Abstract

A lens drive apparatus has: a fixed part; a moving part disposed apart from the fixed part and comprising a lens holder, an elastic member, and a magnet holder connected with the lens holder via the elastic member such that the lens holder is capable of displacing in a direction of an optical axis; a driving part configured to displace the moving part with respect to the fixed part in a direction orthogonal to the optical axis by interaction of a plurality of magnets and a plurality of coils, the plurality of magnets held by the magnet holder, the plurality of coils disposed to the fixed part to face the plurality of magnets; and a supporting member configured to support the moving part with respect to the fixed part such that the moving part is capable of displacing in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis.

Claims

What is claimed is:

         1 . A lens drive apparatus comprising:
a fixed part; a moving part disposed apart from the fixed part and comprising a lens holder, an elastic member, and a magnet holder connected with the lens holder via the elastic member such that the lens holder is capable of displacing in a direction of an optical axis; a driving part configured to displace the moving part with respect to the fixed part in a direction orthogonal to the optical axis by interaction of a plurality of magnets and a plurality of coils, the plurality of magnets held by the magnet holder, the plurality of coils disposed to the fixed part to face the plurality of magnets; and a supporting member configured to support the moving part with respect to the fixed part such that the moving part is capable of displacing in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis; wherein the plurality of magnets includes a first magnet and a second magnet which are disposed at respective positions different from each other in the direction of the optical axis, and a coil and a magnet which face each other are disposed at respective positions different from each other in the direction of the optical axis.

2 . The lens drive apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a Hall device disposed to the fixed part to face a corresponding magnet of the plurality of magnets and configured to detect a position of the moving part in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis by detecting a magnetic force of the corresponding magnet, wherein the corresponding magnet and the Hall device are disposed at respective positions different from each other in the direction of the optical axis.

3 . A camera module comprising the lens drive apparatus according to claim 1 .

4 . A camera comprising the camera module according to claim 3 .

         5 . A lens drive apparatus comprising:
a fixed part; a moving part disposed apart from the fixed part and comprising a lens holder, an elastic member, and a magnet holder connected with the lens holder via the elastic member such that the lens holder is capable of displacing in a direction of an optical axis; a driving part configured to displace the moving part with respect to the fixed part in a direction orthogonal to the optical axis by interaction of a plurality of magnets and a plurality of coils, the plurality of magnets held by the magnet holder, the plurality of coils disposed to the fixed part to face the plurality of magnets; a supporting member configured to support the moving part with respect to the fixed part such that the moving part is capable of displacing in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis; and a Hall device disposed to the fixed part to face a corresponding magnet of the plurality of magnets and configured to detect a position of the moving part in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis by detecting a magnetic force of the corresponding magnet, wherein the plurality of magnets includes a first magnet and a second magnet which are disposed at respective positions different from each other in the direction of the optical axis, and the corresponding magnet, a coil and the Hall device which face the corresponding magnet respectively are disposed at respective positions different from each other in the direction of the optical axis.

6 . A camera module comprising the lens drive apparatus according to claim 5 .

7 . A camera comprising the camera module according to claim 6 .
