Abstract
A smart wall pulley for fitness includes an elastic rope, a motion sensing detection device, a fixed pulley assembly and an adjuster. The elastic rope is elastic. The motion sensing detection device is provided at one end of the elastic rope. The adjuster includes a shell and a winding post located within the shell, the other end of the elastic rope passes into the shell, then is wound around the winding post, then passes out from the shell, and then is fixedly connected to the shell after being wound around the fixed pulley assembly.

1 . A smart wall pulley for fitness, comprising:
an elastic rope which is elastic; a motion sensing detection device provided at one end of the elastic rope, wherein a battery, a circuit board and a tension sensor are provided within the motion sensing detection device, the battery and the tension sensor are electrically connected to the circuit board; a fixed pulley assembly; an adjuster comprising a shell and a winding post located within the shell, the other end of the elastic rope passes into the shell, then is wound around the winding post, then passes out from the shell, and then is fixedly connected to the shell after being wound around the fixed pulley assembly.

The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 1 , wherein the shell is a double-color injection molded part, and comprises a soft rubber layer and a rigid frame cladded with the soft rubber layer, the rigid frame extends toward the inside of the shell to from a reinforcing rib which defines a channel for routing lines, and a part of the elastic rope located within the shell is located in the channel for routing lines.

The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 2 , wherein the channel for routing lines comprises a straight segment and a widened segment, the straight segment extends along a straight line and communicates with the widened segment, a minimum width of the widened segment is greater than a maximum width of the straight segment, and the winding post is provided within the widened segment.
4 . The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 1 , wherein the shell comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, the upper shell is connected to the lower shell so as to define an installation cavity, and
one end of the winding post is connected to the lower shell, a positioning groove is provided inside the upper shell, and the other end of the winding post is located within the positioning groove.
5 . The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 4 , wherein a middle part of the upper shell protrudes towards outside of the installation cavity, and
a middle part of the lower shell protrudes towards outside of the installation cavity.
6 . The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 1 , wherein the shell has an outlet hole through which the elastic rope passes, and the outlet hole has a rounded corner having a radius set to 3 mm to 6 mm.

The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 1 , wherein the adjuster further comprises a winder, the elastic rope is wound in the winder, the other end of the elastic rope passes into the shell, then passes out from the shell after being wound in the winder, and the winder is adapted to control the elastic rope of the smart wall pulley to be received into the winder or to be released from the winder to adjust a natural length of the smart wall pulley.
8 . The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 1 , wherein the adjuster further comprises a ratchet gear assembly, the ratchet gear assembly is connected to the shell, the ratchet gear assembly is configured to selectively fix or release the winding post,
wherein the ratchet gear assembly comprises: a gear provided on the winding post, wherein the gear rotates coaxially with the winding post; a ratchet configured to mesh with the gear; and a toggle handle provided outside the shell for a user to toggle, wherein the toggle handle is fixedly connected to the ratchet, When the toggle handle is toggled, the toggle handle drives the ratchet to rotate to be disengaged from the gear, such that the winding post is rotatable, and the elastic rope is movable around the winding post to adjust a distance between one end of the elastic rope 110 and the adjuster.
9 . The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 8 , wherein the ratchet gear assembly further comprises a restoration member connected to the ratchet, so as to drive the ratchet to mesh with the gear constantly.
10 . The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 9 , wherein a connecting post is connected between the ratchet and the toggle handle, the connecting post is provided with a plurality of ribs spaced apart along a circumferential direction of the connecting post;
the restoration member is a torsion spring with which the connecting post is sleeved, one end of the torsion spring abuts against the shell, and the other end of the torsion spring abuts against the toggle handle.
11 . The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 8 , wherein the toggle handle comprises a connecting part and a toggling part connected to the connecting part, the connecting part is connected to the ratchet, and the toggling part is in a shape of a long strip.
12 . The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 8 , wherein the ratchet comprises a main body part and a meshing part connected to the main body part, the main body part is connected to the toggle handle, and the meshing part is configured to mesh with the gear.
13 . The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 1 , wherein the motion sensing detection device comprises:
a protective shell in which an accommodating cavity is formed and which is further provided with a button hole communicating with the accommodating cavity; a circuit board provided in the accommodating cavity and configured to sense and detect a motion; a switch provided on the circuit board and corresponding to the button hole; and a button which is an elastic button and disposed in the button hole, wherein the button comprises a pressing part, a pressure delivering part, and a first sealing part, the pressing part has a pressing surface, the first sealing part is provided at an outer circumferential edge of the pressing part and cooperates with an outer circumferential wall of the button hole sealingly, the pressure delivering part is provided within the first sealing part, and the pressing part cooperates with the switch through the pressure delivering part.

The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 13 , wherein the first sealing part is provided with one of a sealing groove and a sealing protrusion, the protective shell is provided with the other one of the sealing groove and the sealing protrusion at the button hole, the sealing protrusion is fitted into the sealing groove.

The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 14 , wherein a surface at a side of the sealing protrusion facing towards the accommodating cavity is a first sealing inclined surface, a sidewall at a side of the sealing groove facing towards the accommodating cavity is a second sealing inclined surface, the first sealing inclined surface and the second sealing inclined surface sealingly cooperate with each other.
16 . The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 13 , wherein the protective shell is provided with a plug hole;
the motion sensing detection device further comprises a plug connector and a sealing plug, the plug connector is arranged on the circuit board and is spaced apart from the switch, the plug connector is correspondingly disposed within the plug hole, and the sealing plug is mounted at the plug hole in an openable and closable manner.

The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 16 , wherein the sealing plug comprises a fixing part, a connecting part and a second sealing part, the connecting part is connected between the fixing part and the second sealing part, the fixing part is fixed in the accommodating cavity, and the second sealing part is configured to seal the plug hole in an openable and closable manner.
18 . The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 17 , wherein the sealing plug further comprises a restricting part, the restricting part is provided on a side of the second sealing part facing towards the plug connector and is spaced apart from the connecting part, and the restricting part cooperates with and restricts the plug connector.

The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 13 , wherein the protective shell comprises a first protective shell and a second protective shell, the first protective shell and the second protective shell are arranged facing each other and define the accommodating cavity, a sealing ring for sealing is provided at edges of the first protective shell and the second protective shell surrounding the accommodating cavity.
20 . The smart wall pulley for fitness according to claim 19 , wherein one of the first protective shell and the second protective shell is provided with an accommodating groove at the edge surrounding the accommodating cavity, and the other of the first protective shell and the second protective shell is provided with a restricting protrusion, the sealing ring is disposed in the accommodating groove, and the restricting protrusion protrudes into the accommodating groove to restrict the sealing ring.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
