Abstract
The invention relates to a cosmetic composition for application in the eye area in the form of a gelatinous emulsion, and to the preparation and use thereof.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Emulsion-based cosmetic preparation in the form of a gel that comprises:
a) A lipid phase comprising at least one poly(acrylate-co-siloxane)-based film former and at least one solvent b) An aqueous phase comprising at least one water-soluble or water-dispersible film former based on acrylate or polyurethane, and an aqueous medium c) At least one emulsifier based on polyglyceryl fatty acid ester d) At least one pigment.
2 . Cosmetic composition according to claim 1 , characterized in that the emulsifier is Emulium Mellifera, polyglyceryl-10 diisostearate, polyglyceryl-5 dioleate, a mixture containing polyglyceryl-6 distearate and/or polyglyceryl-3 beeswax, or a combination thereof.
3 . Cosmetic preparation according to one of claim 1 or 2 , characterized in that the solvent of the lipid phase is a volatile hydrocarbon, a volatile dimethicone, a mixture of dimethicone and trisiloxane, or a combination thereof.
4 . Cosmetic preparation according to one of claims 1 to 3 , characterized in that the film former in the aqueous phase is a styrene/acrylates/ammonium methacrylate copolymer or polyurethane-35.
5 . Cosmetic preparation according to one of claims 1 to 4 , characterized in that the film former in the lipid phase is acrylates/polytrimethylsiloxymethacrylate copolymer.
6 . Cosmetic preparation according to one of claims 1 to 5 , characterized in that hydrophobic and hydrophilic film formers are present in a ratio of 3:1 to 1:3.
7 . Cosmetic preparation according to one of claims 1 to 6 , characterized in that the pigment is carbon black, activated carbon, black iron oxide, or a combination thereof.
8 . Cosmetic preparation according to one of claims 1 to 7 , characterized in that it additionally contains at least one humectant and/or at least one preservative and/or at least one scent.
9 . Cosmetic preparation according to one of claims 1 to 8 , characterized in that the dynamic viscosity is between 100 and 900 Pa s, preferably between 150 and 850 Pa s, particularly preferably between 200 and 600 Pa s.
10 . A process for producing a cosmetic preparation according to any one of claims 1 to 9 , including that a lipid phase comprising at least one poly(acrylate-co-siloxane)-based film former and at least one solvent, an aqueous phase comprising at least one water-soluble or water-dispersible film former based on acrylate or polyurethane and an aqueous medium, and an emulsifier are mixed at a temperature of 50° C. to 90° C., pigment is added, and the mass is allowed to cool.
11 . Pencil lead for a kohl or eyeliner pencil comprising a cosmetic preparation according to one of claims 1 to 9 in solid form.
12 . Use of a cosmetic preparation according to one of claims 1 to 9 for the preparation of a kohl or eyeliner.Cited by (0)
