Gas Combustion Heating Smoking Article

Abstract

A gas combustion heating smoking article with puff mouth piece is provided. The gas heating smoking article includes a smoking article housing, a combustion device, a plurality of cigarette consumable items or a plurality of aerosol generation consumable items. The combustion device uses propane or butane premixed with air before combustion, heat generated from the combustion is used to bake the cigarette consumable items or aerosol generation consumable items. The present invention provides a low temperature smoking article using gas as energy, which generates quite similar taste of normal cigarette, to people who have difficulty to quite smoke. Because there is no cigarette burning, this smoking article can reduce many harmful products compared to the traditional cigarette due to its tobacco burning and heat degradation, like tar, carbon monoxide, ash, etc.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A gas heating smoking article, comprising:
 a smoking article housing,   a combustion device attached on the housing, and   a plurality of cigarette consumable items;   wherein the combustion device premixes a propane or a butane with air before a combustion to obtain a premixed gas, and a heat generated from the combustion is transferred to an air flow path to heat an air inside the air flow path to obtain a high temperature air;   wherein the high temperature air heats the plurality of cigarette consumable items to generate an aerosol;   wherein the combustion device and the plurality of cigarette consumable items are placed in a combustion zone and an aerosol generation zone, and there is no air flow between the combustion zone and the aerosol generation zone.   
     
     
         2 . The gas heating smoking article of  claim 1 , wherein the combustion device comprises a heat collector, and the premixed gas combusts in the heat collector to generate the heat. 
     
     
         3 . The gas heating smoking article of  claim 2 , wherein the air flow path is spiral shaped, and the air flow path comprises an inlet air hole connected to an outside of the smoking article housing. 
     
     
         4 . The gas heating smoking article of  claim 1 , wherein the gas heating smoking article further comprises a flame retardant and a thermal insulation layer. 
     
     
         5 . The gas heating smoking article of  claim 1 , wherein an end part of the smoking article housing is provided with a silicon tube for inserting the plurality of cigarette consumable items, wherein a puff mouth piece of the gas heating smoking article is outside the silicon tube; wherein the silicon tube has an unfold opening for inserting the plurality of cigarette consumable items; wherein the puff mouth piece compresses the unfold opening of the silicon tube to make the silicon tube shrink and hold the plurality of cigarette consumable items to present a good sealing. 
     
     
         6 . The gas heating smoking article of  claim 1 , wherein the smoking article housing is provided with a removable puff mouth piece, the plurality of cigarette consumable items are inserted into the smoking article housing or placed in the removable puff mouth piece. 
     
     
         7 . The gas heating smoking article of  claim 1 , wherein the combustion device comprises a heat collection system, the heat collection system is a cellular structure, the premixed gas combusts in the heat collection system with or without flame, the heat collection system is provided with a plurality of air flow holes on its side wall, and a heat release unit is provided at a close end of the heat collection system. 
     
     
         8 . The gas heating smoking article of  claim 7 , wherein the heat collection system is designed as multi-fence metal column, filled with metal foam metal column or filled with metal fiber mat metal column. 
     
     
         9 . The gas heating smoking article of  claim 2 , wherein a flame muffler net is placed between the heat collector and the smoking article housing. 
     
     
         10 . The gas heating smoking article of  claim 1 , wherein the combustion device includes a combustion chamber, an ignition device, a gas flow valve, a gas recharge port, a control switch and a premix chamber, the premix chamber is designed with a combustion supporting air inlet and a nozzle, flame premixed with air flows into the heat collector by the nozzle.

The gas heating smoking article of  claim 10 , wherein the premix chamber is made of heat resistant ceramic, a side wall of the premix chamber is designed with a plurality of waste gas outlets; or the premix chamber is made of a dual wave shaped metal sheet, the dual wave shaped metal sheet is configured to be extended and press to close an air flow valve, and the side wall of the premix chamber is designed with the plurality of waste gas outlets. 
     
     
         12 . The gas heating smoking article of  claim 2 , wherein the smoking article housing is provided with a removable puff mouth piece, the plurality of cigarette consumable items are inserted into the smoking article housing or placed in the removable puff mouth piece. 
     
     
         13 . The gas heating smoking article of  claim 3 , wherein the smoking article housing is provided with a removable puff mouth piece, the plurality of cigarette consumable items are inserted into the smoking article housing or placed in the removable puff mouth piece. 
     
     
         14 . The gas heating smoking article of  claim 4 , wherein the smoking article housing is provided with a removable puff mouth piece, the plurality of cigarette consumable items are inserted into the smoking article housing or placed in the removable puff mouth piece.

The gas heating smoking article of  claim 4 , wherein the combustion device comprises a heat collection system, the heat collection system is a cellular structure, the premixed gas combusts in the heat collection system with or without flame, the heat collection system is provided with a plurality of air flow holes on its side wall, and a heat release unit is provided at a close end of the heat collection system.

The gas heating smoking article of  claim 5 , wherein the combustion device comprises a heat collection system, the heat collection system is a cellular structure, the premixed gas combusts in the heat collection system with or without flame, the heat collection system is provided with a plurality of air flow holes on its side wall, and a heat release unit is provided at a close end of the heat collection system.

The gas heating smoking article of  claim 6 , wherein the combustion device comprises a heat collection system, the heat collection system is a cellular structure, the premixed gas combusts in the heat collection system with or without flame, the heat collection system is provided with a plurality of air flow holes on its side wall, and a heat release unit is provided at a close end of the heat collection system. 
     
     
         18 . The gas heating smoking article of  claim 3 , wherein a flame muffler net is placed between the heat collector and the smoking article housing.

The gas heating smoking article of  claim 2 , wherein the combustion device includes a combustion chamber, an ignition device, a gas flow valve, a gas recharge port, a control switch and a premix chamber, the premix chamber is designed with a combustion supporting air inlet and a nozzle, flame premixed with air flows into the heat collector by the nozzle.

The gas heating smoking article of  claim 3 , wherein the combustion device includes a combustion chamber, an ignition device, a gas flow valve, a gas recharge port, a control switch and a premix chamber, the premix chamber is designed with a combustion supporting air inlet and a nozzle, flame premixed with air flows into the heat collector by the nozzle.
