Abstract
A decentralized and distributed secure home subscriber server is provided. First data can be sent representing a first nonce string to a mobile device; and in response to receiving second data representing the first nonce string and a second nonce string, a communication channel can be established with the mobile device as a function of the first nonce string.

1 . A first device, comprising:
a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:
receiving, from network equipment, a database tuple stored as crypto-currency transactional data, wherein the database tuple comprises an identifier and an encryption key associated with the first device;
sending, to a second device, data representative of a string of characters and a generated string of characters;
receiving, from the second device, the generated string of characters; and
establishing a communications link between the first device and the second device.
2 . The first device of claim 1 , wherein the string of characters has been encrypted using a public key associated with the second device.
3 . The first device of claim 2 , wherein the public key associated with the second device is received from database equipment.
4 . The first device of claim 3 , wherein the identifier is a first identifier, and wherein the public key associated with the second device is received in response to sending a second identifier associated with the second device to the database equipment.
5 . The first device of claim 4 , wherein the second identifier and the public key are stored as the database tuple by the database equipment, wherein the database tuple has been encrypted using a private key associated with the network equipment, and wherein the network equipment facilitates storage of the database tuple by the database equipment.
6 . The first device of claim 1 , wherein the data has been encrypted using a public key associated with the first device.
7 . The first device of claim 6 , wherein the operations further comprise decrypting the data using a private key associated with the first device.
8 . The first device of claim 7 , wherein the operations further comprise sending the generated string of characters to the second device.
9 . The first device of claim 8 , wherein the public key associated with the first device is a first public key wherein the generated string of characters has been encrypted with a second public key associated with the second device.
10 . A method, comprising:
receiving, by a user equipment comprising a processor, a database tuple comprising a cell identifier and an encryption key, wherein the cell identifier and the encryption key are associated with the user equipment, and wherein the database tuple is stored as crypto-currency transactional data by network equipment; sending, by the user equipment, to a device, data representing a sequence of characters and a generated sequence of characters; receiving, by the user equipment, the generated sequence of characters; and facilitating, by the user equipment, establishing a communication link between the user equipment and the device.
11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein sequence of characters is received in response to sending, by the user equipment, an international mobile subscriber identifier to the user equipment.

The method of claim 10 , wherein the encryption key associated with the user equipment is a first encryption key, wherein the sequence of characters is received as an encrypted sequence of characters, and wherein the method further comprises using, by the user equipment, a second encryption key to decrypt the encrypted sequence of characters to retrieve the sequence of characters.
13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the second encryption key is stored via an integrated circuit device associated with the user equipment.
14 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising using, by the user equipment, the first encryption key associated with the user equipment to encrypt the data.
15 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising using, by the user equipment, the second encryption key to decrypt a previously encrypted version of the generated sequence of characters, wherein the previously encrypted version of the generated sequence of characters was encrypted by the device using a private encryption key associated with the device.
16 . A non-transitory machine-readable medium, comprising executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:
receiving a database tuple comprising identification data and a encryption key, wherein the identification data and the encryption key are associated with first communication equipment, and wherein the database tuple is stored as crypto-currency transactional data by network equipment; sending, to second communication equipment, data representing string data and generated string data; receiving the generated string data from the second communication equipment; and establishing a communication link between the first communication equipment and the second communication equipment.
17 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 16 , wherein the database tuple is a first database tuple, and wherein the operations further comprise sending the generated string data to the second communication equipment included in a second database tuple.

The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 17 , wherein the encryption key associated with the user equipment is a first encryption key, wherein the identification data is first identification data, and wherein the second database tuple comprises second identification data associated with the second communication equipment and a second encryption key associated with the second communication equipment.
19 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 16 , wherein the string data is received from the first communication equipment.
