What is claimed is:

         1 . A folding mat comprising:
a first cover part into which a plurality of first cushioning materials are inserted; a second cover part into which a plurality of second cushioning materials are inserted and which is foldably connected to the first cover part; a first opening and closing part formed from a first point of a first side of the first cover part to a second point of a second side of the first cover part, and opening at least two sides of the first cover part to allow the plurality of first cushioning materials to be inserted; and a second opening and closing part formed from a third point of a third side of the second cover part to a fourth point of a fourth side of the second cover part, and opening at least two sides of the second cover part to allow the plurality of second cushioning materials to be inserted, wherein at least two sides of the first cover part do not include a fifth side of the first cover part, an entire surface of which contacts a side of the second cover part in a state where the first cover part and the second cover part are unfolded, wherein at least two sides of the second cover part do not include a sixth side of the second cover part, an entire surface of which contacts the fifth side in a state where the first cover part and the second cover part are unfolded, wherein a length of a horizontal side of the first cover part is longer than a length of a horizontal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials by a preset first length to allow the plurality of first cushioning materials to be easily inserted into the first cover part, wherein a length of a vertical side of the first cover part is shorter than a length of a vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials by a preset second length so that the plurality of first cushioning materials come into close contact with the first cover part without a space therebetween, wherein a length of a horizontal side of the second cover part is longer than a length of a horizontal side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials by the preset first length to allow the plurality of second cushioning materials to be easily inserted into the second cover part, and wherein a length of a vertical side of the second cover part is shorter than a length of a vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials by the preset second length so that the plurality of second cushioning materials come into close contact with the second cover part without a space therebetween.

2 . The folding mat of claim 1 , wherein the first side of the first cover part and the third side of the second cover part are not present on the same plane.

         3 . The folding mat of claim 2 ,
wherein the second side of the first cover part faces the first side of the first cover part, and wherein the fourth side of the second cover part faces the third side of the second cover part.

         4 . The folding mat of claim 3 ,
wherein the first point is a point on the first side where the first side contacts the sixth side, and wherein the third point is a point on the third side where the third side contacts the fifth side.

         5 . The folding mat of claim 4 ,
wherein the second point is disposed on the same plane as the third point, and is spaced apart from the third point by a first distance, and wherein the fourth point is disposed on the same plane as the first point, and is spaced apart from the first point by a second distance.

         6 . The folding mat of claim 5 ,
wherein the first distance is longer than half of the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials, and is shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials, and wherein the second distance is longer than half of the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials, and is shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials.

7 . The folding mat of claim 1 , wherein the preset first length ranges from 0.5 cm or more to 1.5 cm or less.

8 . The folding mat of claim 1 , wherein the preset second length is determined according to the following Equation,
     L 2 =L 1 −α*L 1   [Equation 1]
where L 1 represents the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials or the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials, α represents a preset ratio value, and L 2 represents the length of the vertical side of the first cover part or the second cover part.

9 . The folding mat of claim 8 , wherein the preset ratio value ranges from 0.005 or more to 0.015 or less.

10 . The folding mat of claim 1 , wherein each of the first cover part and the second cover part is formed of a fabric which is not stretched in a horizontal direction but is stretched in a vertical direction.

         11 . A folding mat comprising:
a first cover part into which a plurality of first cushioning materials are insertable, each of lengths of all sides of the first cushioning materials being less than a floor height, a sum of lengths of any combination of two or more sides thereof being equal to or greater than the floor height; a second cover part into which a plurality of second cushioning materials are insertable and which is foldably connected to the first cover part, each of lengths of all sides of the second cushioning materials being less than the floor height, a sum of lengths of any combination of two or more sides thereof being equal to or greater than the floor height; a first opening and closing part formed from a first point of a first side of the first cover part to a second point of a second side of the first cover part, and opening at least two sides of the first cover part to allow the plurality of first cushioning materials to be inserted; and a second opening and closing part formed from a third point of a third side of the second cover part to a fourth point of a fourth side of the second cover part, and opening at least two sides of the second cover part to allow the plurality of second cushioning materials to be inserted, wherein a length of a horizontal side of the first cover part is longer than a length of a horizontal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials by a preset first length to allow the plurality of first cushioning materials to be easily inserted into the first cover part, wherein a length of a vertical side of the first cover part is shorter than a length of a vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials by a preset second length so that the plurality of first cushioning materials come into close contact with the first cover part without a space therebetween, wherein a length of a horizontal side of the second cover part is longer than a length of a horizontal side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials by the preset first length to allow the plurality of second cushioning materials to be easily inserted into the second cover part, and wherein a length of a vertical side of the second cover part is shorter than a length of a vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials by the preset second length so that the plurality of second cushioning materials come into close contact with the second cover part without a space therebetween.
