Air purifier
Abstract
An air purifier including a body including a suction port and a discharge port, and having an inner space through which air is configured to flow from the suction port to the discharge port, a fan disposed in the inner space of the body and having a side surface separated from an inner wall of the body, a light source module including at least one UV light source disposed in the inner space of the body, a power controller mounted on the inner wall of the body, at least one filter disposed in the inner space of the body, a filter replacement region formed at the body to detachably couple the at least one filter to an interior of the body, a door detachably mounted on the body to expose the filter replacement region and including a door guide member having a groove.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An air purifier comprising:
a body including a suction port disposed on one surface thereof and a discharge port disposed on the other surface thereof, the body having an inner space through which air is configured to flow from the suction port to the discharge port; a fan disposed in the inner space of the body, the fan having a side surface separated from an inner wall of the body; at least one light source module disposed in the inner space of the body, the at least one light source module comprising at least one UV light source; a power controller mounted on the inner wall of the body and physically or electrically connected to a power source to supply electric power to the at least one light source module; at least one filter disposed in the inner space of the body; a filter replacement region formed at the body to detachably couple the at least one filter to an interior of the body; and a door detachably mounted on the body to expose the filter replacement region, wherein the door includes a door guide member having a groove formed at a side of the door to be coupled to the body.
2 . The air purifier according to claim 1 , wherein the body further includes a filter securing portion disposed on the inner wall thereof to receive the at least one filter inserted thereinto.
3 . The air purifier according to claim 1 , wherein the body further includes a fan securing portion disposed in the inner space of the body to place the fan in a direction parallel with the discharge port.
4 . The air purifier according to claim 1 , wherein the body further includes light source module grooves disposed on the inner wall thereof to receive the at least one light source module inserted thereinto.
5 . The air purifier according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one filter comprises at least one of a photocatalytic filter and a HEPA filter.
6 . The air purifier according to claim 5 , wherein the at least one light source module is configured to emit UV light toward the photocatalytic filter, the HEPA filter, or both of the photocatalytic filter and the HEPA filter.
7 . The air purifier according to claim 1 , wherein the body further includes a door guide groove having a groove structure to receive the door guide member inserted into the door guide groove.
8 . The air purifier according to claim 1 , wherein an air discharge area of the discharge port is the same as or different from an air suction area of the suction port.
9 . The air purifier according to claim 1 , wherein the door covers a surface of the body on which the filter replacement portion is formed.
10 . The air purifier according to claim 1 , wherein the body further includes a door securing groove formed on an outer wall thereof to correspond to the door guide.
11 . An air purifier comprising:
a body including a suction port having a first opening through which external air is configured to be suctioned into an inner space of the body, and a discharge port having a second opening through which the air is configured to be discharged to an outside after being subjected to sterilization inside the body; a fan disposed in the inner space of the body, the fan having a side surface separated from an inner wall of the body; at least one light source module disposed in the inner space of the body, the at least one light source module comprising at least one UV light source configured to emit light for sterilizing microorganisms in the air; a power controller mounted on the inner wall of the body and physically or electrically connected to a power source to supply electric power to the at least one light source module; at least one filter disposed in the inner space of the body; a filter replacement region formed at the body to couple the at least one filter to an interior of the body; and a door detachably coupled to the body to open or close the filter replacement region, wherein the door includes a door guide member having a groove formed at an end of a side of the door to be coupled to the body.
12 . The air purifier according to claim 11 , wherein the body further includes filter securing portion disposed on the inner wall thereof to receive the at least one filter inserted thereinto.
13 . The air purifier according to claim 11 , wherein the body further includes a fan securing portion disposed in the inner space of the body and to place the fan in a direction parallel with the discharge port.
14 . The air purifier according to claim 11 , wherein the body further includes light source module grooves disposed on the inner wall thereof to receive the at least one light source module inserted thereinto.
15 . The air purifier according to claim 11 , wherein the at least one filter comprises at least one of a photocatalytic filter and a HEPA filter.
16 . The air purifier according to claim 15 , wherein the at least one light source module is configured to emit UV light toward the photocatalytic filter, the HEPA filter, or both of the photocatalytic filter and the HEPA filter.
17 . The air purifier according to claim 11 , wherein the body further includes a door guide groove having a groove structure to receive the door guide member inserted into the door guide groove.
18 . The air purifier according to claim 11 , wherein an air discharge area of the discharge port is the same as or different from an air suction area of the suction port.
19 . The air purifier according to claim 11 , wherein the door covers a surface of the body on which the filter replacement portion is formed.
20 . An air purifier comprising:
a body including a suction port having a first opening through which external air is configured to be suctioned into an inner space of the body, and a discharge port having a second opening through which the air is configured to be discharged to an outside after being subjected to sterilization inside the body; a fan disposed in the inner space of the body, the fan having a side surface separated from an inner wall of the body; at least one light source module disposed in the inner space of the body, the at least one light source module comprising at least one UV light source configured to emit light for sterilizing microorganisms in the air; a power controller mounted on the inner wall of the body and physically or electrically connected to a power source to supply electric power to the at least one light source module; at least one filter disposed in the inner space of the body; a filter replacement region formed at the body to couple the at least one filter to an interior of the body; and a door detachably coupled to the body to open or close the filter replacement region, wherein the door is not configured to expose the at least one light source module when the filter replacement region is opened.Cited by (0)
