1 - 10 . (canceled)

         11 . An anchor delivery device for delivering an anchor into a tissue, the device comprising:
 a first tube, attached to said anchor; a second tube coaxial to said first tube; and a handle for actuating movement of said first tube, to deliver said anchor into said tissue, when said anchor delivery device is located in proximity of said tissue.

         12 . An anchor delivery device according to claim 11 and wherein said handle comprises:
 a button, connected to said first tube, for actuating movement of said first tube, to deliver said anchor into said tissue; and
 a button guard.

         13 . An anchor delivery device according to claim 12 and wherein said button guard is rotatable from a first position in which said button is not accessible to a second position in which said button is accessible.

         14 . An anchor delivery device according to claim 12 and also comprising a spring operative to prevent movement of said first tube until said button is pressed.

         15 . A system for attaching an anchor to a tissue, the system comprising:
 an anchor; a housing for positioning said anchor in proximity to said tissue; a working channel fixed to said housing and extending along a side of said housing; and an anchor delivery device for insertion into said working channel and delivering said anchor into said tissue, said anchor delivery device including:
 a first tube, attached to said anchor;
 a second tube coaxial to said first tube; and
 a handle for actuating movement of said first tube, to deliver said anchor into said tissue, when said housing is located in proximity of said tissue.

         16 . A system according to claim 15 and wherein said handle comprises:
 a button, connected to said first tube, for actuating movement of said first tube, to deliver said anchor into said tissue; and
 a button guard.

         17 . A system according to claim 16 and wherein said button guard is rotatable from a first position in which said button is not accessible to a second position in which said button is accessible.

         18 . A system according to claim 16 and also comprising a spring operative to prevent movement of said first tube until said button is pressed.
