Abstract

A brush product, in particular a toothbrush, having a base body with a head part with a front and a rear side, which includes a bristle carrier with a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis and a bristle field protruding therefrom, wherein the bristle field is formed by at least one group of cleaning elements; a handle part; and a neck part connecting the head part and the handle part; wherein the bristle carrier is provided with bristles which are mounted without being anchored and wherein the bristle carrier includes substantially a central support area, an upper support area, a lower support area, a right support area and a left support area, in which the groups of cleaning elements are arranged. Also, a corresponding method and tool.

1 . A brush product, in particular an electric toothbrush, comprising a basic body having
 a head part with a front side and a rear side which includes a preferably circular bristle carrier with a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis as well as a bristle field protruding therefrom, wherein the bristle field is formed by at least a second group of cleaning elements and by at least a sixth group of cleaning elements;   a handle part; and   a neck part which connects the head part to the handle part; wherein   the bristle carrier is provided with bristles in an anchorless manner and wherein the bristle carrier comprises substantially a central carrier region, an upper carrier region, a lower carrier region, a right-hand carrier region and a left-hand carrier region, in which the at least one second group of cleaning elements and the at least one sixth group of cleaning elements are arranged, wherein   in the central carrier region cleaning elements of the at least one sixth group of cleaning elements are arranged substantially symmetrically, in the upper carrier region cleaning elements of the at least one second group of cleaning elements are arranged above the transverse axis of the bristle carrier, in the lower carrier region cleaning elements of the at least one second group of cleaning elements are arranged below the transverse axis of the bristle carrier, in the right-hand carrier region cleaning elements of the at least one second group of cleaning elements are arranged to the right of the longitudinal axis of the bristle carrier and in the left-hand carrier region cleaning elements of the at least one second group of cleaning elements are arranged to the left of the longitudinal axis of the bristle carrier, wherein   the at least one second group of cleaning elements includes puck bundles and the at least one sixth group of cleaning elements includes conventional bundles, wherein   in the central carrier region three, four, five, six or seven conventional bundles are arranged, and in the upper carrier region one puck bundle is arranged, in the lower carrier region one puck bundle is arranged, in the right hand carrier region one puck bundle is arranged and in the left-hand carrier region one puck bundle is arranged, wherein   the three, four, five, six or seven conventional bundles are surrounded by the puck bundles and wherein the puck bundles comprise a circle segment shape.   
     
     
         2 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the puck bundles and/or the conventional bundles comprise bristles which abut against one another. 
     
     
         3 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein soft elements and/or injected bristles are formed on the bristle carrier by means of injection molding and preferably from at least one soft material component and/or at least one material for injected bristles. 
     
     
         4 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the puck bundles of the second group of cleaning elements assume a surface on the bristle carrier of at least 25 mm 2 , preferably at least 50 mm 2  and particularly preferred of at least 75 mm 2 . 
     
     
         5 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the conventional bundles of the sixth group of cleaning elements include no more than 5 picks, preferably 3 picks and particularly preferred 1 pick. 
     
     
         6 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the material or materials for the injected bristles are formed from a thermoplastic polyamide elastomer (TPE-A), preferably Grillflex EG 5930 produced by EMS Chemie AG; a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPE-E), preferably Riteflex 672 AF Nat or Riteflex RKX 193 RF Nat by Ticona Polymers or Hytrel 7248 by DuPont. 
     
     
         7 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the outer contours of puck bundles follow substantially the outer contour of the brush head. 
     
     
         8 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 7 , wherein the outer contours of puck bundles follow the outer contour of the brush head at least around 20%, 30%, 40% or 50% of the corresponding contour length. 
     
     
         9 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the puck bundles and/or the conventional bundles assume an angled position in relation to the bristle carrier. 
     
     
         10 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein an electric motor with a continuous 360° rotary movement is provided, the continuous 360° rotary movement being converted into an oscillating rotary movement of the bristle carrier by means of a gearing and wherein the rotational axis of the brush head is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the electric toothbrush. 
     
