Moisture-permeable waterproof shoe having upper of changeable appearance

Abstract

A moisture-permeable waterproof shoe includes an upper unit and a shoe-shaped inner sleeve. The upper unit includes a top cut piece and a bottom cut piece. The top cut piece has a rear concave edge with two spaced-apart first ends, a peripheral edge with two spaced-apart second ends, and two rear mating edges each interconnecting one of the first ends and a respective second end. The peripheral edge of the top cut piece is sewn to a periphery of the bottom cut piece. The top and bottom cut pieces cooperate to define an interior space. The inner sleeve is disposed in the interior space. A connecting layer is fixed between an inner surface of the upper unit and an outer surface of the inner sleeve. A sole is fixed to a bottom portion of the upper unit.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A moisture-permeable waterproof shoe comprising:
 an upper unit including a top cut piece and a bottom cut piece, said top cut piece having a rear concave edge, a peripheral edge spaced apart from and surrounding said rear concave edge, and two rear mating edges, said rear concave edge having two spaced-apart first ends, said peripheral edge having two spaced-apart second ends corresponding to said first ends, each of said rear mating edges interconnecting one of said first ends and a respective one of said second ends, said two rear mating edges being abuttingly connected to each other by sewing, said bottom cut piece having a periphery, said peripheral edge of said top cut piece being sewn to said periphery of said bottom cut piece, said top cut piece and said bottom cut piece cooperating to define an interior space that has an open top end and a closed bottom end, said top cut piece being made of a knitted fabric;   a shoe-shaped inner sleeve disposed in said interior space and including a moisture-permeable waterproof layer located on an outer side thereof, said shoe-shaped inner sleeve defining a foot space having an open top end and a closed bottom end;   a connecting layer fixed between an inner surface of said upper unit and an outer surface of said shoe-shaped inner sleeve; and   a sole fixed to a bottom portion of said upper unit.

The moisture-permeable waterproof shoe of  claim 1 , wherein said shoe-shaped inner sleeve further includes a lining layer, an cuter fabric layer, and a foam layer fixed between said lining layer and said outer fabric layer, said moisture-permeable waterproof layer being fixed to an outer surface of said outer fabric layer. 
     
     
         3 . The moisture-permeable waterproof shoe of  claim 1 , further comprising an adhesive layer that is fixed between said bottom portion of said upper unit and a top surface of said sole. 
     
     
         4 . The moisture-permeable waterproof shoe of  claim 1 , wherein said bottom cut piece is made of a non-woven fabric.
