Abstract
An electronic cigarette atomizing core and an atomizer are provided. The electronic cigarette atomizing core comprises an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve which are sleeved on each other. An atomization cavity is formed below the inner sleeve, and the outer sleeve is provided with a first e-liquid passing port. Two ends of e-liquid guide cotton are sandwiched between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve, and the two ends of the e-liquid guide cotton cover the first e-liquid passing port. The inner sleeve is provided with an air supply groove for delivering air to an e-liquid tank. One end of the air supply groove is communicated with the first e-liquid passing port, and the other end thereof is communicated with the atomization cavity.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An electronic cigarette atomizing core, comprising:
an outer sleeve ( 1 ) and an inner sleeve ( 2 ) which are sleeved on each other, wherein: an atomization cavity ( 10 ) is formed below the inner sleeve, and the outer sleeve is provided with a first e-liquid passing port ( 11 ); two ends of e-liquid guide cotton ( 4 ) are sandwiched between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve, and the two ends of the e-liquid guide cotton cover the first e-liquid passing port; and the inner sleeve is provided with an air supply groove ( 243 ) for delivering air to an e-liquid tank, one end of the air supply groove is communicated with the first e-liquid passing port, and the other end thereof is communicated with the atomization cavity.
2 . The electronic cigarette atomizing core according to claim 1 , wherein an inner cavity of the inner sleeve is provided with a boss ( 25 ) for sealing and clamping a vent tube ( 9 ), and an air outlet cavity ( 26 ) sequentially from top down.
3 . The electronic cigarette atomizing core according to claim 1 , wherein:
the top of the inner sleeve is provided with two vents ( 22 ) symmetrically, the outer wall of the inner sleeve under the two vents is respectively provided with a vent groove ( 23 ) that reaches the bottom of the inner sleeve, and after the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve are sleeved on each other, the inner wall of the outer sleeve and the vent grooves enclose two first air inlet channels.
4 . The electronic cigarette atomizing core according to claim 3 , wherein:
the outer wall of the inner sleeve is symmetrically provided with e-liquid guide cotton mounting grooves ( 24 ) for mounting the e-liquid guide cotton, the e-liquid guide cotton mounting groove is provided with a clamping segment ( 241 ) at the upper part for clamping the e-liquid guide cotton and a loosening segment ( 242 ) at the lower part, and the depth of the e-liquid guide cotton mounting groove at the clamping segment is less than that of the e-liquid guide cotton mounting groove at the loosening segment.
5 . The electronic cigarette atomizing core according to claim 4 , wherein the e-liquid guide cotton mounting grooves and the vent grooves are arranged alternatively.
6 . The electronic cigarette atomizing core according to claim 1 , wherein:
the inner sleeve ( 2 ), the e-liquid guide cotton ( 4 ), the ultrasonic atomizing sheet ( 6 ), an elastic insulating seat ( 7 ) and an electrode assembly ( 8 ) are sequentially disposed in the inner cavity of the outer sleeve from top down; a first electrode is disposed on the upper surface of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet, and a second electrode is disposed on the lower surface of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet; the electrode assembly comprises a first electrical connection terminal ( 81 ) and a second electrical connection terminal ( 83 ) separated by an insulating ring ( 82 ); and the first electrode of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet is electrically connected to the second electrical connection terminal of the electrode assembly via the outer sleeve, and the second electrode of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet is electrically connected to the first electrical connection terminal of the electrode assembly.
7 . The electronic cigarette atomizing core according to claim 1 , wherein:
the upper part of the inner wall of the outer sleeve is provided with a support portion ( 13 ), the top of the outer wall of the inner sleeve is provided with a step ( 21 ), and the step is supported by the support portion.
8 . The electronic cigarette atomizing core according to claim 6 , wherein the lower part of the inner wall of the outer sleeve is provided with a resisting portion ( 14 ) for resisting the first electrode of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet.
9 . The electronic cigarette atomizing core according to claim 8 , wherein a yielding portion ( 15 ) for preventing the side wall of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet from being broken due to squeezing, surrounds the periphery of the resisting portion.
10 . An electronic cigarette atomizer, comprising:
an e-liquid tank device (A) and a suction nozzle device (B) which are connected and fixed into a whole and are rotatable relatively, wherein: an e-liquid tank is disposed inside the e-liquid tank device, the suction nozzle device is provided with second air inlet channels (B 3 ) and a suction nozzle (B 11 ), the electronic cigarette atomizing core according to claim 1 is disposed in the e-liquid tank device, a vent tube ( 9 ) is disposed between the suction nozzle and the boss of the inner sleeve, a third air inlet channel (B 3 ) is respectively formed between the outer wall of the vent tube and the suction nozzle device and between the outer wall of the vent tube and the e-liquid tank device, and the second air inlet channels are communicated with the first air inlet channels through the third air inlet channels.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
