Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A cleaner, comprising:
a main body; a brush head connected to the main body by a connection pipe and having a suction port; and a brush drum rotatably mounted to the brush head; wherein the brush drum includes: a shaft unit rotatably mounted to the brush head; an elastic member having a cylindrical shape and provided to surround an outer circumferential surface of the shaft unit; a brush provided in a cylindrical shape to surround an outer circumferential surface of the elastic member and formed of soft bristles; a pair of brackets assembled at both ends of the shaft unit and allowing the shaft unit to be rotatably mounted to the brush head; and a handle unit detachably mounted on the brush head and detachably mounted to one of the pair of brackets.
2 . The cleaner according to claim 1 , wherein
the shaft unit includes a shaft formed of a rigid body and a pipe having a cylindrical shape and in which the shaft is accommodated.
3 . The cleaner according to claim 2 , wherein
the shaft and the pipe are provided integrally, or provided separately and assembled.
4 . The cleaner according to claim 1 , wherein
the elastic member is formed of a sponge or plastic formed of an elastic material having a mesh shape.
5 . The cleaner according to claim 1 , wherein
the elastic member includes: a first rubber provided in a cylindrical shape and surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the shaft unit; a second rubber provided in a cylindrical shape having a larger diameter than the first rubber; and a plurality of ribs formed of elastic material and connecting between the first rubber and the second rubber.
6 . The cleaner according to claim 1 , wherein
the pair of brackets includes: a first bracket assembled at one end of the shaft unit and configured to rotate the shaft unit by receiving a driving force from a driving motor; and a second bracket assembled on another end of the shaft unit and provided with the handle unit.
7 . The cleaner according to claim 6 , wherein
the first bracket includes: a first cap configured to cover the one end of the shaft unit; and a coupling configured to allow the shaft unit to be rotated by transmitting the driving force of the drive motor to the shaft unit; and the second bracket includes: a second cap configured to cover the other end of the shaft unit; a bearing configured to allow the other end of the shaft unit to be rotatably coupled; and a bush to which the handle unit is detachably mounted.
8 . The cleaner according to claim 7 , wherein
the handle unit includes a hook member rotatably provided on the handle unit and configured to detachably mount the handle unit to the brush head; a plurality of fixing members fixing the position of the handle unit; and a mounting hole to which the bush is detachably mounted.
9 . The cleaner according to claim 8 , wherein
the hook member includes a hinge rotatably mounted to the brush head, and a hook rotated by the hinge to be hooked and released from the brush head, and the brush head includes: a coupling fixer to which the coupling is fixed and which is connected to the driving motor by a belt to be rotated together with the coupling by the driving force of the driving motor; a hooking protrusion configured to hook and release the hook; and a plurality of fixing grooves configured to fix the plurality of fixing members.
10 . A method of manufacturing a brush drum of a cleaner, the method comprising:
manufacturing a brush having a cylindrical shape by stitching both ends of a fabric formed of soft bristles planted on a wide fiber layer and turning over the fabric so that the soft bristles are exposed to an outside; allowing an elastic member having a cylindrical shape to surround an outer circumferential surface of a shaft unit having a cylindrical shape; inserting the elastic member surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the shaft unit into the brush; bonding both ends of the brush to both ends of the elastic member; and assembling brackets at both ends of the shaft unit.
11 . The method according to claim 10 , wherein
the elastic member is allowed to surround the outer circumferential surface of the shaft unit by insert injection molding.
12 . The method according to claim 10 , wherein
the elastic member is allowed to surround the outer circumferential surface of the shaft unit by inserting and bonding the shaft unit into the elastic member.
13 . The method according to claim 10 , comprising: inserting a jig into the brush to expand an inner diameter of the brush; inserting the elastic member surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the shaft unit into the brush; and removing the jig.
14 . The method according to claim 10 , comprising: reducing an outer diameter of the elastic member by inserting the elastic member surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the shaft unit into a jig; inserting the elastic member surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the shaft unit into the brush; and removing the jig.
15 . The method according to claim 10 , comprising: bonding the both ends of the brush to the both ends of the elastic member; and applying a sealant to seal the both ends of the brush.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
