Print device
Abstract
To efficiently and appropriately shape a 3D object. There is provided a shaping device that shapes a three-dimensional (3D) object through a layering shaping method, the shaping device including an inkjet head, which is a discharging head, that discharges a material liquid droplet, a liquid droplet of a material for the 3D object; and a circling driving section that relatively circles at least a region to be discharged, which is a region to which the material liquid droplet is discharged in the 3D object being shaped, along a circling path set in advance with respect to the inkjet head; where the circling driving section causes the region to be discharged to circle the circling path plural times; and inkjet head discharges the material liquid droplet onto the region to be discharged circling on the circling path.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A print device that discharges ink to an object having a cylindrical shape for printing, the ink is an ultraviolet curing type resin that cures by irradiation of an ultraviolet ray, the print device comprising:
a discharging head that discharges the ink to the object; an ultraviolet light source that emits the ultraviolet ray to cure the ink; and a circling driving section that relatively circles at least a region to be discharged, a region to which the ink is discharged in the object being printed, along a circling path set in advance with respect to the discharging head, wherein the discharging head discharges the ink onto the region to be discharged circling on the circling path, the ultraviolet light source irradiates the region to be discharged with the ultraviolet ray at a timing when the region to be discharged passes an ultraviolet irradiating position set in advance in the circling path, the object being printed is held around a layering center shaft which is a center of a cross section of the cylindrical shape, the circling driving section circles the region to be discharged with the region to be discharged directed toward the outer side with the layering center shaft as the center, and the discharging head is arranged at a position further spaced apart from the layering center shaft than the region to be discharged and discharges the ink in a direction directed toward the layering center shaft.
2 . The print device according to claim 1 , wherein a direction in which the discharging head discharges the ink and a direction in which the ultraviolet light source emits the ultraviolet ray are substantially orthogonal to each other.
3 . The print device according to claim 1 , wherein the circling driving section circles the region to be discharged a plurality of times along the circling path and discharges the ink by the discharging head, a seam formed in the region to be discharged while the circling driving section circles N th time is overlapped by applying a mask and controlling the discharge from the discharge head while the circling driving section circles N+1 th time, and N is a positive integer.
4 . The print device according to claim 2 , wherein the circling driving section circles the region to be discharged a plurality of times along the circling path and discharges the ink by the discharging head, a seam formed in the region to be discharged while the circling driving section circles N th time is overlapped by applying a mask and controlling the discharge from the discharge head while the circling driving section circles N+1 th time, and N is a positive integer.
5 . The print device according to claim 1 , wherein the object has a circular cone shape, and the discharging head is arranged so that a discharging surface is arranged along a side surface of the circular cone shape.
6 . The print device according to claim 2 , wherein the object has a circular cone shape, and the discharging head is arranged so that a discharging surface is arranged along a side surface of the circular cone shape.
7 . The print device according to claim 3 , wherein the object has a circular cone shape, and the discharging head is arranged so that a discharging surface is arranged along a side surface of the circular cone shape.
8 . The print device according to claim 4 , wherein the object has a circular cone shape, and the discharging head is arranged so that a discharging surface is arranged along a side surface of the circular cone shape.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
