Abstract

Snap-type movable wooden floor and its assembling method thereof. The present invention relates to the technical field of decoration. The connecting buckle is arranged in a “mountain”-shaped structure, and the groove surfaces on the left and right sides are both obtuse inclined surfaces, and the inner sides of the left and right ends of the connecting buckle, both sides are provided with a clamping arc surface arranged from bottom to top from the inside to the outside; both sides of the above-mentioned floor board are provided with clamping grooves which are mutually clamped with the upper ends of the connecting buckles arranged in, as previously mentioned, “mountain”-shaped structure. The connecting buckle under the card slot constitutes an obtuse-angled clamping end that is engaged with the groove with an obtuse-angled bevel.

A snap-type movable wooden floor, comprising floor panels ( 1 ) and a connecting buckle ( 2 ), adjacent floor panels ( 1 ) are connected by the connecting buckle ( 2 ); the connecting buckle ( 2 ) is arranged in a Chinese character “ ” shaped structure, and groove surfaces on the left and right sides of the connecting buckle are both obtuse inclined surfaces ( 2 - 1 ); inner sides of both left and right ends of the connecting buckle are equipped with the arc-shaped surface ( 2 - 2 ), which is shaped from top to bottom from inside to outside; both sides of the floor panels are provided with grooves ( 1 - 4 ), which are used for joining the top of the Chinese character “ ” shaped structure, the connecting buckle ( 2 ) below slots ( 1 - 4 ) constitutes an obtuse-angled clamping end ( 1 - 1 ) that cooperates with the groove surfaces with the obtuse inclined surface ( 2 - 1 ), the floor panels ( 1 ) at the bottom of the obtuse-angled clamping end ( 1 - 1 ) is recessed upward to form a bottom clamping slot ( 1 - 2 ), and one side of the bottom clamping slot ( 1 - 2 ) is provided with a curved surface for clamping ( 2 - 2 ) conflicting slopes ( 1 - 3 ) that abut each other, and the bottom of the floor panels ( 1 ) on the side adjacent to the conflicting slopes ( 1 - 3 ) is clamped on the obtuse inclined surfaces ( 2 - 1 ) in the groove surfaces; wherein the connecting buckle ( 2 ) is provided with a plurality of through holes ( 2 - 3 ). 
     
     
         2 . The snap-type movable wooden floor according to  claim 1 , wherein left and right sides of upper end of the connecting buckle ( 2 ) and the grooves ( 1 - 4 ) located on the left and right sides thereof, there is a gap between. 
     
     
         3 . The snap-type movable wooden floor according to  claim 1 , wherein a gap is provided between the obtuse-angled clamping end ( 1 - 1 ) and the obtuse inclined surface ( 2 - 1 ).

         5 . An assembling method for snap-type movable wooden floor, comprising following steps:
 step 1: place the connecting buckle ( 2 ) on the ground and keep it level;   step 2: align the obtuse-angled clamping end ( 1 - 1 ) of the floor plate ( 1 ) on the right side with the obtuse-angle inclined surface ( 2 - 1 ) on the right side of the connecting buckle  92  in an oblique shape, and insert it;   step 3: after the upper side wall of the floor plate ( 1 ) touches the top of the connecting buckle ( 2 ), it is located above the other end of the floor plate ( 1 ) and presses down on the floor plate ( 1 ), at this time the floor plate on the right ( 1 ) rotates clockwise to the horizontal position, the right end of the connecting buckle ( 2 ) is locked into the bottom slot ( 1 - 2 ) at the bottom of the right floor plate ( 1 ), the curved surface ( 2 - 2 ) and the conflicting slope ( 1 - 3 ) are mutually abutted, at the same time, the side surfaces of the floor panel ( 1 ) located above the connecting buckle ( 2 ) conflict with each other, now, the assembly of the right floor panel ( 1 ) is completed; and   step 4: follow the steps 2 to 3 above to assemble the floor panel ( 1 ) on the left.
