Claims

Abstract

A golf Swing training device comprises a club member and at least one weight member. The weight member includes a mating Structure for Securing the weight member to a complementary mating Structure in the Shaft portion of the club member. The weight member can be secured to the shaft in at least three positions including a first position at the top of the Shaft adjacent the handle, a Second position at or near the midpoint of the Shaft and a third position at or near the distal end of the shaft.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A swing training device comprising at least one light weight member, wherein said light weight member is in the shape of a hammer head and has at least one means of attaching said light weight member to a shaft of a swinging device. 
     
     
         2 . The swing training device of  claim 1  wherein the swinging device is a golf club, racquetball racket, or tennis racket. 
     
     
         3 . The swing training device of  claim 1  wherein the light weight member has a plurality of friction attachment devices on one side wherein said plurality of friction attachment devices are used to hold the light weight member on said swinging device.
