Vehicle communication system, base station, server apparatus, message transmitting method, vehicle related service providing method, and readable medium

Abstract

An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle communication system which distributes information which is necessary in vehicle units. A vehicle communication system according to the present invention includes: a vehicle base station which performs wireless communication with a vehicle terminal installed in a vehicle to receive vehicle related service; and a server apparatus which specifies the vehicle base station of a message distribution destination according to the vehicle related service to be provided, and distributes a message related to the vehicle related service to be provided, to the specified vehicle base station. When receiving the message transmitted from the server apparatus, the vehicle base station transmits the message to the vehicle terminal which subscribes to the vehicle related service related to the message, from a plurality of vehicle terminals and located in a communication area formed by the vehicle base station.

1 . A node apparatus comprising:
 at least one processor; and   at least one memory coupled to the at least one processor, the at least one memory storing instructions that when executed by the at least one processor cause the at least one processor to:   receive a request message for registration from a vehicle terminal via a base station, the request message including first information about Vehicle to X (V2X) communication,   determine whether the vehicle terminal is authorized to use the V2X communication based on a subscription data of the vehicle terminal, and   include a rejection-related cause value in a reject message in a case that the registration is rejected.   
     
     
         2 . A vehicle terminal comprising:
 at least one processor; and   at least one memory coupled to the at least one processor, the at least one memory storing instructions that when executed by the at least one processor cause the at least one processor to:   include first information about Vehicle to X (V2X) communication in a request message for registration,   send the request message to a node apparatus via a base station, and   receive, from the node apparatus, a reject message including a rejection-related cause value in a case that the registration is rejected.   
     
     
         3 . A method of a node apparatus comprising:
 receiving a request message for registration from a vehicle terminal via a base station, the request message including first information about Vehicle to X (V2X) communication;   determining whether the vehicle terminal is authorized to use the V2X communication based on a subscription data of the vehicle terminal; and   including a rejection-related cause value in a reject message in a case that the registration is rejected.   
     
     
         4 . A method of a vehicle terminal comprising:
 including first information about Vehicle to X (V2X) communication in a request message for registration;   sending the request message to a node apparatus via a base station; and   receiving, from the node apparatus, a reject message that includes a rejection-related cause value in a case that the registration is rejected.
