Systems and methods for providing electrolyzed water
Abstract
The described systems and methods relate to systems for providing a cleaning solution comprising electrolyzed water. While the cleaning systems can comprise any suitable component, in some cases, they include an electrolytic cell and at least one fluid conditioning system that includes a first conduit and a second conduit that are coupled together and are non-concentric with each other. While the fluid conditioning system can be disposed in any suitable location with respect to the cell, in some cases, the fluid condition system is disposed upstream of the cell to provide fluid that passes through the first and second conduits into the cell. In some cases, the fluid conditioning system is disposed downstream of the cell to receive an electrolyzed water produced by the cell. In some cases, the fluid conditioning system is configured to recirculate electrolyzed oxidizing water through an anode compartment of the cell. Other implementations are described.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A cleaning system, comprising:
an anode compartment; a cathode compartment; and at least one of:
a first fluid conditioning system comprising:
a first conduit; and
a second conduit, wherein the first and second conduits are in fluid communication with the cathode compartment to receive an electrolyzed alkaline water from the cathode compartment, wherein the first and second conduits are coupled together along a portion of their lengths and are configured to mix a first flow of the electrolyzed alkaline water from the first conduit with a second flow of the electrolyzed alkaline water from the second conduit;
a second fluid conditioning system comprising:
a third conduit and a fourth conduit, wherein the third and fourth conduits are in fluid communication with a fluid inlet of the electrolytic cell, wherein the third conduit is coupled together along a portion of their lengths, and wherein the cleaning system is configured to combine contents of the third conduit with contents of the fourth conduit; and
a third fluid conditioning system comprising:
a fifth conduit and a sixth conduit, wherein the fifth and sixth conduits are configured to receive an electrolyzed oxidizing water from the anode compartment and to recirculate the electrolyzed oxidizing water from the anode compartment, through the fifth and sixth conduits, and back into the anode compartment, wherein the fifth and sixth conduits are coupled together along a portion of their lengths, and wherein the cleaning system is configured to mix together a flow from the fifth conduit with a flow from the sixth conduit.Cited by (0)
