Abstract

A resource prioritization system and method for processing request communications by prioritizing resources based on obtainment parameters and establishing communication channels. The resource prioritization system and method may receive a request from a user device. The request can include content related to a request specification and can be associated with a request location. The resource prioritization system and method can process the request to identify one or more resources having one or more characteristics corresponding to the request content and associated with resource locations near the user location. A communication channel can then be established between the user device and a device associated with an identified resource, such that the user can submit queries to the resource and receive query responses.

         2 . A computer-implemented method comprising:
 receiving a request communication wherein the request communication includes a location associated with a user computing device, and object data;   identifying location data for one or more resource devices associated with corresponding agents available to communicate with the user computing device as part of a communication session in a network interaction system;   identifying obtainment parameters for the request communication, wherein the obtainment parameters include an object location for an object associated with the object data;   dynamically comparing the location data for the one or more resource devices with the object location associated with the object, wherein dynamically comparing includes continuously determining resource locations associated with the one or more resource devices, and wherein comparing includes evaluating a proximity between the object location and the one or more resource devices associated with the location data;   dynamically assigning a corresponding prioritization value to each of the one or more resource devices including a prioritization value for a resource device, wherein the prioritization value is determined based at least in part on the proximity between the object location and the one or more resource devices;   selecting the resource device from among the one or more resource devices, wherein the resource device is selected to respond to the request communication, and wherein selection of the resource device is based on the prioritization value for the resource device; and   facilitating a communication channel between the resource device and the user computing device, wherein the communication channel enables the resource device to communicate with the user computing device using a selected communication modality.

The computer-implemented method of  claim 2 , further comprising analyzing the object data and the obtainment parameters using a model to associate the obtainment parameters with projected obtainment results, wherein the corresponding prioritization value is further based on the projected obtainment results. 
     
     
         4 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 2 , wherein the location data for the one or more resource devices is real-time position data generated by a proximity system. 
     
     
         5 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 2 , wherein the object location is real-time object position data generated by a proximity system. 
     
     
         6 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 2 , further comprising:
 receiving dynamic updates for a plurality of objects including the object;   receiving real-time updates for the one or more resource devices;   updating an obtainment database with the object location from the dynamic updates for the plurality of objects; and   updating the obtainment database with the location data from the real-time updates for the one or more resource devices.   
     
     
         7 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 2 , wherein the object data includes a webpage identifier.

The computer-implemented method of  claim 2 , wherein the corresponding prioritization value for each of the one or more resource devices includes a corresponding base of information value associated with the corresponding agents, and wherein the corresponding base of information value for each resource device is based on a device history with an account associated with the user computing device or a device history with an object type associated with the object data. 
     
     
         9 . A computing system comprising:
 memory; and   one or more processors coupled to the memory and configured to perform operations including:   receiving a request communication wherein the request communication includes a location associated with a user computing device, and object data;   identifying location data for one or more resource devices associated with corresponding agents available to communicate with the user computing device as part of a communication session in a network interaction system;   identifying obtainment parameters for the request communication, wherein the obtainment parameters include an object location for an object associated with the object data;   dynamically comparing the location data for the one or more resource devices with the object location associated with the object, wherein dynamically comparing includes continuously determining resource locations associated with the one or more resource devices, and wherein comparing includes evaluating a proximity between the object location and the one or more resource devices associated with the location data;   dynamically assigning a corresponding prioritization value to each of the one or more resource devices including a prioritization value for a resource device, wherein the prioritization value is determined based at least in part on the proximity between the object location and the one or more resource devices;   selecting the resource device from among the one or more resource devices, wherein the resource device is selected to respond to the request communication, and wherein selection of the resource device is based on the prioritization value for the resource device; and   facilitating a communication channel between the resource device and the user computing device, wherein the communication channel enables the resource device to communicate with the user computing device using a selected communication modality.   
     
     
         10 . The computing system of  claim 9 , further comprising analyzing the object data and the obtainment parameters using a model to associate the obtainment parameters with projected obtainment results, wherein the corresponding prioritization value is further based on the projected obtainment results. 
     
     
         11 . The computing system of  claim 9 , wherein the location data for the one or more resource devices is real-time position data generated by a proximity system. 
     
     
         12 . The computing system of  claim 9 , wherein the object location is real-time object position data generated by a proximity system. 
     
     
         13 . The computing system of  claim 9 , further comprising:
 receiving dynamic updates for a plurality of objects including the object;   receiving real-time updates for the one or more resource devices;   updating an obtainment database with the object location from the dynamic updates for the plurality of objects; and   updating the obtainment database with the location data from the real-time updates for the one or more resource devices.   
     
     
         14 . The computing system of  claim 9 , wherein the object data includes a webpage identifier.

The computing system of  claim 9 , wherein the corresponding prioritization value for each of the one or more resource devices includes a corresponding base of information value associated with the corresponding agents, and wherein the corresponding base of information value for each resource device is based on a device history with an account associated with the user computing device or a device history with an object type associated with the object data. 
     
     
         16 . A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a device, cause the device to perform operations comprising:
 receiving a request communication wherein the request communication includes a location associated with a user computing device, and object data;   identifying location data for one or more resource devices associated with corresponding agents available to communicate with the user computing device as part of a communication session in a network interaction system;   identifying obtainment parameters for the request communication, wherein the obtainment parameters include an object location for an object associated with the object data;   dynamically comparing the location data for the one or more resource devices with the object location associated with the object, wherein dynamically comparing includes continuously determining resource locations associated with the one or more resource devices, and wherein comparing includes evaluating a proximity between the object location and the one or more resource devices associated with the location data;   dynamically assigning a corresponding prioritization value to each of the one or more resource devices including a prioritization value for a resource device, wherein the prioritization value is determined based at least in part on the proximity between the object location and the one or more resource devices;   selecting the resource device from among the one or more resource devices, wherein the resource device is selected to respond to the request communication, and wherein selection of the resource device is based on the prioritization value for the resource device; and   facilitating a communication channel between the resource device and the user computing device, wherein the communication channel enables the resource device to communicate with the user computing device using a selected communication modality.

The non-transitory computer readable medium of  claim 16 , further comprising analyzing the object data and the obtainment parameters using a model to associate the obtainment parameters with projected obtainment results, wherein the corresponding prioritization value is further based on the projected obtainment results. 
     
     
         18 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of  claim 16 , wherein the location data for the one or more resource devices is real-time position data generated by a proximity system.

         20 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of  claim 16 , further comprising:
 receiving dynamic updates for a plurality of objects including the object;   receiving real-time updates for the one or more resource devices;   updating an obtainment database with the object location from the dynamic updates for the plurality of objects; and   updating the obtainment database with the location data from the real-time updates for the one or more resource devices.
