Abstract

An aluminum pouch film for a secondary battery and a method for producing the aluminum pouch film are disclosed. The aluminum pouch film includes an aluminum layer; an outer resin layer formed on a first surface of the aluminum layer; a first adhesive layer bonding the aluminum layer and the outer resin layer; an inner resin layer formed on a second surface of the aluminum layer; and a second adhesive layer bonding the aluminum layer and the inner resin layer, wherein the outer resin layer includes a polyimide.

1 . An aluminum pouch film for a secondary battery, the film comprising:
 an aluminum layer;   an outer resin layer formed on a first surface of the aluminum layer;   a first adhesive layer bonding the aluminum layer and the outer resin layer;   an inner resin layer formed on a second surface of the aluminum layer; and   a second adhesive layer bonding the aluminum layer and the inner resin layer,   wherein the outer resin layer includes a polyimide.   
     
     
         2 . The aluminum pouch film for a secondary battery of  claim 1 , wherein an inner direction surface of the outer resin layer has a contact angle of 60 degrees or less. 
     
     
         3 . The aluminum pouch film for a secondary battery of  claim 1 , wherein the outer resin layer has O 1S /C 1S  which is determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, of 1.0 to 3.5. 
     
     
         4 . A method for producing the aluminum pouch film for a secondary battery of  claim 1 , the method comprising:
 a) preparing an aluminum layer;   b) preparing an outer resin layer;   c) bonding the outer resin layer to a first surface of the aluminum layer; and   d) bonding the inner resin layer to a second surface of the aluminum layer.   
     
     
         5 . The method for producing the aluminum pouch film for a secondary battery of  claim 4 , wherein b) is spraying an etching solution on an inner direction surface of the outer resin layer using a spray method. 
     
     
         6 . The method for producing the aluminum pouch film for a secondary battery of  claim 4 , further comprising, after b), immersing the outer resin layer into water. 
     
     
         7 . The method for producing the aluminum pouch film for a secondary battery of  claim 5 , wherein the etching solution is a solution obtained by mixing any one strong acid of hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulfuric acid (H 2 SO 4 ) and nitric acid (HNO 3 ) with water.
