Folding tent switch chuck
Abstract
The present disclosure provides a folding tent switch chuck, including: an upper plate and a lower plate. The upper plate is provided with a plugging rod; the lower plate is provided with a plugging slot; the plugging rod and the plugging slot are in plug connection; the plugging slot is provided with an elastic press key; the plugging rod is provided with a locking subassembly; the elastic press key can press the locking subassembly to retract into the plugging rod for unlocking; a position of the lower plate corresponding to the locking subassembly is provided with a locking bulge; and after extending out of the plugging rod, the locking subassembly can be abutted against the locking bulge, so that the plugging rod is limited and locked relative to the plugging slot.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A folding tent switch chuck, comprising an upper plate and a lower plate, wherein the upper plate is provided with a plugging rod; the lower plate is provided with a plugging slot; the plugging rod and the plugging slot are in plug connection;
the plugging slot is provided with an elastic press key; the plugging rod is provided with a locking subassembly; the elastic press key is capable of pressing the locking subassembly to retract into the plugging rod for unlocking; a position of the lower plate corresponding to the locking subassembly is provided with a locking bulge; and after extending out of the plugging rod, the locking subassembly is capable of being abutted against the locking bulge, so that the plugging rod is limited and locked relative to the plugging slot.
2 . The folding tent switch chuck according to claim 1 , wherein the locking subassembly comprises an elastic stop bulge, and a stop bulge mounting member used for mounting the elastic stop bulge; the stop bulge mounting member mounts the elastic stop bulge in the plugging rod;
the stop bulge mounting member is provided with a first penetrating slot; the plugging rod is provided with a second penetrating slot; one end of the elastic stop bulge is fixed in the stop bulge mounting member; the other end of the elastic stop bulge is capable of passing through the first penetrating slot and the second penetrating slot in sequence, so that the elastic stop bulge is capable of extending out of the plugging rod or retracting into the plugging rod; after extending out of the plugging rod, the elastic stop bulge is abutted against the elastic press key; a top of the elastic stop bulge is capable of being abutted against the locking bulge, so that the plugging rod is limited and locked relative to the plugging slot; the elastic press key is capable of pressing the elastic stop bulge to retract into the plugging rod, so that the plugging rod is unlocked relative to the plugging slot.
3 . The folding tent switch chuck according to claim 2 , wherein the elastic stop bulge comprises an arc-shaped elastic part arranged at one end of the elastic stop bulge, and a stop bulge part arranged at the other end of the elastic stop bulge.
4 . The folding tent switch chuck according to claim 3 , wherein one end of the elastic stop bulge is provided with an elastic clamping bulge; the stop bulge mounting member is provided with a clamping slot; and the elastic clamping bulge is clamped to the clamping slot, so that one end of the elastic stop bulge is fixed in the stop bulge mounting member.
5 . The folding tent switch chuck according to claim 2 , wherein the upper plate is also provided with a keel support upper cover; the keel support upper cover is provided with a bolt slot; a bolt passes through the plugging rod from a bottom of the plugging rod and then extends into the bolt slot of the keel support upper cover for fixing;
a plurality of first hinge slots are arranged around the keel support upper cover; and the first hinge slots are used for being hinged to long support keels of a tent.
6 . The folding tent switch chuck according to claim 5 , wherein a top of the keel support upper cover is provided with a decorative cover; the decorative cover is in clamping connection to the keel support upper cover; and the decorative cover is used for covering the bolt slot.
7 . The folding tent switch chuck according to claim 5 , wherein the upper plate is also provided with a lock catch; a bottom of the keel support upper cover is provided with a plugging end; the lock catch is in plugging fit with the plugging end;
the upper plate is also provided with a support rod driving member and a reset spring; the support rod driving member is arranged between the keel support upper cover and the lock catch; one end of the reset spring is abutted against the keel support upper cover; the other end of the reset spring is abutted against the lock catch; and the reset spring is also sleeved outside a slot wall of the bolt slot.
8 . The folding tent switch chuck according to claim 2 , wherein the lower plate comprises an upper cover and a lower cover; the upper cover and the lower cover are fixed through a bolt;
the plugging slot is arranged in the lower cover; and a portion of the upper cover extending into the plugging slot is formed into the locking bulge.
9 . The folding tent switch chuck according to claim 8 , wherein the elastic press key is formed by hollowing a slot wall of the plugging slot.
10 . The folding tent switch chuck according to claim 8 , wherein a plurality of second hinge slots are arranged around the upper cover; and the second hinge slots are used for being hinged to short support keels of the tent.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
