Abstract

This disclosure relates to binding agents with specificity for programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) and to methods for using the same to treat, prevent and/or ameliorate an infectious disease (e.g., human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)), cancer and/or autoimmunity.

         55 . A combination of binding agents, the combination comprising a first binding agent that blocks a first binding agent that blocks the interaction of PD-1 and PD-L1 and a second binding agent that does not block the interaction of PD-1 and PD-L1.
