Techniques for computerized tool implementation of layered data files to discover, form, or analyze dataset interrelations of networks collaborative datasets using a collaborative dataset consolidation system are described, including receiving data to form a first input via a first interface as a first interface element to initiate a data operation, receiving a data signal indicating selection of the data operation, activating a programmatic interface to perform the operation after the selection and responsive to the data signal, presenting a second interface configured to receive an operation data instruction, transforming the operation data instruction into a graph-related data instruction configured to access other data associated with an atomized dataset stored in a triplestore repository, implementing the graph-related data instruction to perform the data operation on a graph, and retrieving further data representing a result of executing the graph-related data instruction.

receiving data to form a first input via a first interface as a first interface element to initiate a data operation; receiving a data signal indicating selection of the data operation; activating a programmatic interface to perform the operation after the selection and responsive to the data signal; presenting a second interface configured to receive an operation data instruction; transforming the operation data instruction into a graph-related data instruction configured to access other data associated with an atomized dataset stored in a triplestore repository; implementing the graph-related data instruction to perform the data operation on a graph; and retrieving further data representing a result of executing the graph-related data instruction.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein receiving data to form a first input as a first interface element to initiate the data operation comprises initiating the data operation on an atomized dataset transformed from a dataset.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein receiving data to form a first input as a first interface element to initiate the data operation comprises initiating the data operation on an atomized dataset transformed from a dataset generated by a collaborative dataset consolidation system.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the data operation comprises a dataset access.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the data operation comprises a dataset query.
6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the data operation comprises a statistical operation configured to be performed on the atomized dataset.
7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the atomized dataset comprises a data structure configured to be stored as an atomized datapoint.
8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the atomized dataset comprises a data structure configured to be stored as an atomized datapoint, the atomized datapoint being linked to another atomized datapoint.
9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the atomized dataset is coupled to another atomized dataset using a link, the atomized dataset, the another atomized dataset, and the link being stored in the graph to be used to perform the graph-related data instruction.
10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein transforming the operation data instruction into the graph-related data instruction is performed using an operations transformation engine configured to transform a statistic-based command formatted in a language into a graph-level language.
11 . A system, comprising:
a memory including an executable instruction; and a processor configured to execute the instruction to: receive data to form a first input via a first interface as a first interface element to initiate a data operation; receive a data signal indicating selection of the data operation; activate a programmatic interface to perform the operation after the selection and responsive to the data signal; present a second interface configured to receive an operation data instruction; transform the operation data instruction into a graph-related data instruction configured to access other data associated with an atomized dataset stored in a triplestore repository; implement the graph-related data instruction to perform the data operation on a graph; and retrieve further data representing a result of executing the graph-related data instruction.
12 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the processor is further configured to present an overlay window portion in the first user interface.
13 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the data operation comprises a dataset access.
14 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the data operation comprises a query.
15 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the data operation comprises a query of the atomized dataset.
16 . A system, comprising:
a memory configured to store data input to a collaborative dataset consolidation system using a first interface; and a processor configured to use the data to form a first input via the first interface as a first interface element to initiate a data operation, to receive a data signal indicating selection of the data operation, to activate a programmatic interface to perform the operation after the selection and responsive to the data signal, to present a second interface configured to receive an operation data instruction, to transform the operation data instruction into a graph-related data instruction configured to access other data associated with an atomized dataset stored in a triplestore repository, to implement the graph-related data instruction to perform the data operation on a graph, and to retrieve further data representing a result of executing the graph-related data instruction.
17 . The system of claim 16 , wherein the first interface is a dataset access interface.
18 . The system of claim 16 , wherein the collaborative dataset consolidation system comprises a query engine.
19 . The system of claim 16 , wherein the collaborative dataset consolidation system comprises an operations transformation engine.

The system of claim 16 , wherein the collaborative dataset consolidation system comprises an operations transformation engine configured to transform the operation data instruction into the graph-related data instruction configured to access other data associated with the atomized dataset stored in a triplestore repository.Cited by (0)
