Abstract
Provided herein are tetravalent antigen binding complexes having agonist activity for a cell surface receptor. In some embodiments, the complexes comprise binding specificities for multiple epitopes of the same cell surface receptor. Further provided herein are nucleic acids, vectors, host cells, pharmaceutical compositions, and methods of production related thereto.

A tetravalent antigen binding complex having agonist activity for OX40, the complex comprising four antigen binding domains that bind OX40, wherein each of the four antigen binding domains comprises an antibody heavy chain variable (VH) domain and an antibody light chain variable (VL) domain, wherein the complex comprises one or more antigen binding domains that bind a first epitope of OX40 and one or more antigen binding domains that bind a second epitope of OX40, and wherein the first and second epitopes of OX40 are different.