     
         11 . A plug-in brush, in particular for an electric toothbrush, comprising
 a head part with a front side and a rear side which includes a preferably circular bristle carrier with a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis as well as a bristle field protruding therefrom, wherein the bristle field is formed by at least a second group of cleaning elements and by at least a sixth group of cleaning elements;   a neck part configured to connect the head part to a handle part of, in particular, an electric toothbrush; wherein   the bristle carrier is provided with bristles in an anchorless manner and wherein the bristle carrier comprises substantially a central carrier region, an upper carrier region, a lower carrier region, a right-hand carrier region and a left-hand carrier region, in which the at least one second group of cleaning elements and the at least one sixth group of cleaning elements are arranged, wherein   in the central carrier region cleaning elements of the at least one sixth group of cleaning elements are arranged substantially symmetrically, in the upper carrier region cleaning elements of the at least one second group of cleaning elements are arranged above the transverse axis of the bristle carrier, in the lower carrier region cleaning elements of the at least one second group of cleaning elements are arranged below the transverse axis of the bristle carrier, in the right-hand carrier region cleaning elements of the at least one second group of cleaning elements are arranged to the right of the longitudinal axis of the bristle carrier and in the left-hand carrier region cleaning elements of the at least one second group of cleaning elements are arranged to the left of the longitudinal axis of the bristle carrier, wherein   the at least one second group of cleaning elements includes puck bundles and the at least one sixth group of cleaning elements includes conventional bundles, wherein   in the central carrier region three, four, five, six or seven conventional bundles are arranged, and in the upper carrier region one puck bundle is arranged, in the lower carrier region one puck bundle is arranged, in the right hand carrier region one puck bundle is arranged and in the left-hand carrier region one puck bundle is arranged, wherein   the three, four, five, six or seven conventional bundles are surrounded by the puck bundles and wherein the puck bundles comprise a circle segment shape.   
     
     
         12 . The plug-in brush as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein the outer contours of puck bundles follow substantially the outer contour of the brush head. 
     
     
         13 . The plug-in brush as claimed in  claim 12 , wherein the outer contours of puck bundles follow the outer contour of the brush head at least around 20%, 30%, 40% or 50% of the corresponding contour length. 
     
     
         14 . The plug-in brush as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein the puck bundles and/or the conventional bundles assume an angled position in relation to the bristle carrier. 
     
     
         15 . A brush product, in particular an electric toothbrush, comprising a basic body having
 a head part with a front side and a rear side which includes a preferably circular bristle carrier with a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis as well as a bristle field protruding therefrom, wherein the bristle field is formed by at least a second group of cleaning elements and by at least a sixth group of cleaning elements;   a handle part; and   a neck part which connects the head part to the handle part; wherein   the bristle carrier is provided with bristles in an anchorless manner and wherein the bristle carrier comprises substantially a central carrier region, an upper carrier region, a lower carrier region, a right-hand carrier region and a left-hand carrier region, in which the at least one second group of cleaning elements and the at least one sixth group of cleaning elements are arranged, wherein   the at least one second group of cleaning elements comprises puck bundles and the at least one sixth group of cleaning elements comprises conventional bundles, wherein   in the central carrier region three, four, five, six or seven conventional bundles are arranged, and in the upper carrier region, the lower carrier region, the right hand carrier region and the left-hand carrier region two, three, four, five or six puck bundles are arranged altogether, wherein   the conventional bundles are surrounded by the puck bundles and wherein the outer contours of puck bundles follow substantially the outer contour of the brush head.   
     
     
         16 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 15 , wherein the outer contours of puck bundles follow the outer contour of the brush head at least around 20%, 30%, 40% or 50% of the corresponding contour length. 
     
     
         17 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 15 , wherein the puck bundles and/or the conventional bundles assume an angled position in relation to the bristle carrier. 
     
