Abstract
A flat mop cleaning kit and a mop pad thereof; the mop pad contains a wiping cloth, a sponge, and a fastening cloth sequentially stacked; the wiping cloth, the sponge, and the fastening cloth are stitched together and fixed, alternatively, edges of the wiping cloth and edges of the fastening cloth are stitched together and fixed, and an accommodation space is defined inside the stitched wiping cloth and fastening cloth, and the sponge is disposed in the accommodation space. A cleaning kit is provided containing a flat mop, the mop pad and a bucket.

A mop pad, adapted to be used with a flat mop; the mop pad comprises a wiping cloth, a sponge, and a fastening cloth sequentially stacked upon one another; the wiping cloth, the sponge, and the fastening cloth are stitched together and fixed with respect to one another, alternatively, edges of the wiping cloth and edges of the fastening cloth are stitched together and fixed with respect to each other, and an accommodation space is defined inside the stitched wiping cloth and fastening cloth, and the sponge is disposed in the accommodation space.
2 . The mop pad of claim 1 , wherein the sponge is flatly laid on the wiping cloth and mutually in contact with each other.
3 . The mop pad of claim 2 , wherein the sponge and the wiping cloth are connected by adhesive.
4 . The mop pad of claim 2 , wherein the sponge and the fastening cloth are connected by adhesive.
5 . The mop pad of claim 1 , wherein the mop pad also comprises at least one first stitch line; the first stich line stitches up the wiping cloth, the sponge and the fastening cloth.
6 . The mop pad of claim 1 , wherein the mop pad also comprises a second stitch line, and a first sleeve portion and a second sleeve portion connected to opposite sides of the fastening cloth respectively; the second stitch line stitches through the fastening cloth and the wiping cloth, and stitches the first sleeve portion and the second sleeve portion to the fastening cloth 10 ; at least one first insertion port is formed between the first sleeve portion and the fastening cloth; at least one second insertion port is formed between the second sleeve portion and the fastening cloth; said at least one first insertion port and said at least one second insertion port are oppositely configured.
7 . The mop pad of claim 6 , wherein the first sleeve portion and the second sleeve portion are symmetrically arranged

The mop pad of claim 7 , wherein the first sleeve portion comprises a connecting cloth and at least one separation thread; edges of the connecting cloth align with the edges of the fastening cloth; said at least one separation thread runs through the fastening cloth and the wiping cloth, and stitches the connecting cloth to the fastening cloth; said at least one separation thread defines at least two first insertion ports separated by said at least one separation thread; said at least two first insertion ports are formed between the connecting cloth and the fastening cloth.
9 . The mop pad of claim 1 , wherein the wiping cloth comprises a cloth body and fiber strings projecting outward from the cloth body; the fiber strings are evenly distributed on one side surface of the cloth body.
10 . A cleaning kit, comprising a flat mop, the mop pad of claim 1 , and a waste water separation bucket; the mop pad is mounted to the flat mop; the flat mop and the mop pad are cooperative with the bucket; the bucket comprises a bucket body, a bucket cover, a control valve assembly, and a dirt cleaning and water removing device; the bucket cover is mounted on the bucket body; the bucket body comprises a clean water zone, a dirt and water removing zone, and a waste water zone independent from one another, and also comprises a water communication hole so that the clean water zone and the dirt and water removing zone are in communication with each other; the control valve assembly controls the water communication hole to open or close; the dirt cleaning and water removing device is mounted to the bucket body or to the bucket cover, and is disposed at a position distal from a bottom of the dirt and water moving zone; a drain opening is formed between the dirt cleaning and water removing device and the bucket cover and/or the bucket body; the drain opening is in communication with the dirt and water removing zone.
11 . The cleaning kit of claim 10 , wherein the dirt cleaning and water removing device comprises:
a draining frame, on which a guiding port is provided; a draining panel, fixedly connected to the draining frame, and projected into the guiding port; the draining panel and the guiding port together define the drain opening; and a guide wheel, slidably connected to the draining frame and is disposed opposite to the draining panel; at least part of the guiding wheel is configured inside the guiding port; sliding of the guiding wheel adjusts a width of the drain opening.
12 . The cleaning kit of claim 11 , wherein the draining panel comprises a base; a flow guiding surface is provided on the base; the flow guiding surface is slanted downwardly from the dirt and water removing zone towards the waste water zone to guide water to flow towards the waste water zone.
13 . The cleaning kit of claim 10 , wherein the mop pad also comprises at least one first stitch line; the first stich line stitches up the wiping cloth, the sponge and the fastening cloth.
14 . The cleaning kit of claim 10 , wherein the mop pad also comprises a second stitch line, and a first sleeve portion and a second sleeve portion connected to opposite sides of the fastening cloth respectively; the second stitch line stitches through the fastening cloth and the wiping cloth, and stitches the first sleeve portion and the second sleeve portion to the fastening cloth 10 ; at least one first insertion port is formed between the first sleeve portion and the fastening cloth; at least one second insertion port is formed between the second sleeve portion and the fastening cloth; said at least one first insertion port and said at least one second insertion port are oppositely configured.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
