Abstract
The invention provides a cationic lipid, a lipid membrane structure containing same, and use thereof. The cationic lipid is represented by the formula (1)wherein R1a, R1b, R2a, R2b, R3a, R3b, Xa, Xb, Yb, Za, and Zb are as defined in the specification.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An intermediate of a cationic lipid represented by the formula (3)
(in the formula (3), R 1 is a residue derived from a reaction product of a liposoluble vitamin having a hydroxyl group, and succinic anhydride or glutaric anhydride, or a residue derived from a reaction product of a sterol derivative having a hydroxyl group, and succinic anhydride or glutaric anhydride, or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1-40 carbon atoms, or a residue derived from a reaction product of an aliphatic is alcohol having 2-20 carbon atoms and a straight chain dicarboxylic acid having 4-12 carbon atoms).
2 . The intermediate according to claim 1 , wherein R 1 is a residue derived from a reaction product of a liposoluble vitamin having a hydroxyl group, and succinic anhydride or glutaric anhydride, or a residue derived from a reaction product of a sterol derivative having a hydroxyl group, and succinic anhydride or glutaric anhydride, or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 12-22 carbon atoms.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
