Packaging device

Abstract

Disclosed is a packaging device. Since a distance from a first top surface of a side plate to a surface of a bottom plate is greater than a distance from a second top surface to the surface of the bottom plate, that is, a top surface of the side plate of a box body is designed into an outer convex and inner concave structure, through subsequent reasonable design of sizes of the first top surface, the second top surface and a first slope surface and an angle of the first slope surface, when a box cover and the box body match, the box body and the box cover can match more closely.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A packaging device, comprising:
 a box body comprising a bottom plate and a side plate fixed to a surface of the bottom plate, wherein the bottom plate and the side plate jointly define an accommodating cavity;   wherein a top surface of the side plate comprises: a first top surface at a first distance from the surface of the bottom plate, a second top surface at a second distance from the surface of the bottom plate, and a first slope surface connecting the first top surface and the second top surface; and   the first distance is greater than the second distance, and the first top surface is located at an outermost side.   
     
     
         2 . The packaging device according to  claim 1 , wherein an included angle between the first slope surface and the second top surface ranges from 100° to 110°. 
     
     
         3 . The packaging device according to  claim 1 , wherein a width of the first top surface is greater than or equal to 10 mm, a width of the second top surface is greater than or equal to 10 mm, and a vertical distance between the first top surface and the second top surface is greater than or equal to 10 mm. 
     
     
         4 . The packaging device according to  claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of stoppers located in the accommodating cavity, wherein the stoppers are embedded in an annular side edge. 
     
     
         5 . The packaging device according to  claim 4 , wherein a height of a stopper is equal to the second distance. 
     
     
         6 . The packaging device according to  claim 4 , wherein the box body is cubic, and the plurality of stoppers are respectively located at four corners of the box body. 
     
     
         7 . The packaging device according to  claim 1 , wherein a shape of the top surface of the side plate matches a shape of a bottom surface of the side plate. 
     
     
         8 . The packaging device according to  claim 7 , further comprising a box cover covering the box body, wherein the box cover comprises: a first bottom surface in close contact with the first top surface, a second bottom surface in close contact with the second top surface, and a second slope surface connecting the first bottom surface and the second bottom surface; and
 a width of the first top surface is equal to a width of the first bottom surface.   
     
     
         9 . The packaging device according to  claim 8 , wherein an included angle between a second slope surface and a second bottom surface ranges from 100° to 110°. 
     
     
         10 . The packaging device according to  claim 9 , wherein a plurality of box bodies are disposed, the plurality of box bodies are stacked in sequence and match, and the box cover covers an uppermost box body. 
     
     
         11 . The packaging device according to  claim 8 , further comprising a sealing member disposed on an outer side of the box body and the box cover. 
     
     
         12 . The packaging device according to  claim 11 , wherein the sealing member is a plastic bag or an aluminum foil vacuum bag. 
     
     
         13 . The packaging device according to  claim 8 , further comprising an aluminum foil cushion disposed at a bottom of the box body. 
     
     
         14 . The packaging device according to  claim 8 , wherein the box body and the box cover are made of an expanded material. 
     
     
         15 . The packaging device according to  claim 14 , wherein the expanded material comprises expanded polystyrene or expanded polypropylene or expanded polyolefin composed of polyethylene and polystyrene. 
     
     
         16 . The packaging device according to  claim 2 , wherein a shape of the top surface of the side plate matches a shape of a bottom surface of the side plate. 
     
     
         17 . The packaging device according to  claim 9 , further comprising a sealing member disposed on an outer side of the box body and the box cover. 
     
     
         18 . The packaging device according to  claim 10 , further comprising a sealing member disposed on an outer side of the box body and the box cover. 
     
     
         19 . The packaging device according to  claim 9 , further comprising an aluminum foil cushion disposed at a bottom of the box body. 
     
     
         20 . The packaging device according to  claim 10 , further comprising an aluminum foil cushion disposed at a bottom of the box body.
