Abstract
Provided is a method of preparing a bioactive substance-encapsulatedethosome, the method including: preparing an aqueous solution of a bioactive substance, preparing a lipid-dissolved solution by dissolving lipids in ethanol, preparing a hydrated liquid crystalline phase by hydrating the lipid-dissolved solution by mixing and agitating the bioactive substance aqueous solution together with the lipid-dissolved solution, and preparing an ethosome solution by adding purified water to the hydrated liquid crystalline phase to produce a mixture and agitating the mixture.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An ethosome composition comprising a liposome structure comprising a phospholipid layer in ethanol; and a bioactive substance supported inside the phospholipid layer,
wherein the bioactive substance comprises a peptides-hydrogel complex formed by binding an amine group of the peptides and a carboxyl group of the hydrogel, wherein the liposome structure encapsulates the bioactive substance, wherein a content of the ethanol is 0.1 wt % to 20 wt %.
2 . The ethosome composition of claim 1 , wherein the phospholipid layer comprises 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of phospholipid and 0 wt % to 0.1 wt % of synthetic lipid.
3 . The ethosome composition of claim wherein the phospholipid layer comprises 0.01 wt % to 0.5 wt % of cholesterol.
4 . The ethosome composition of claim wherein a content of the bioactive substance is 0.0001 wt % to 10 wt %.
5 . The ethosome composition of claim wherein the ethosome composition is prepared by
preparing an aqueous solution of the bioactive substance; preparing a lipid-dissolved solution by dissolving lipids in ethanol; preparing a hydrated liquid crystalline phase by hydrating the lipid-dissolved solution by mixing and agitating the aqueous solution of the bioactive substance together with the lipid-dissolved solution; preparing an ethosome solution by adding purified water to the hydrated liquid crystalline phase to produce a mixture and agitating the mixture; and homogenizing the ethosome solution by using at least one of a homo mixer and a high-pressure homogenizer.
6 . A cosmetic ingredient composition comprising 0.00001 wt % to 99.99 wt % of the ethosome composition of claim 1 .
7 . A cosmetic composition comprising 0.001 wt % to 99.99 wt % of the cosmetic ingredient composition of claim 6 .Cited by (0)
