Abstract
An operation method of a first communication node in a communication system supporting Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communications can include: determining at least one frequency band for transmission of semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) traffic; generating user equipment (UE) assistance information including information indicating the at least one frequency band; and transmitting the UE assistance information to a base station supporting the V2X communication.

21 . An operation method of a first communication node in a communication system supporting Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication, the operation method comprising:
measuring congestion in a first carrier used for the V2X communication with a second communication node; determining one or more candidate carriers usable for the V2X communication with the second communication node when the congestion in the first carrier is greater than or equal to a preconfigured threshold; generating a new semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration applied to the first carrier and the one or more candidate carriers by reconfiguring an original SPS configuration applied to the first carrier; and performing the V2X communication with the second communication node using the first carrier and the one or more candidate carriers to which the new SPS configuration is applied.
22 . The operation method according to claim 21 , wherein the one or more candidate carriers are carriers having congestion less than the preconfigured threshold among carriers aggregated with the first carrier.
23 . The operation method according to claim 21 , further comprising transmitting user equipment (UE) assistance information including information of the new SPS configuration to a base station supporting the V2X communication.
24 . The operation method according to claim 21 , wherein the V2X communication between the first communication node and the second communication node based on the new SPS configuration is performed when a message indicating activation of the new SPS configuration is received from a base station supporting the V2X communication.

The operation method according to claim 21 , wherein, in a step of generating the new SPS configuration, when a sum of a number of the first carrier and a number of the one or more candidate carriers is N and a transmission interval in the original SPS configuration is T transmission time intervals (TTIs), a transmission interval in the new SPS configuration is set to N×T TTIs, N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and T is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
26 . The operation method according to claim 25 , wherein an offset of the transmission interval between the N carriers in the new SPS configuration is set to T TTIs.

The operation method according to claim 21 , wherein, in a step of generating the new SPS configuration, when a sum of a number of the first carrier and a number of the one or more candidate carriers is N and a transmission interval in the original SPS configuration is T TTIs, a transmission interval in the new SPS configuration is T TTIs, a size of data transmitted through each of the N carriers equals (a size of total data to be transmitted to the second communication node)/N, N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and T is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
28 . The operation method according to claim 21 , wherein, in a step of generating the new SPS configuration, when a sum of a number of the first carrier and a number of the one or more candidate carriers is N and a transmission interval in the original SPS configuration is T TTIs, a transmission interval in the new SPS configuration is set to T TTIs, a size of data transmitted through each of the N carriers is inversely proportional to the congestion, N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and T is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
29 . An operation method of a first communication node in a communication system supporting Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication, the operation method comprising:
measuring congestion in a first carrier used for the V2X communication with a second communication node; determining one or more candidate carriers usable for the V2X communication with the second communication node when the congestion in the first carrier is greater than or equal to a preconfigured threshold; transmitting user equipment (UE) assistance information including information of the one or more candidate carriers to a base station supporting the V2X communication; receiving a message including new semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration applied to the first carrier and the one or more candidate carriers from the base station; and performing the V2X communication with the second communication node using the first carrier and the one or more candidate carriers to which the new SPS configuration is applied, wherein the new SPS configuration is SPS configuration which is reconfigured based on original SPS configuration applied to the first carrier.
30 . The operation method according to claim 29 , wherein the one or more candidate carriers are carriers having congestion less than the preconfigured threshold among carriers aggregated with the first carrier.
31 . The operation method according to claim 29 , wherein the UE assistance information further includes an indicator requesting distributed processing of data through the one or more candidate carriers.
32 . The operation method according to claim 29 , wherein the message including the new SPS configuration is a radio resource control (RRC) connection reconfiguration message.

The operation method according to claim 29 , wherein, when a sum of a number of the first carrier and a number of the one or more candidate carriers is N and a transmission interval in the original SPS configuration is T transmission time intervals (TTIs), a transmission interval in the new SPS configuration is set to NxT TTIs, N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and T is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
34 . The operation method according to claim 29 , wherein, when a sum of a number of the first carrier and a number of the one or more candidate carriers is N and a transmission interval in the original SPS configuration is T TTIs, a transmission interval in the new SPS configuration is T TTIs, a size of data transmitted through each of the N carriers equals (a size of total data to be transmitted to the second communication node)/N, N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and T is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
35 . The operation method according to claim 29 , wherein, when a sum of a number of the first carrier and a number of the one or more candidate carriers is N and a transmission interval in the original SPS configuration is T TTIs, a transmission interval in the new SPS configuration is set to T TTIs, a size of data transmitted through each of the N carriers is inversely proportional to the congestion, N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and T is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
36 . An operation method of a first communication node in a communication system supporting Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication, the operation method comprising:
measuring congestion in a first carrier used for the V2X communication with a second communication node and carriers aggregated with the first carrier; transmitting a message including the congestion to a base station supporting the V2X communication; receiving a message including new semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration applied to the first carrier and one or more candidate carriers determined based on the congestion from the base station; and performing the V2X communication with the second communication node using the first carrier and the one or more candidate carriers to which the new SPS configuration is applied, wherein the new SPS configuration is SPS configuration which is reconfigured based on original SPS configuration applied to the first carrier.
37 . The operation method according to claim 36 , wherein the one or more candidate carriers are carriers having congestion less than a preconfigured threshold among the carriers aggregated with the first carrier.

The operation method according to claim 36 , wherein, when a sum of a number of the first carrier and a number of the one or more candidate carriers is N and a transmission interval in the original SPS configuration is T transmission time intervals (TTIs), a transmission interval in the new SPS configuration is set to N×T TTIs, N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and T is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
39 . The operation method according to claim 36 , wherein, when a sum of a number of the first carrier and a number of the one or more candidate carriers is N and a transmission interval in the original SPS configuration is T TTIs, a transmission interval in the new SPS configuration is T TTIs, a size of data transmitted through each of the N carriers equals (a size of total data to be transmitted to the second communication node)/N, N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and T is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
40 .
