Garment with moisture transport zone
Abstract
In order to create a garment, comprising a knitted base body that comprises a moisture transport zone, wherein the moisture transport zone is knitted from at least one base yarn and at least one moisture transport yarn, and wherein the moisture transport zone extends along a longitudinal direction of the moisture transport zone running in parallel to a wale direction of the base body from a first end to a second end, in which garment a particularly effective transport of moisture, in particular of perspiration, from the first end to the second end of the moisture transport zone is achieved, it is proposed that the moisture transport zone comprises at least one moisture absorption region in which the mass of the moisture transport yarn contained per course increases along the longitudinal direction of the moisture transport zone.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Garment, comprising a knitted base body which comprises a moisture transport zone,
wherein the moisture transport zone is knitted from at least one base yarn and at least one moisture transport yarn and wherein the moisture transport zone extends along a longitudinal direction of the moisture transport zone running in parallel to a wale direction of the base body from a first end to a second end, wherein the moisture transport zone comprises at least one moisture absorption region in which the mass of the moisture transport yarn contained per course increases along the longitudinal direction of the moisture transport zone.
2 . Garment in accordance with claim 1 , wherein in the moisture absorption region the mass of the moisture transport yarn contained per course increases constantly at least in sections.
3 . Garment in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the extent of the moisture absorption region in the course direction of the base body increases along the longitudinal direction of the moisture transport zone.
4 . Garment in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the share of the extent of the moisture absorption region in the course direction of the base body in the entire extent of the base body in the course direction is less than 100%.
5 . Garment in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the share of the extent of the moisture absorption region in the course direction of the base body in the entire extent of the base body in the course direction increases along the longitudinal direction of the moisture transport zone.
6 . Garment in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the moisture absorption region comprises a substantially wedge-shaped portion.
7 . Garment in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the moisture transport zone comprises at least one moisture release region, which adjoins at least one moisture absorption region of the moisture transport zone in the longitudinal direction of the moisture transport zone.
8 . Garment in accordance with claim 7 , wherein the share of the extent of the moisture release region in the course direction of the base body in the entire extent of the base body in the course direction is substantially 100%.
9 . Garment in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the at least one moisture transport yarn is plated on the at least one base yarn.
10 . Garment in accordance with claim 9 , wherein the at least one moisture transport yarn is plated on an outer side of the base yarn that faces away from the skin of the wearer of the garment in the worn state of the garment.
11 . Garment in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the at least one moisture transport yarn has a higher capacity to transport moisture than the at least one base yarn.
12 . Garment in accordance with claim 1 , wherein at least one moisture transport yarn has a larger fiber cross section than at least one base yarn, wherein at least one moisture transport yarn has a greater number of filaments than at least one base yarn, wherein at least one moisture transport yarn has a more hydrophilic chemical composition than at least one base yarn, and/or wherein at least one moisture transport yarn has a hydrophilic finishing.
13 . Garment in accordance with claim 1 , wherein at least one moisture transport yarn comprises polyester and/or polyamide.
14 . Garment in accordance with claim 1 , wherein at least one base yarn comprises cotton, viscose, lyocell, polypropylene, wool, linen, and/or polyamide.
15 . Garment in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the garment is configured as a leg garment, and wherein at least one moisture absorption region begins in a toe region or at the edge of a toe region of the base body of the garment,
and/or wherein at least one moisture release region is arranged above a heel region of the base body of the garment.Cited by (0)
