Abstract
Disclosed herein is a system for creating an injectable and flowable cold slurry, the system comprising a housing; a mount operatively connected to the housing configured to accept a container; a first motor configured to move the mount from a first position to a second position; a second motor; and a drive shaft in communication with the second motor, wherein the drive shaft is configured to rotate to cause an internal volume of the container to be transformed into the injectable and flowable cold slurry.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 30 . (canceled)
31 . A syringe for creating an injectable cold slurry, the syringe comprising:
a plunger; a barrel; and a first shaft, wherein the first shaft is configured to connect to a second shaft of a docking station, wherein the syringe is configured to contain an at least partially crystallized solution, and wherein the syringe is configured to transform the at least partially crystallized solution into the injectable cold slurry when the first shaft of the syringe is connected to the second shaft of the docking station.
32 . The syringe of claim 31 , wherein the first shaft comprises a first bayonet connector.
33 . The syringe of claim 32 , wherein the first bayonet connector is configured to connect to a second bayonet connector on the second shaft.
34 . The syringe of claim 31 , wherein the barrel comprises a pre-blend zone near a plunger end of the syringe and a blend zone near a tip end of the syringe.
35 . The syringe of claim 34 , wherein the first shaft is configured to:
be moveable between the pre-blend zone and the blend zone; and spin when the first shaft is in the blend zone.
36 . The syringe of claim 31 , comprising a sterility seal, wherein the sterility seal is configured to maintain a sterility of an internal environment of the syringe.
37 . The syringe of claim 36 , comprising a plurality of sterility seals.
38 . The syringe of claim 36 , wherein the sterility seal is comprised of aluminum, low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinylidine chloride, nylon, metalized film, ethylenevinyl alcohol, ethyleneacrylic acid, or a combination thereof.
39 . The syringe of claim 31 , wherein the first shaft is a blade shaft, and wherein the blade shaft comprises at least one blade.
40 . The syringe of claim 39 , wherein the at least one blade is a distal blade located near a distal end of the blade shaft, wherein the distal end of the blade shaft is located toward a tip end of the syringe and away from a plunger end of the syringe.
41 . The syringe of claim 40 , wherein the blade shaft comprises at least two rows of blades along a longitudinal axis of the syringe.
42 . The syringe of claim 41 , wherein a row of the at least two rows of blades comprise at least four blades around a horizontal axis of the syringe, and wherein at least two blades of the at least four blades comprise a shorter length than at least one other blade of the at least four blades.
43 . A syringe for creating an injectable cold slurry, the syringe comprising:
a plunger comprising a blade shaft, the blade shaft comprising at least one blade; a barrel; wherein the blade shaft is configured to connect to a drive shaft of a docking station, wherein the syringe is configured to contain an at least partially crystallized solution, and wherein the syringe is configured to transform an at least partially crystallized solution into the injectable cold slurry when the blade shaft is connected to the drive shaft.
44 . The syringe of claim 43 , wherein the blade shaft comprises a first bayonet connector.
45 . The syringe of claim 44 , wherein the first bayonet connector is configured to connect to a second bayonet connector on the drive shaft.
46 . The syringe of claim 43 , wherein the barrel comprises a pre-blend zone near a plunger end of the syringe and a blend zone near a tip end of the syringe.
47 . The syringe of claim 46 , wherein the blade shaft is configured to:
be moveable between the pre-blend zone and the blend zone; and spin when the blade shaft is in the blend zone.
48 . The syringe of claim 43 , comprising a sterility seal, wherein the sterility seal is configured to maintain a sterility of an internal environment of the syringe.
49 . The syringe of claim 48 , comprising a plurality of sterility seals.
50 . The syringe of claim 48 , wherein the sterility seal is comprised of aluminum, low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinylidine chloride, nylon, metalized film, ethylenevinyl alcohol, ethyleneacrylic acid, or a combination thereof.
51 . The syringe of claim 43 , wherein the blade shaft comprises a plurality of blades.
52 . The syringe of claim 51 , wherein the blade shaft comprises at least two rows of blades along a longitudinal axis of the syringe.
53 . The syringe of claim 43 , wherein the at least one blade is a distal blade located near a distal end of the blade shaft, wherein the distal end of the blade shaft is located toward a tip end of the syringe and away from a plunger end of the syringe.
54 . The syringe of claim 52 , wherein a row of the at least two rows of blades comprise at least four blades around a horizontal axis of the syringe, and wherein at least two blades of the at least four blades comprise a shorter length than at least one other blade of the at least four blades.
55 . A syringe for creating an injectable cold slurry, the syringe comprising:
a plunger; a barrel comprising at least one magnetic component; wherein the syringe is configured to communicate with a docking station, wherein the syringe is configured to contain an at least partially crystallized solution, and wherein the syringe is configured to transform the at least partially crystallized solution into the injectable cold slurry when the syringe is placed in communication with the docking station.
