Method and apparatus for pre-rolll papers or wrap with tips
Abstract
A system including a pre-roll cone or cylinder used as a sleeve for use with smokeable substances, a tip for being attached to a sleeve for holding a smokeable substance. The tip has a freshness plug at a first end of the tip and a filter at a second end of the tip. The sleeve can be formed using with papers made from a variety of materials. Smoking papers are cut in a way to form sleeves that attach to the larger end of the glass tip, or the end where the tip meets raw material. The use of sleeves allows for the re-use of tips made from materials capable of multiple uses without degradation of quality, such as glass or metal. The filter has a cross-hair or similar shape at the end adjacent to the smokeable substance. The freshness plug is at the other end of the tip.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWe claim:
1 . A system for smoking smokeable substances comprising:
a) a sleeve formed into a cylindrical or conical shape for use with smokeable substances; b) a tip for being attached to the sleeve; c) a freshness plug inserted into a first end of the tip; d) a filter at a second end of the tip opposite said first end.
2 . The system defined by claim 1 wherein said tip is made of glass.
3 . The system defined by claim 1 wherein said filter is formed integral with the tip.
4 . The system defined by claim 1 wherein said filter has a cross-hair shape.
5 . The system defined by claim 1 wherein said filter is made from one at least one of stainless steel, glass, aluminum, copper, hemp plastic, ceramic, wood, and heat and flame resistant silicone.
6 . The system defined by claim 1 wherein said tip is made from at least one of stainless steel, aluminum, ceramic, copper, wood, plastic, and silicone.
7 . The system defined by claim 1 wherein said sleeve is made from at least one of rice paper, hemp, homogenized hemp, hemp paper, and tobacco.
8 . The system defined by claim 1 wherein said freshness plug is made from at least one of plastic, rubber, and silicone.
9 . The system defined by claim 1 wherein said freshness plug is made integral with said tip.
10 . A tip for use in a system for smoking smokeable substances, said tip comprising:
a) a heat and moisture resistant material formed into a shape for use with a sleeve having a cylindrical or cone shape for holding smokeable substances; b) a freshness plug at a first end of the tip; c) a filter at a second end of the tip opposite said first end.
11 . The tip defined by claim 10 wherein said filter is formed integral with the tip.
12 . The tip defined by claim 10 wherein said filter has a cross-hair shape.
13 . The tip defined by claim 10 wherein said filter is made from one at least one of stainless steel, glass, aluminum, copper, hemp plastic, ceramic, wood, heat and flame resistant silicone.
14 . The tip defined by claim 10 wherein said tip is made from at least one of glass, stainless steel, aluminum, ceramic, copper, wood, plastic, silicone.
15 . The tip defined by claim 10 wherein said freshness plug is made from at least one of plastic, rubber, and silicone.
16 . The tip defined by claim 10 wherein said freshness plug is made integral with said tip.Cited by (0)
