A Rotary Lid and a Drinking Cup Thereof
Abstract
The present invention discloses a rotatable lid and a drinking cup having the rotary lid. The rotatable lid comprises a lid body (1), a rotating knob (2), a water stopper (3), a moving component (4); the lid body (1) has a shaft hole (11), a water outlet (12), and an air inlet (13); and the water stopper (3) has a water outlet sealing portion (32) and an air inlet sealing portion (33). Pushing the rotating knob (2), the moving component (4) can move together with the rotating shaft (21) of the rotating knob (2) relative to the water stopper (3), the locking portion of the moving component (4) driven by the rotating shaft (21) can move on the locking track (34) to press upward the water stopper (3). Therefore, the water stopper correspondingly seals both of the water outlet and the air inlet on the lid body. In this way, the water outlet on the rotary lid is closed. It is convenient for a user to operate.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A rotatable lid, comprising:
a lid body having a shaft hole, a water outlet, and an air inlet; a rotating knob, having a rotating shaft that inserts into the shaft hole, the rotating knob and the rotating shaft being rotatable relative to the lid body; a water stopper, having a through hole for receiving a bottom end of the rotating shaft; a moving component, having a locking portion and a clamping hole for clamping the rotating shaft; wherein, the bottom end of the rotating shaft passes through the shaft hole, the through hole and the clamping hole fasten the moving component; the water stopper has a water outlet sealing portion for sealing the water outlet, an air inlet sealing portion for sealing the air inlet, and a locking track formed on a bottom surface of the water stopper and around the through hole; the water outlet sealing portion and the air inlet sealing portion of the water stopper respectively seal the water outlet and the air inlet on the lid body when the moving component rotates and the locking portion moves along the locking track.
2 . The rotatable lid of claim 1 , wherein the locking track as at least one ramp with a higher end and a lower end;
two locking recesses for receiving the locking portion are formed at the higher end and the lower end of the ramp; the locking portion moves between the two locking recesses, thus enabling the moving component to rotate along the locking track.
3 . The rotatable lid of claim 2 , wherein the moving component has two symmetric locking portions, and the locking track of the water stopper has two centrally symmetrical ramps.
4 . The rotatable lid of claim 1 , wherein multiple clamping claws are disposed on the bottom of the moving component, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft is secured by the clamping claw after passing through the rotating shaft hole, the opening and the clamping hole.
5 . The rotatable lid of claim 4 , wherein the clamping claws are integrated with the moving component.
6 . The rotatable lid of claim 1 , wherein the rotating knob has a pushing portion for the user to push the rotating knob to rotate.
7 . The rotatable lid of claim 6 , wherein an annular wall, which is formed along an edge of the lid body and extended upward, is arranged on a top surface of the lid body;
the rotating shaft hole, the water outlet, and the air inlet are all arranged on an inner side of the annular wall; the pushing portion has a neck snapped on the annular wall; the pushing portion is slidable along the annular wall.
8 . The rotatable lid of claim 1 , wherein the rotating shaft has a prism and a clamping portion disposed at the bottom end;
or, a support portion that supports the water stopper is disposed on an inner side of the bottom of the lid body and around the rotating shaft hole; or, at least two limiting posts capable of limiting the swing of the water outlet sealing portion are disposed on the inner side of the bottom of the lid body.
9 . The rotatable lid of claim 1 , wherein the rotating shaft has a sealing ring that seals a gap between the rotating shaft and the rotating shaft hole.
10 . A drinking cup having the rotary lid of claim 1 , comprising a cup body, wherein the rotary lid is screwed on the cup body.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
