All-paper cushion envelope

Abstract

The present invention discloses an all-paper cushion express envelope, and belongs to the technical field of logistic packaging. An embodiment of the present invention provides an all-paper cushion express envelope including: an upper bag face; a lower bag face; a bag tongue; and two cushion pads, in which the bag tongue is arranged at the top of the lower bag face and is integrally formed with the lower bag face, the upper bag face is arranged on a front side of the lower bag face and is integrated with the lower bag face and the bag tongue, two side edges of the upper bag face and the lower bag face adhere to each other via environmentally friendly glue.

I claim: 
     
         1 . An all-paper cushion envelope comprising: an upper bag face ( 1 ); a lower bag face ( 2 ); a bag tongue ( 3 ); and two cushion pads ( 4 ), wherein the bag tongue ( 3 ) is arranged at the top of the lower bag face ( 2 ) and is integrally formed with the lower bag face ( 2 ), the upper bag face ( 1 ) is arranged on a front side of the lower bag face ( 2 ), the two cushion pads ( 4 ) are arranged on the upper bag face ( 1 ) and the lower bag face ( 2 ) respectively and are located between the upper bag face ( 1 ) and the lower bag face ( 2 ), and the cushion pad ( 4 ) has a wave shape or a honeycomb shape.

The all-paper cushion envelope according to  claim 1 , wherein the upper bag face ( 1 ) and the lower bag face ( 2 ) are connected to each other at the bottom and are integrally coupled at the bottom, and two side edges of the upper bag face ( 1 ) and the lower bag face ( 2 ) adhere to each other via glue. 
     
     
         3 . The all-paper cushion envelope according to  claim 1 , wherein the two cushion pads ( 4 ) are made of paper material. 
     
     
         4 . The all-paper cushion envelope according to  claim 1 , wherein the bag tongue ( 3 ) is provided with a sealing adhesive tape ( 5 ). 
     
     
         5 . The all-paper cushion envelope according to  claim 4 , wherein the sealing adhesive tape ( 5 ) is covered with a release film. 
     
     
         6 . The all-paper cushion envelope according to  claim 1 , wherein the two side edges of the upper bag face ( 1 ) and the lower bag face ( 2 ) adhere to each other via pressure sensitive adhesive. 
     
     
         7 . The all-paper cushion envelope according to  claim 1 , wherein two surfaces of the upper bag face ( 1 ) and the lower bag face ( 2 ) are coated with a waterproof coating layer.
