Abstract
Review data associated with a plurality of entities is received. Each of the entities is associated with a particular industry and the review data comprises review data obtained from a plurality of review sites. From at least a portion of the received review data, a review benchmark for the industry is determined. The benchmark is provided as output.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . (canceled)
2 . A system, comprising:
a processor configured to:
receive review data associated with a plurality of entities, wherein each of the entities is associated with a particular industry, and wherein the review data comprises review data obtained from a plurality of review sites;
determine, from at least a portion of the received review data, a review benchmark for the particular industry, wherein the review benchmark for the particular industry comprises at least one of a review volume, a review rating, or a review age; and
based at least in part on the review benchmark for the particular industry, provide as output an indication of at least one review site on which placement of at least one additional review should be targeted; and
a memory coupled to the processor and configured to provide the processor with instructions.
3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the review volume comprises a target review volume across one or more review sites.
4 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the review rating comprises an industry average review rating.
5 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the industry average review rating is normalized.
6 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the review age comprises an industry target average age.
7 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the processor is further configured to determine a review distribution for a first entity.
8 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the processor is further configured to compare the review distribution determined for the first entity to the review benchmark for the particular industry.
9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the indication of the at least one review site on which placement of at least one additional review should be targeted is provided as output based at least in part on the comparison.
10 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the processor is further configured to determine that an entity associated with a first industry does not have an account on a particular review site.
11 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the processor is further configured to determine a plurality of regional benchmarks for the particular industry.
12 . A method, comprising:
receiving review data associated with a plurality of entities, wherein each of the entities is associated with a particular industry, and wherein the review data comprises review data obtained from a plurality of review sites; determining, from at least a portion of the received review data, a review benchmark for the particular industry, wherein the review benchmark for the particular industry comprises at least one of a review volume, a review rating, or a review age; and based at least in part on the review benchmark for the particular industry, providing as output an indication of at least one review site on which placement of at least one additional review should be targeted.
13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the review volume comprises a target review volume across one or more review sites.
14 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the review rating comprises an industry average review rating.
15 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the industry average review rating is normalized.
16 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the review age comprises an industry target average age.
17 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising determining a review distribution for a first entity.
18 . The method of claim 17 , further comprising comparing the review distribution determined for the first entity to the review benchmark for the particular industry.
19 . The method of claim 18 , wherein the indication of the at least one review site on which placement of at least one additional review should be targeted is provided as output based at least in part on the comparison.
20 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising determining that an entity associated with a first industry does not have an account on a particular review site.
21 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising determining a plurality of regional benchmarks for the particular industry.
22 . A computer program product embodied in a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, and comprising computer instructions for:
receiving review data associated with a plurality of entities, wherein each of the entities is associated with a particular industry, and wherein the review data comprises review data obtained from a plurality of review sites; determining, from at least a portion of the received review data, a review benchmark for the particular industry, wherein the review benchmark for the particular industry comprises at least one of a review volume, a review rating, or a review age; and based at least in part on the review benchmark for the particular industry, providing as output an indication of at least one review site on which placement of at least one additional review should be targeted.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
