Claims

Abstract

A noise reduction device of compressor for gas is arranged at the inlet end of the compressor. The noise reduction device includes a noise reduction gas return housing and a plurality of gas inlet small pipes, gas inlet large pipes, gas return large pipes, and gas return small pipes, respectively arranged in the noise reduction gas return housing. The design and arrangement that the gas inlet large pipes and the gas return large pipes are respectively sleeved on the gas inlet small pipes and the gas return small pipes changes the moving path of the gas in the noise reduction gas return housing in an instantaneously reverse manner. Such moving path change mainly reduces the flow rate of the gas, so that the noise generated by the gas can be effectively reduced.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A noise reduction device of compressor for being arranged at an inlet end of a compressor so as to reduce noise of intaking gas, comprising:
 a noise reduction gas return housing comprising an intake chamber, an gas return chamber, and an exhaust chamber sequentially and adjacently arranged therein, wherein said intake chamber has at least one gas inlet allowing external gas to enter, and said exhaust chamber has at least one gas outlet for communicating with the inlet end of the compressor; and   a plurality of gas inlet small pipes, gas inlet large pipes, gas return large pipes, and gas return small pipes, disposed in said noise reduction gas return housing, wherein each of said gas inlet small pipes is communicated with said intake chamber, wherein each of said gas inlet large pipes has a first gas return end formed in an open manner on an end thereof that faces toward said intake chamber, wherein each of said gas return small pipes is communicated with said exhaust chamber, wherein each of said gas return large pipes covers and sleeves an outer side of one of said gas return small pipes correspondingly and internally communicates therewith, wherein each of said gas return large pipes has a second gas return end formed in an open manner on an end that faces toward said exhaust chamber, wherein said first gas return ends and said second gas return ends are connected and communicated with said gas return chamber, so that when a gas enters said intake chamber, the gas enters said gas inlet large pipes through said gas inlet small pipes, enters said gas return chamber through said first gas return ends, enters said gas return large pipes through said second gas return ends, and enters said exhaust chamber through said gas return small pipes, before entering the inlet end of the compressor through said gas outlet.   
     
     
         2 . The noise reduction device of compressor, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said noise reduction gas return housing further comprises a first baffle and a second baffle, respectively arranged in said intake chamber and said exhaust chamber, wherein said first baffle is obliquely arranged in said intake chamber for changing a path of the gas entering said intake chamber, wherein two ends of said first baffle respectively keep an intake gap from said intake chamber, wherein said second baffle is obliquely arranged in said exhaust chamber for changing the path of the gas entering said exhaust chamber, wherein two ends of said second baffle respectively keep an exhaust gap from said exhaust chamber. 
     
     
         3 . The noise reduction device of compressor, as recited in  claim 2 , further comprising a plurality of silencing cotton sleeves covering and sleeving on said gas inlet large pipes and said gas return large pipes respectively. 
     
     
         4 . The noise reduction device of compressor, as recited in  claim 2 , further comprising an expanded tube set and a plurality of silencing cotton sleeves, wherein said expanded tube set comprises a plurality of pipes, respectively sleeved on said gas inlet large pipes and said gas return large pipes with one end closed and at least another end communicated with said gas return chamber, wherein said silencing cotton sleeves are respectively sleeved on said pipes. 
     
     
         5 . The noise reduction device of compressor, as recited in  claim 4 , wherein said plurality of pipes of said expanded tube set has various diameters adapted for sleeving with one another so as to increase a flow path of the gas.
