Wearable during-walking arm exercise device
Abstract
The present invention relates to a device for enabling a natural arm exercise during everyday walking. More specifically, the present invention relates to a wearable during-walking arm exercise device comprising: webbing belts extending from the user's front chest part and through the shoulder parts, and crossing each other in an X-shape on the user's back, thereby holding the entire device; one elastic string or multiple elastic strings coupled to the front and rear of the webbing belts, the elastic strings having elasticity such that, according to relaxation and contraction movements following forward/backward movements of arms, backside muscles of upper arms undergo exercise; and a handle fastened to the elastic strings so as to tension the elastic strings. Additionally, the wearable during-walking arm exercise device comprises a waist string having elasticity, the waist string being connected to the lower portion of the handle for muscle movements of front portions of the upper arms (biceps contracts). The elastic strings and the waist string are connected on the upper and lower sides of the handle such that, not only when arms are moved backwards (extension) as a result of walking, but also when the arms are moved forwards (flexion), both front and rear muscles of the upper arms (biceps brachii and triceps brachii) are tensioned and are thus exercised, thereby maximizing the merits of exercise.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A wearable arm exerciser usable while walking, comprising:
webbing belts ( 110 ) passing from a user's chest through the user's shoulders and crossed in an X shape on the user's back; a pair of elastic strings ( 120 ) coupled to the webbing belts ( 110 ) via first connecting rings ( 113 ) and second connecting rings ( 114 ) connected to the webbing belts ( 110 ) to, together with the webbing belts ( 110 ), form closed loops; anti-friction devices ( 150 ) coupled to lower portions of the pair of elastic strings ( 120 ) and shaped as a circle to allow the elastic strings ( 120 ) to slip according to movement of handles and keeping the handles positioned at lowest points of the elastic strings ( 120 ); and the handles ( 130 ) coupled to the anti-friction devices ( 150 ) and grabbed in the user's hands, wherein the elastic strings ( 120 ) are extended to contract triceps brachii by pulling the handles ( 130 ) when moving the user's arms from a front to a rear while walking.
2 . The wearable arm exerciser of claim 1 , further comprising a waist string ( 140 ) having both ends detachably connected, via third connecting rings ( 132 ), to second sides of the handles ( 130 ) coupled to the pair of elastic strings ( 120 ) and passing over the user's waist or butt, wherein the waist string ( 140 ) is extended to contract biceps brachii when moving the user's arms from the rear to the front.
3 . The wearable arm exerciser of claim 1 , wherein handle couplers ( 131 ) are provided between the handles ( 130 ) and the anti-friction devices ( 150 ) to couple the handles ( 130 ) with the anti-friction devices ( 150 ), and wherein the handle couplers ( 131 ) generate the same amount of tension at the elastic strings ( 120 ) inserted to two opposite sides of the anti-friction devices ( 150 ).
4 . The wearable arm exerciser of claim 1 , wherein the webbing belts ( 110 ) are provided with coupling means ( 112 ) for length adjustment and coupling and decoupling.
5 . The wearable arm exerciser of claim 1 , wherein the elastic strings ( 120 ) are formed of one or more wires, and wherein covering means are provided to surround the elastic strings ( 120 ) to prevent the user from being injured by the elastic strings ( 120 ) when the elastic strings ( 120 ) are disconnected.
6 . The wearable arm exerciser of claim 3 , wherein the anti-friction devices ( 150 ) include string supports ( 153 ) to which the elastic strings ( 120 ) are inserted and which allow the elastic strings ( 120 ) to slip when the handles ( 130 ) move and handle fasteners ( 151 ) coupled with the handle couplers ( 131 ).
7 . The wearable arm exerciser of claim 2 , wherein the webbing belts ( 110 ) and the pair of elastic strings ( 120 ) form closed loops, and wherein the webbing belts ( 110 ), the elastic strings ( 120 ), and the waist string ( 140 ) are coupled together at the handles 130 to form a second closed loop.
8 . The wearable arm exerciser of claim 6 , wherein the string supports ( 154 ) are regressed inward and have grooves ( 152 ) through which the elastic strings ( 120 ) are inserted.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
