a plurality of resiliently compressible beads, said heel portion being aligned with the user's heel, said toe portion being aligned with the user's toes, said cushion having an upper surface, a lower surface and a peripheral edge extending therebetween, said upper surface being bonded to said bottom surface of said insole having said peripheral surface being aligned with said perimeter surface.Cited by (0)
