Abstract

An optical element driving device is described that includes a fixed portion having supporting holes, a holding member having a supporting portion supporting an optical element, and a supporting shaft supporting the holding member. The fixed portion is disposed at positions of two end portions of the supporting shaft to support the supporting shaft in the supporting holes in a rockable manner. A resin with viscoelasticity is filled between the outer peripheral surface of the supporting shaft which is rockable in the supporting holes and an inner peripheral surface of the supporting hole of the fixed portion.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . An optical element driving device comprising:
a fixed portion having supporting holes; a holding member having a supporting portion supporting an optical element; and a supporting shaft supporting the holding member, wherein the fixed portion is disposed at positions of two end portions of the supporting shaft to support the supporting shaft in the supporting holes in a rockable manner, and a resin with viscoelasticity is filled between the outer peripheral surface of the supporting shaft which is rockable in the supporting holes and an inner peripheral surface of the supporting hole of the fixed portion.

2 . The optical element driving device according to claim 1 , wherein the supporting shaft is provided with a center portion, and two end portions having a cylindrical shape and is supported in a rockable manner by the fixed portion at a position remotely from a center portion of the two end portions and the holding member is fixed by the supporting shaft situated near the center portion of the two end portions.

3 . The optical element driving device according to claim 1 , wherein the optical element is a prism.

4 . The optical element driving device according to claim 1 , wherein the resin with viscoelasticity is a damper gel.

5 . The optical element driving device according to claim 2 , wherein the holding member has a through hole, and adhesive is filled between the outer peripheral surface of the supporting shaft in the through hole and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole so that the holding member and the supporting shaft is fixed.

6 . The optical element driving device according to claim 2 , wherein the center portion has a first outer peripheral surface and a second outer peripheral surface,
the first outer peripheral surface being flushed with an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical shape along an axis line of the cylindrical shape, the second outer peripheral surface being located further inside than the first outer peripheral surface, and wherein the second outer peripheral surface is a flat surface, and is provided at a position cut out from an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical shape, a portion of which is constituted by the first outer peripheral surface, to a depth exceeding the axis line.

7 . The optical element driving device according to claim 1 , wherein the resin with viscoelasticity is also provided on two end surfaces of the supporting shaft.

8 . The optical element driving device according to claim 1 , wherein the supporting shaft is fitted up to halfway from one end side of the supporting hole, and other part of the fixed portion closes other end side of the supporting hole.

9 . The optical element driving device according to claim 1 , wherein the fixed portion comprises a housing having two opposing side plates, and supporting bearings having the supporting holes, the supporting bearings being fixed to the housing, and
wherein the two end portions of the supporting shaft are respectively fitted in the supporting holes of the supporting bearings,

10 . The optical element driving device according to claim 9 , wherein the fixed portion comprises a case that has two opposing plates with the housing interposed therebetween and covers a device body, and
wherein the supporting shaft is fitted up to halfway from one end side of the supporting hole, and end surfaces of the supporting bearings respectively abut against the plates of the case, and abutting portions of the two plates close the supporting holes.

11 . The optical element driving device according to claim 1 , wherein the supporting shaft extends in one predetermined direction, and the optical element driving device further comprises a plate spring which extends in a plane including the one predetermined direction and connects the fixed portion and the holding member.

12 . The optical element driving device according to claim 11 , wherein the plate spring extends in the plane including a thickness direction of the fixed portion.

13 . The optical element driving device according to claim 11 , wherein the plate spring comprises:
outer portions formed at two ends of the one predetermined direction and attached to one of the fixed portion or the holding member; a center portion formed at a center of the one predetermined direction and attached to the other of the fixed portion or the holding member; and a plurality of arm portions having a twisted shape and connecting the outer portions and the center portion, and wherein the outer portions and the center portion extend in the other direction in the plane.

14 . A camera device comprising the optical element driving device of claim 1 .

15 . An electronic apparatus comprising the camera device of claim 14 .
