Abstract

An apparatus includes a non-transitory computer readable medium having program instructions embodied therewith that are executable by a processor to cause the processor to initiate a location module of a mobile electronic device and determine latitude and longitude coordinates of a location of the mobile electronic device. The instructions cause the processor to convert the latitude and longitude coordinates to an address, interface over a network with a server, and receive from the server a property designation based on the address. The instructions further cause the processor to receive, from a user of the mobile electronic device, an input of a category corresponding to the property designation, create a data matrix from a plurality of server responses to a data request uploaded by the mobile electronic device based on the category, and display the data matrix on the mobile electronic device.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . An apparatus, comprising:
 a non-transitory computer readable medium having program instructions embodied therewith, the program instructions executable by a processor to cause the processor to:
 initiate a location module of a mobile electronic device;
 determine latitude and longitude coordinates of a location of the mobile electronic device;
 convert the latitude and longitude coordinates to an address;
 interface over a network with a server;
 receive from the server a property designation based on the address;
 receive, from a user of the mobile electronic device, an input of a category corresponding to the property designation;
 create a data matrix from a plurality of server responses to a data request uploaded by the mobile electronic device based on the category; and
 display the data matrix on the mobile electronic device.

         2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the program instructions are executable by the processor to generate and display a prompt requesting a user of the mobile electronic device to confirm the property designation.

         3 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the program instructions are executable by the processor to, in response to receiving a confirmation of the property designation, interface with the server to submit the data request to the server corresponding to the confirmed property designation.

         4 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the program instructions are executable by the processor to generate and display a prompt that the user of the mobile electronic device verify a relationship between the user and the property designation.

         5 . An apparatus, comprising:
 a non-transitory computer readable medium having program instructions embodied therewith, the program instructions executable by a processor to cause the processor to:
 initiate a location module of a mobile electronic device;
 determine latitude and longitude coordinates of a location of the mobile electronic device;
 convert the latitude and longitude coordinates to an address;
 interface over a network with a server;
 receive from the server a property designation based on the address;
 receive response data from the server to a data request uploaded by the mobile electronic device based on the property designation; and
 display the response data on the mobile electronic device.

         6 . The apparatus of claim 5 , wherein the program instructions are executable by the processor to generate and display a prompt requesting a user of the mobile electronic device to confirm the property designation.

         7 . The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the program instructions are executable by the processor to, in response to receiving a confirmation of the property designation, interface with the server to submit the data request to the server corresponding to the confirmed property designation.

         8 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the program instructions are executable by the processor to generate and display a prompt that a user of the mobile electronic device verify a relationship between the user and the property designation.

         9 . An apparatus, comprising:
 a non-transitory computer readable medium having program instructions embodied therewith, the program instructions executable by a processor to cause the processor to:
 initiate a location module of a mobile electronic device;
 determine latitude and longitude coordinates of a location of the mobile electronic device;
 convert the latitude and longitude coordinates to an address;
 generate and display a prompt requesting a user of the mobile electronic device to confirm the address;
 interface over a network with a server;
 upload a data request to the server over the network;
 receive response data from the server to the data request by the mobile electronic device based on the address; and
 display the response data on the mobile electronic device.

         10 . The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the program instructions are executable by the processor to generate and display a prompt that the user of the mobile electronic device verify a relationship between the user and the address.

         11 . The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the program instructions are executable by the processor to generate and display a prompt that the user input identification information of the user to the mobile electronic device.

         12 . The apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the program instructions are executable by the processor to verify a relationship between the identification information and the address.