     
         18 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 15 , wherein the puck bundles of the second group of cleaning elements take up a surface on the bristle carrier of at least 25 mm 2 , preferably at least 50 mm 2  and particularly preferred of at least 75 mm 2 . 
     
     
         19 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 15 , wherein the number of bristle ends per puck bundle is preferably between 200 and 10000, further preferably between 500 and 5000, even more preferred between 800 and 5000 and even further preferred between 1000 and 4000. 
     
     
         20 . A plug-in brush, in particular for an electric toothbrush, comprising a basic body having
 a head part with a front side and a rear side which includes a preferably circular bristle carrier with a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis as well as a bristle field protruding therefrom, wherein the bristle field is formed by at least a second group of cleaning elements and by at least a sixth group of cleaning elements;   a neck part configured to connect the head part to a handle part of, in particular, an electric toothbrush; wherein   the bristle carrier is provided with bristles in an anchorless manner and wherein the bristle carrier comprises substantially a central carrier region, an upper carrier region, a lower carrier region, a right-hand carrier region and a left-hand carrier region, in which the at least one second group of cleaning elements and the at least one sixth group of cleaning elements are arranged, wherein   the at least one second group of cleaning elements comprises puck bundles and the at least one sixth group of cleaning elements comprises conventional bundles, wherein   in the central carrier region three, four, five, six or seven conventional bundles are arranged, and in the upper carrier region, the lower carrier region, the right hand carrier region and the left-hand carrier region two, three, four, five or six puck bundles are arranged altogether, wherein   the conventional bundles are surrounded by the puck bundles and wherein the outer contours of puck bundles follow substantially the outer contour of the brush head.   
     
     
         21 . The plug-in brush as claimed in  claim 20 , wherein the outer contours of puck bundles follow the outer contour of the brush head at least around 20%, 30%, 40% or 50% of the corresponding contour length. 
     
     
         22 . The plug-in brush as claimed in  claim 20 , wherein the puck bundles and/or the conventional bundles assume an angled position in relation to the bristle carrier. 
     
     
         23 . The plug-in brush as claimed in  claim 20 , wherein the puck bundles of the second group of cleaning elements take up a surface on the bristle carrier of at least 25 mm 2 , preferably at least 50 mm 2  and particularly preferred of at least 75 mm 2 . 
     
     
         24 . The plug-in brush as claimed in  claim 20 , wherein the number of bristle ends per puck bundle is preferably between 200 and 10000, further preferably between 500 and 5000, even more preferred between 800 and 5000 and even further preferred between 1000 and 4000. 
     
     
         25 . A brush product, in particular an electric toothbrush, comprising a basic body having
 a head part with a front side and a rear side which includes a preferably circular bristle carrier with a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis as well as a bristle field protruding therefrom, wherein the bristle field is formed by at least a second group of cleaning elements and by at least a sixth group of cleaning elements;   a handle part; and   a neck part which connects the head part to the handle part; wherein   the bristle carrier is provided with bristles in an anchorless manner and wherein the bristle carrier comprises substantially a central carrier region, an upper carrier region, a lower carrier region, a right-hand carrier region and a left-hand carrier region, in which the at least one second group of cleaning elements and the at least one sixth group of cleaning elements are arranged, wherein   the at least one second group of cleaning elements comprises puck bundles and the at least one sixth group of cleaning elements comprises conventional bundles, wherein   in the central carrier region three, four, five or six conventional bundles surround one central conventional bundle, and in the upper carrier region, the lower carrier region, the right hand carrier region and the left-hand carrier region two, three, four, five or six puck bundles are arranged in a ring-shaped manner, wherein   the bristle ends of the cleaning elements of the puck bundles and the bristle ends of the cleaning elements of the conventional bundles form a trough- or cup-shaped topography.   
     
     
         26 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 25 , wherein two, three, four, five or six spaces are provided between the puck bundles. 
     
     
         27 . The brush product as claimed in  claim 25 , wherein the puck bundles and/or the conventional bundles assume an angled position in relation to the bristle carrier.
