Abstract

A kit including first and second fabric wherein the first fabric sheet has a length in a range of from 40 to 90 inches and a width in a range of from 30 to 80 inches, wherein the first fabric sheet is folded; a second fabric sheet, wherein the second fabric sheet has a length in a range of from 10 to 30 inches and a width in a range of from 10 to 20 inches, wherein the second fabric sheet is folded; a package containing the folded first sheet and the folded second sheet, wherein the package has a package length in a range of from 6 inches to 36 inches and a package width in a range of from 4 inches to 24 inches, and wherein the package is sealed so as to enclose the folded first sheet and the folded second sheet.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A kit, comprising:
 a first fabric sheet of a first fabric,
 wherein the first fabric includes at least one of polyester or rayon, 
 wherein the first fabric sheet has a first unfolded size including a first length and a first width,
 wherein the first length is in a range of from 40 inches to 90 inches, and 
 wherein the first width is in a range of from 30 inches to 80 inches, 
 
 wherein the first fabric sheet is folded so as to have a first folded length that is less than the first length and so as to have a first folded width that is less than the first width; 
   a second fabric sheet of a second fabric,
 wherein the second fabric includes at least one of polyester or rayon, 
 wherein the second fabric sheet has a second unfolded size including a second length and a second width,
 wherein the second length is in a range of from 10 inches to 30 inches, and 
 wherein the second width is in a range of from 10 inches to 20 inches, 
 
 wherein the second fabric sheet is folded so as to have a second folded length that is less than the second length and so as to have a second folded width that is less than the second width; 
   a package containing the folded first sheet and the folded second sheet,
 wherein the package has a package size including a package length and a package width,
 wherein the package length is in a range of from 6 inches to 36 inches, and 
 wherein the package length is greater than or equal to the first folded length and is greater than or equal to the second folded length 
 wherein the package width is in a range of from 4 inches to 24 inches, 
 wherein the package width is greater than or equal to the first folded width and is greater than or equal to the second folded width, and 
 
 wherein the package is sealed so as to enclose the folded first sheet and the folded second sheet. 
   
     
     
         2 . The kit of  claim 1 , wherein the first fabric and the second fabric are a same fabric. 
     
     
         3 . The kit of  claim 2 , wherein the same fabric includes polyester and rayon. 
     
     
         4 . The kit of  claim 2 , wherein the same fabric is a nonwoven fabric. 
     
     
         5 . The kit of  claim 2 , wherein the same fabric further comprises an antimicrobial additive. 
     
     
         6 . The kit of  claim 1 , wherein the first length is 60 inches, wherein the second width is 40 inches, wherein the second length is 20 inches, and wherein the second width is 15 inches. 
     
     
         7 . The kit of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first fabric has a first fabric thickness that is in a range of from 4 mils to 30 mils, and   wherein the second fabric has a second fabric thickness that is in a range of from 4 mils to 30 mils.   
     
     
         8 . The kit of  claim 1 , wherein the first folded length and the second folded length are a same folded length, and wherein the first folded width and the second folded width are a same folded width. 
     
     
         9 . The kit of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first fabric has a first fabric weight that is in a range of from 0.5 ounces per square yard to 2.5 ounces per square yard, and   wherein the second fabric has a second fabric weight that is in a range of from 0.5 ounces per square yard to 2.5 ounces per square yard.   
     
     
         10 . A method, comprising:
 providing a nonwoven fabric;   cutting the nonwoven fabric so as to produce a first fabric sheet and a second fabric sheet,
 wherein the first fabric sheet has a first unfolded size including a first length and a first width,
 wherein the first length is in a range of from 40 inches to 90 inches, and 
 wherein the first width is in a range of from 30 inches to 80 inches, 
 
 wherein the second fabric sheet has a second unfolded size including a second length and a second width,
 wherein the second length is in a range of from 10 inches to 30 inches, and 
 wherein the second width is in a range of from 10 inches to 20 inches; providing a package, 
 
 wherein the package has a package size including a package length and a package width,
 wherein the package width is in a range of 4 inches to 24 inches, and 
 wherein the package length is in a range of 6 inches and 36 inches; 
 
   folding the first fabric sheet so as to have a first folded length that is less than the package length and so as to have a first folded width that is less than the package width;   folding the second fabric sheet so as to have a second folded length that is less than the package length and so as to have a second folded width that is less than the package width;   placing the folded first fabric sheet and the folded second fabric sheet within the package; and   sealing the package so as to enclose the folded first fabric sheet and the folded second fabric sheet therein.   
     
