Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

- 161 . (canceled)

. A method of treating an immune disorder in a subject comprising orally administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising Veillonella parvula Strain B (ATCC Accession Number PTA-125691) and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

. The method of claim 162 , wherein the Veillonella parvula Strain B (ATCC Accession Number PTA-125691) and the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier are within an enteric coating.

. The method of claim 162 , wherein the immune disorder is atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, or asthma.

. The method of claim 162 , wherein at least 50% of the bacteria in the pharmaceutical composition are Veillonella parvula Strain B (ATCC Accession Number PTA-125691).

. The method of claim 162 , wherein at least 95% of the bacteria in the pharmaceutical composition are Veillonella parvula Strain B (ATCC Accession Number PTA-125691).

. The method of claim 162 , wherein at least 99% of the bacteria in the pharmaceutical composition are Veillonella parvula Strain B (ATCC Accession Number PTA-125691).

. The method of claim 162 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises at least 1×10 6 colony forming units (CFUs) of Veillonella parvula Strain B (ATCC Accession Number PTA-125691.

. The method of claim 162 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises live bacteria.

. The method of claim 162 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises killed bacteria.

. The method of claim 162 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises irradiated bacteria.

. The method of claim 171 , wherein the irradiated bacteria comprises gamma irradiated bacteria.

. The method of claim 163 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition is formulated as an enteric coated capsule.

. The method of claim 163 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition is formulated as an enteric coated tablet.

. The method of claim 163 , wherein the enteric coating is a coating for duodenal release at a pH of about 5.5-6.2.

. The method of claim 163 , wherein the enteric coating is a coating for release in the ileum at a pH of about 7.2-7.2.

. The method of claim 163 , wherein the enteric coating is a coating for release in the colon at a pH of about 5.6-7.2.

. The method of claim 162 , wherein the Veillonella parvula Strain B (ATCC Accession Number PTA-125691) is freeze-dried.

. The method of claim 62 , wherein the method further comprises administering to the subject an additional therapeutic.

. The method of claim 179 , wherein the additional therapeutic is an antibiotic.

. The method of claim 179 , wherein the additional therapeutic is an anti-inflammatory agent.
