. The air management system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of downwardly directed air curtains slope away from the faces of the plurality of individuals, such that an upper distance between the plurality of downwardly directed air curtains and the faces of the plurality of individuals is shorter than a lower distance between the plurality of downwardly directed air curtains and the faces of the plurality of individuals.

. The air management system of claim 1 , wherein curved air outflow apertures or curved outflow air vents of the plurality of curved air outflow apertures or curved outflow air vents are distance separated from one another.
. The air management system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of downwardly directed air curtains are concave relative to the faces of the plurality of individuals.
. The air management system of claim 1 , wherein a plurality of air suction intakes suction air from the plurality of downwardly directed air curtains towards and into the plurality of air suction intakes.
. The air management system of claim 6 , wherein the plurality of air suction intakes connect with at least one of an air filtering mechanism and an air sterilizing mechanism.
. The air management system of claim 6 , wherein the plurality of air suction intakes are located below the faces of the plurality of individuals.
. The air management system of claim 6 , wherein the plurality of air suction intakes comprise a plurality of air suction apertures.
. The air management system of claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of air suction intakes and a common means for sterilizing or cleaning exhaled air from the plurality of individuals.
. The air management system of claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of air suction intakes and a means for exhausting exhaled air from the plurality of air suction intakes to an outdoor environment.
. The air management system of claim 1 , further comprising at least one of a germicidal filter, a viricidal filter, a filter, an ultraviolet light, a UVC light, a germicidal light, a germicidal gas, microbicidal particles, anti-microbial agents, anti-microbial particles, germicidal particles, copper ions, silver ions, silver nanoparticles, TiO 2 nanoparticles, ZnO nanoparticles, organic compounds, hybrids of organic/inorganic nanoparticles, an activated carbon filter, and microbicidal heat.
. The air management system of claim 1 , further comprising one or more of a fan, fans, a nozzle, nozzles, a duct, ducts, an air blower, air blowers, a vent, and vents.
. The air management system of claim 1 , wherein downwardly directed air curtains of the plurality of downwardly directed air curtains comprise a horizontal width that is greater than a front to back thickness of the downwardly directed air curtains of the plurality of downwardly directed air curtains.
. The air management system of claim 1 , wherein the downwardly directed air curtains comprise a shaped and directional downward air flow.
. The air management system of claim 1 , wherein the common indoor room or space is one of a workspace, a workstation, an office, a hospital room, a health care room, a restaurant, an indoor sports arena, a movie theater, an entertainment theater, an information exchange theater, an education room, a house of worship, an automobile, an airplane, a train, a bus, a vehicle, and an elevator.
. The air management system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of downwardly directed air curtains are curved, and wherein the air management system further comprises a second means of downward air flow within the common indoor room or space in addition to the curved downwardly directed air curtains.
. An air management system for an indoor room or space, the air management system comprising:
a. a plurality of air outflow air apertures or outflow air vents providing a plurality of shaped air curtains; b. a plurality of vents providing downward air flow different from air flow provided by the plurality of shaped air curtains; c. a plurality of air suction intakes; and d. at least one of an air filtering mechanism and an air sterilizing mechanism;
wherein at least a portion of the plurality of shaped air curtains covers or blows in front of faces of a plurality of individuals seated within the indoor room or space.
. The air management system of claim 18 , wherein the plurality of air outflow apertures or outflow air vents are curved.
. The air management system of claim 18 , wherein the plurality of shaped air curtains are curved.
. The air management system of claim 18 , wherein the air outflow apertures or outflow air vents provide downwardly directed air flow.
. The air management system of claim 18 , wherein the plurality of air outflow apertures or outflow air vents are separated from each other.
. The air management system of claim 18 , wherein the plurality of air suction intakes transfer air from the plurality of shaped air curtains towards the at least one of the air filtering and the air sterilizing mechanism.
. The air management system of claim 18 , further comprising a means for exhausting exhaled air of the plurality of individuals to an outdoor environment.
. The air management system of claim 18 , wherein air flow from the plurality of shaped air curtains slope away from the faces of the plurality of individuals, such that an upper distance between the plurality of shaped air curtains and the faces of the plurality of individuals is shorter than a lower distance between the plurality of shaped air curtains and the faces of the plurality of individuals.