     
         11 . The method of  claim 10 , wherein the step of providing the nonwoven fabric comprises producing the nonwoven fabric, and wherein producing the nonwoven fabric comprises steps of:
 providing fibers;   applying a binder to the fibers to produce a nonwoven fabric;   heating the nonwoven fabric to drive off excess water;   applying a finish bath to the nonwoven fabric,
 wherein the finish bath includes a binder and an antimicrobial additive; and 
   drying the nonwoven fabric.   
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 10 , wherein the step of sealing the package comprises hermetically sealing the package. 
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 10 , wherein the first folded length and the second folded length are a same folded length, and wherein the first folded width and the second folded width are a same folded width. 
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 10 , wherein the nonwoven fabric includes polyester, rayon, and an antimicrobial additive. 
     
     
         15 . The method of  claim 10 , wherein the nonwoven fabric has a fabric thickness that is in a range of from 4 mils to 30 mils 
     
     
         16 . The method of  claim 10 , wherein the nonwoven fabric has a fabric weight that is in a range of from 0.5 ounces per square yard to 2.5 ounces per square yard, 
     
     
         17 . A method, comprising:
 providing a packaged kit including a first folded fabric sheet and a second folded fabric sheet sealed within a package,
 wherein the first folded fabric sheet comprises a first fabric, and 
 wherein the second folded fabric sheet comprises a second fabric; 
   unsealing the package;   removing at least one of the first folded fabric sheet or the second folded fabric sheet from within the package;   unfolding the at least one of the first folded fabric sheet or the second folded fabric sheet,
 wherein the first fabric sheet has a first unfolded size including a first length and a first width,
 wherein the first length is in a range of from 40 inches to 90 inches, and 
 wherein the first width is in a range of from 30 inches to 80 inches, and 
 
 wherein the second fabric sheet has a second unfolded size including a second length and a second width,
 wherein the second length is in a range of from 10 inches to 30 inches, and 
 wherein the second width is in a range of from 10 inches to 20 inches; 
 
   positioning the at least of the first fabric sheet or the second fabric sheet over a selected at least one of an upper surface of a mattress or an upper surface of a pillow;   testing the selected at least one of the upper surface of the mattress or the upper surface of the pillow by laying on the at least one of the first fabric sheet or the second fabric sheet;   removing the at least one of the first fabric sheet or the second fabric sheet from the selected at least one of the upper surface of the mattress or the upper surface of the pillow; and   disposing the at least one of the first fabric sheet or the second fabric sheet.   
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 17 , wherein the first fabric and the second fabric are a same fabric. 
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 18 , wherein the same fabric includes polyester and rayon. 
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 18 , wherein the same fabric has a fabric thickness that is in a range of from 4 mils to 30 mils. 
     
     
         21 . The method of  claim 18 , wherein the same fabric has a fabric weight that is in a range of from 0.5 ounces per square yard to 2.5 ounces per square yard. 
     
     
         22 . The method of  claim 18 , wherein the same fabric includes an antimicrobial coating. 
     
     
         23 . The method of  claim 17 ,
 wherein the step of removing at least one of the first folded fabric sheet or the second folded fabric sheet from within the package comprises removing both the first folded fabric sheet and the second folded fabric sheet from within the package,   wherein the step of unfolding the at least one of the first folded fabric sheet or the second folded fabric sheet comprises unfolding both the first folded fabric sheet and the second folded fabric sheet,   wherein the step of positioning the at least of the first fabric sheet or the second fabric sheet over a selected at least one of an upper surface of a mattress or an upper surface of a pillow comprises positioning the first fabric sheet over the upper surface of the mattress and positioning the second fabric sheet over the upper surface of the pillow, and   wherein the step of testing the selected at least one of the upper surface of the mattress or the upper surface of the pillow by laying on the at least one of the first fabric sheet or the second fabric sheet comprises testing both the upper surface of the mattress and the upper surface of the pillow by laying on both the first fabric sheet and the second fabric sheet.
