Cup having measurement indicators

Abstract

A drinking cup assembly is provided. The drinking cup assembly includes a silicone cup including a cup body including a vertical wall. The wall includes a translucent portion, a plurality of transparent windows, and a plurality of measurement indicators formed within the transparent windows. The silicone cup also includes a base integrally formed with the cup body. The drinking cup assembly also includes a silicone lid coupled with the cup. The silicone lid includes a lid body including a plurality of protrusions protruding from an exterior surface of the lid body. The protrusions are configured to be engaged with an interior surface of the wall of the cup body. The silicone lid also includes a center plate having a hole configured for drinking.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A drinking cup assembly, comprising:
 a silicone cup including:
 a cup body including a vertical wall, the wall including a translucent portion, a plurality of transparent windows, and a plurality of measurement indicators formed within the transparent windows; and 
 a base integrally formed with the cup body; and 
   a silicone lid coupled with the cup, the silicone lid including:
 a lid body including a plurality of protrusions protruding from an exterior surface of the lid body, the protrusions configured to be engaged with an interior surface of the wall of the cup body; and 
 a center plate having a hole configured for drinking. 
   
     
     
         2 . The drinking cup assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the base is wider than the cup body. 
     
     
         3 . The drinking cup assembly of  claim 1 , wherein sizes of at least two of the transparent windows are different. 
     
     
         4 . The drinking cup assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the measurement indicators and corresponding transparent windows are arranged in two columns. 
     
     
         5 . The drinking cup assembly of  claim 4 , wherein the measurement indicators and transparent windows arranged in two columns correspond to two different measurement units. 
     
     
         6 . The drinking cup assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the measurement indicators are formed at an exterior surface of the wall. 
     
     
         7 . The drinking cup assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the center plate is slanted lower toward the hole configured for drinking. 
     
     
         8 . The drinking cup assembly of  claim 1 , wherein all exterior and interior surfaces of the silicone cup are translucent except for surface areas corresponding to the transparent windows. 
     
     
         9 . The drinking cup assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the transparent windows have circular shapes. 
     
     
         10 . The drinking cup assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the base is translucent. 
     
     
         11 . The drinking cup assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the silicone lid includes a circumferential top flange extending from a top portion of the lid body outwardly to cover a top portion of the cup body. 
     
     
         12 . The drinking cup assembly of  claim 1 , wherein a diameter of the base is greater than an outer diameter of the cup body. 
     
     
         13 . The drinking cup assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the measurement indicators are translucent.
