Abstract

Disclosed is a headwear hanger including a headwear-shaped deformation prevention structure including a base frame that is formed in a size corresponding to an outer circumferential surface of a headwear and has a circular structure in a plan view, a plurality of support frames that are mounted on one side of the base frame and have a semi-circular structure having an outer diameter that is the same as an inner diameter of the headwear, an upper binding part that is mounted on one side of the base frame and is hung on another structure, and a lower binding part that has a structure mounted on the other side of the base frame and bound to the upper binding part of another headwear hanger.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A headwear hanger comprising:
 a base frame ( 110 ) that is formed in a size corresponding to an outer circumferential surface of a headwear and has a circular structure in a plan view;   a plurality of support frames ( 120 ) that are mounted on one side of the base frame ( 110 ) and have a semi-circular structure having an outer diameter that is the same as an inner diameter of the headwear;   an upper binding part ( 130 ) that is mounted on one side of the base frame ( 110 ) and is hung on another structure; and   a lower binding part ( 140 ) that has a structure mounted on the other side of the base frame ( 110 ) and bound to the upper binding part ( 130 ) of another headwear hanger.   
     
     
         2 . The headwear hanger of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 an adjustment band binding part ( 150 ) having a structure which is mounted adjacent to an outer circumferential surface of the support frame ( 120 ) and on which a size adjustment band of the headwear is hung and fixed; and   a dust cover ( 160 ) which is mounted to surround an outer surface of the headwear hung on the outer circumferential surface of the support frame ( 120 ) and protects the outer circumferential surface of the headwear,   wherein a ring structure ( 131 ) having a circular structure in a plan view is simultaneously formed in the upper binding part ( 130 ),   the lower binding part ( 140 ) has a structure that protrudes and extends to be bound to the ring structure ( 131 ) of the upper binding part ( 130 ) in a vertical direction, and   the adjustment band binding part ( 150 ) includes:   a front protrusion part ( 151 ) having a structure that protrudes from a front side of the support frame ( 120 ) by a predetermined length and extends to both sides thereof in a symmetrical form by a predetermined length; and   a hanging bending part ( 152 ) having a structure which extends from one end of the front protrusion part ( 151 ) to be bent by a predetermined length in a direction of the upper binding part ( 130 ) and on which the size adjustment band of the headwear is hung.   
     
     
         3 . The headwear hanger of  claim 1 , wherein the upper binding part ( 130 ) is mounted on one side of the base frame ( 110 ) using a detachable hinge fastening structure ( 132 ), is detachably mounted by a fastening protrusion structure ( 133   b ) corresponding to an indentation groove ( 133   a ) formed in the one side of the base frame ( 110 ), or is detachably mounted while making a binding direction different using a fastening protrusion structure ( 134   b ) corresponding to an indentation groove ( 134   a ) formed in the one side of the base frame ( 110 ) and having a point-symmetrical structure, and
 the lower binding part ( 140 ) has a structure that is formed adjacent to both sides of the support frame ( 120 ) mounted in a center of a lower portion of the base frame ( 110 ), is formed in a shape recessed from a front surface of the base frame ( 110 ) by a predetermined depth, and adheres to one side surface of the upper binding part ( 130 ) in a surface contact form.   
     
     
         4 . The headwear hanger of  claim 1 , wherein the base frame ( 110 ) has a structure of which a size is changed by a user,
 the base frame ( 110 ) includes:   an upper fixing frame ( 111 ) that has the adjustment band binding part ( 150 ) and the upper binding part ( 130 ) mounted on one side thereof, has an arc structure extending in a structure of which the left and right sides are symmetrical to each other by a predetermined angle on the basis of a semi-straight line protruding upward from a center of the circular structure of the base frame ( 110 ) in a plan view, and has a binding rail therein through which a connection frame ( 113 ) is inserted or discharged;   a lower fixing frame ( 112 ) that has the lower binding part mounted on one side thereof, has an arc structure extending in a structure of which the left and right sides are symmetrical to each other by a predetermined angle on the basis of a semi-straight line protruding downward from the center of the circular structure of the base frame ( 110 ) in the plan view, and has a binding rail therein through which the connection frame ( 113 ) is inserted or discharged; and   the connection frame ( 113 ) mounted on the binding rails formed in the upper fixing frame ( 111 ) and the lower fixing frame ( 112 ) and forming one circular structure together with the upper fixing frame ( 111 ) and the lower fixing frame ( 112 ),   the support frame ( 120 ) has a structure of which a size is changed by the user, and   the support frame ( 120 ) includes:   a central fixing frame ( 121 ) that is disposed at a center of the support frame ( 120 ) to be in contact with an inner central portion of the headwear and has a circular structure on which radial fixing rails ( 122 ) are mounted while being spaced apart from each other at regular intervals along an outer circumferential surface of the central fixing frame ( 121 ) in a plan view;   the plurality of radial fixing rails ( 122 ) that are mounted while being spaced apart from each other at regular intervals along the outer circumferential surface of the central fixing frame ( 121 ), have a structure extending from the central fixing frame ( 121 ) toward the base frame ( 110 ) by a predetermined length in a curved shape, and have binding rails therein through which one ends of protrusion frames ( 123 ) are inserted or discharged; and   the plurality of protrusion frames ( 123 ) that are mounted while being spaced apart from each other at regular intervals along an outer circumferential surface of the base frame ( 110 ), are arranged at locations corresponding to the radial fixing rails ( 122 ), are formed to protrude upward by a predetermined length, and have a cross-sectional structure of a structure corresponding to the binding rails of the radial fixing rails ( 122 ).   
     
     
         5 . The headwear hanger of  claim 1 , wherein the headwear hanger comprises:
 an ultraviolet irradiation unit ( 171 ) that is mounted along an outer circumferential surface of the support frame ( 120 ) and is operated by a control signal of a control unit ( 174 ) to irradiate an inner space formed by the support frame ( 120 ) with ultraviolet rays (UV-C);   a rotating blade ( 172 ) that is rotatably mounted on an inner surface of the support frame ( 120 ), forms air flow in a specific direction in the inner space formed by the support frame ( 120 ), and is coated with a light-reflective material so that the ultraviolet rays (UV-C) emitted from the ultraviolet irradiation unit ( 171 ) are reflected to the inner surface of the headwear hung on the headwear hanger;   a hanging state detection unit ( 173 ) that is mounted on a central portion of the support frame ( 120 ) and detects that the headwear is hung on the headwear hanger to transmit the detected data to the control unit ( 174 ); and   the control unit ( 174 ) that is mounted on one side of the headwear hanger and controls operation of the ultraviolet irradiation unit ( 171 ) and the rotating blade ( 172 ) on the basis of the data acquired from the hanging state detection unit ( 173 ) and an input signal of a user.
