Abstract
A filter structure of a dishwasher and a dishwasher, wherein the filter structure of the dishwasher comprises a filter screen, the filter screen comprises several first filter ribs and several second filter ribs, and the second filter ribs and the first filter ribs are arranged to cross each other so as to form a mesh structure. The filter screen of the filter structure is a mesh structure, which does not need post-perforation, thereby saving on fabrication costs. The filter screen comprises a mesh structure formed by the second filter ribs and the first filter ribs being arranged to cross each other. Not only do the second filter ribs and the first filter ribs enhance the strength of the filter screen, but the mesh structure also prevents the occurrence of a situation in which filter pores of a metal filter screen are blocked by washing impurities.

2 . The filter structure of the dishwasher according to claim 1 , wherein,
a second filter screen plane formed by the second filter ribs is arranged under a first filter screen plane formed by the first filter ribs.
3 . The filter structure of the dishwasher according to claim 2 , wherein,
a width of a second filter hole formed between two adjacent the second filter ribs gradually increases from an upper surface of the second filter ribs which are in contact with the first filter rib to a lower surface of the second filter rib.
4 . The filter structure of the dishwasher according to claim 2 , wherein,
an upper surface of the first filter rib is a circular arc surface or an inclined surface, or a fillet or a chamfer is provided between the upper surface and a side of the first filter rib; and/or, a width of a first filter hole formed between two adjacent first filter ribs gradually increases from a lower surface of the first filter rib which is in contact with the second filter rib to the upper surface of the first filter rib.
5 . The filter structure of the dishwasher according to claim 1 , wherein,
the filter screen is an annular structure, and at least parts of the first filter ribs extend towards an inner ring of the filter screen; the filter screen includes at least two filter zones, the first filter ribs in a first filter zone extend from an outer ring of the filter screen to the inner ring of the filter screen along a direction of water flow, and at least parts of the first filter ribs in a second filter zone extend from the outer ring of the filter screen to the inner ring of the filter screen along the direction of water flow, and at least parts of the first filter ribs in the second filter zone extend from the outer ring of the filter screen to the first filter zone along the direction of water flow; the first filter ribs in the first filter zone are arranged parallel to each other; and the first filter ribs in the second filter zone are arranged parallel to each other.
6 . The filter structure of the dishwasher according to claim 5 , wherein,
the filter screen includes one first filter zone and two second filter zones, wherein the two second filter zones are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first filter zone.
7 . A dishwasher, wherein the dishwasher comprises the filter structure of the dishwasher according to claim 1 .
8 . The dishwasher according to claim 7 , wherein,
an inner tank is provided, a bottom of the inner tank is recessed downwards to form a groove, and the filter screen is installed in the groove; a side wall of the groove extends obliquely, the filter screen is an annular structure, and a side of an outer ring of the filter screen extends obliquely and is coordinated with the side wall of the groove; the side wall of the groove extends obliquely and downwards from the bottom of the inner tank to a center of the groove; the filter screen is recessed downwards from the outer ring to the inner ring and forms a funnel shape.
9 . The dishwasher according to claim 7 , wherein,
a bottom of the outer ring of the filter screen is in line contact with the bottom of the groove of the inner tank; a bottom surface of the outer ring of the filter screen, which is in contact with the groove of the inner tank, is an arc surface protruding towards the groove of the inner tank.
10 . The dishwasher according to claim 7 , wherein,
outlets for water flow are provided between a bottom of the outer ring of the filter screen and a bottom of the groove of the inner tank.
11 . The filter structure of the dishwasher according to claim 2 , wherein the second filter ribs and the first filter ribs are arranged to cross each other vertically and horizontally.
12 . The filter structure of the dishwasher according to claim 2 , wherein the filter screen is integrally formed; and the filter screen is a plastic filter screen.
13 . The filter structure of the dishwasher according to claim 3 , wherein,
two second sides, opposite to each other, of the second filter hole are inclined to the lower surface of the second filter rib and extend in opposite directions from each other, and a distance between the two second sides gradually increases along a direction to the lower surface; and the two second sides are inclined to the lower surface of the second filter rib and extend symmetrically.
14 . The filter structure of the dishwasher according to claim 4 , wherein,
two first sides, opposite to each other, of the first filter hole are inclined to the upper surface of the first filter rib and extend in opposite directions from each other, and a distance between the two first sides gradually increases along a direction to the upper surface; and the two first sides are inclined to the upper surface of the first filter rib and extend symmetrically.
15 . The filter structure of the dishwasher according to claim 6 , wherein,
the filter screen is an annular filter screen with a fan-shaped gap, the inner ring of the filter screen is arranged in a center of the annular filter screen, the first filter ribs in the first filter zone are parallel to a symmetrical centerline of the fan-shaped gap, and the first filter ribs in the second filter zone are parallel to two sides of the fan-shaped gap.
16 . The dishwasher according to claim 10 , wherein,
the bottom of the outer ring of the filter screen comprises interval arranged bulges, and recesses between two adjacent bulges form the outlets for water flow passing; an end surface of the bulge, which is coordinated with the bottom of the groove of the inner tank, is an arc surface protruding towards the bottom of groove of the inner tank.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
