Display devices
Abstract
A display device is provided. The display device includes a substrate, and a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel disposed on the substrate, wherein the first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel respectively correspond to two different colors. The first sub-pixel includes a first light-emitting element and a first wavelength conversion layer adjacent to the first light-emitting element, wherein a light emitted from the first light-emitting element passes through the first wavelength conversion layer. The second sub-pixel includes a second light-emitting element and a second wavelength conversion layer adjacent to the second light-emitting element, wherein a light emitted from the second light-emitting element passes through the second wavelength conversion layer. An area of the first wavelength conversion layer and an area of the second wavelength conversion layer are different.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A display device, comprising:
a substrate; a semiconductor layer disposed on the substrate; a light-emitting element disposed on the substrate and including a first portion of the semiconductor layer; another light-emitting element disposed on the substrate and including a second portion of the semiconductor layer; and an isolation structure extending into the semiconductor layer and between the first portion of the semiconductor layer and the second portion of the semiconductor layer, wherein a distance between a top surface of the semiconductor layer and a surface of the substrate is defined as a first distance, a distance between a bottom surface of the isolation structure and the surface of the substrate is defined as a second distance, the first distance is greater than the second distance, and the second distance is greater than zero.
2 . The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a top surface of the isolation structure has a first width, the bottom surface of the isolation structure has a second width, and the first width is greater than the second width.
3 . The display device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a conductive structure disposed on the substrate and including a third portion of the semiconductor layer, wherein the conductive structure and the light-emitting element share the semiconductor layer.
4 . The display device as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the conductive structure includes a common electrode between the semiconductor layer and the substrate.
5 . The display device as claimed in claim 3 , further comprising another isolation structure extending into the semiconductor layer and between the first portion of the semiconductor layer and the third portion of the semiconductor layer.
6 . A display device, comprising:
a substrate; a light-emitting element disposed on the substrate and including a quantum well layer; another light-emitting element disposed on the substrate and including another quantum well layer; a passivation layer disposed on the light-emitting element and the another light-emitting element; and an isolation structure disposed above the quantum well layer and the another quantum well layer, and extending into the passivation layer.
7 . The display device as claimed in claim 6 , wherein a top surface of the isolation structure has a first width, a bottom surface of the isolation structure has a second width, and the first width is different from the second width.
8 . The display device as claimed in claim 6 , further comprising a conductive structure disposed on the substrate and including a third portion of the semiconductor layer, wherein the conductive structure and the light-emitting element share the semiconductor layer.
9 . The display device as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the conductive structure.
10 . The display device as claimed in claim 8 , further comprising another isolation structure extending into the semiconductor layer and between the first portion of the semiconductor layer and the third portion of the semiconductor layer.
11 . The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the isolation structure disposed between the light-emitting element and the another light-emitting element.Cited by (0)
